after the latest update, the watch seems having hard time to connect from my phone. I tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the watch but no help. Pls fix this.

Can't get past the welcome screen on the cell phone. Can't reach the watches from the phone. Counter intuitive everything.

The app is unresponsive. I recently bought a mibro smart watch but cannot use it. I am now searching for a generic smart watch app that will solve my problem. If the product developer intended this for global use, they missed the mark

Permission Display Over other App sometime can be a problem to Vivo iQoo phone. I turn off "the display over other app" permission now i can enter the app. Please fix this bug.

For a couple of days my son's watch localization shows that he is in Beijing, even though the watch is physically in Europe. The region is correctly set, but the localization simply does not work. Please fix this!

Allow notifications, we will receive messages and a thousand disturbing app notifications. If not, no disturbing and no message notifications as well. Good job, the Chinese. Is there's 0 rate in Google play store? Don't buy it please.

Sometimes, the application loses connection with the watch and won't communicate again with it until resetting the application data. This major bug must be fixed.

i found a bug, when i turn on the school mode, the watch cannot shutdown mode although i already set it 11 pm and i don't charge the watch. the watch always online. please fix this bug.

Oneplus 11 pro video calling does not work at all app freezes and crashes . However it works okay on my wife's one plus 6. Shame as I really wanted this feature to work for me

After the update, I can't bind with my kid's watches, says I need to ask permission from myself to bind with their watch when in fact I AM THE ADMIN! Utterly USELESS!!! Edit after the Aug 4 update.. It worked again! Finally.. mibro, please do not change this anymore. Do not fix what is not broken.

The error of lost connection appeared since Oct 2023 when the app was updated. "it shows message " Watch is offline due to poor network signal or because it has been turned off" frequently. My solution is to reboot this watch each morning and it will work fine all day.

There a key feature missing: Disable dialpad to prevent kid from calling random numbers. Map zooms out on location refresh. Sometimes the map shows blank (white) and I have to close it from Background Processes too to get the map back.

Watch is useless as most of the time it shows message " Watch is offline due to poor network signal or because it has been turned off". Just restart and it works fine. I am going to return it.

Quite working well at the beginning. The problem is if someone in the family did not remember the password they can not log in. In my case, my husband is the admin, hey forgot the password so he can't see his kid on the app and cannot approve any things to the other. Later I think the app what some kind of bug. They didn't really show the exact location of the watch, like my daughter isn't home but the map was showing the place of yesterday she been there.

App keeps exiting as soon as I try to set safe zone. Makes the mibro watch pretty much useless. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. 🤷🏻♂️ Edit: after updating the device (Mibro S5), most of the safety apps in the watch are gone. SOS, location, remote shooting, weather forecast, alarm clock all gone. Don't buy mibro products. 🙅🏻♂️

This app is oke-ish, but the watch itself is a bad product, it's annoying that I got notification about this watch left from home, and arrrive, and again, and again, while this watch not going anywhere. GPS is not accurate, internet will disconnected afte this watch make a call, and internet never got recover, so, no report about location amymore. This product is just like a cheap Aliexpress product with premium price.

I was facing the connection lost problem that I cannot get access to the smart watch. I made contact with Mibro team and the technician solved the problem in a short time. I lost my phone, installed the app in another phone and logged in. Everything lost, I can't connect to the watch anymore, it needed admin approval and I am the admin.

i) Get unsolicited propaganda advert daily about "Mibro empowers growth". ii) Unable to send pic files to watch. iii) Unable to contact watch while charging. iv) Update broke down after 9 months, can't detect SIM card.
