This is an updated review. app still does not work properly. I've not changed my username or password and it still won't let me in after I had to reinstall because it wouldn't load. How the hell am I supposed to know my useage if Vodafone keep rejecting my correct credentials?? Sort this out as it is extremely frustrating and making me very angry!!!! Further to your comment 3/1/21, regarding using the web, my credentials are not accepted on it either - it tells me I'm not a customer.

Not able to download this app when you are living in Spain but your phone is registered in another country. App is sometimes slow and logs out without reason and then it is very difficult to login again. Also no option for someone elseto pay for your credit. Thanks for your suggestion but i don't use Facebook nor Twitter. Any other way to contact you?

I am very disappointed with the whole service not only with the app. I do not recommend to choose Vodafone to anyone.

The app always gives an error to log in! When it doesn't, everything is in white and i can't see any of my bills! And this goes for months with all the updates possible! Not to mention that i have contract problems with them! Always charging me more that they should!!! If i could, i would give 0 stars for all their bad services! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ok I only had this app for 2 hours because the network sucks too hard in my apartment so I deleted it. But I went to Vodafone for an unlimited data SIM for my 5G router. The people that wrote this app clearly don't know that Vodafone offers this because the app has 2FA that requires a SMS. Obviously I cannot install the app on my router and I don't get SMS on my router. I set it up with the SIM in a spare phone but I see no way to turn off the 2FA

Very Bad App: Keeps on shutting down itself. Don't recognize my access after ten changes of password.Crashes.Don't sent me the emails to access either, Total dissatisfied with the App...The company also charged me one euro for every minute of International calls.. It's exaggerated. I am not able to control my payments because for them it's always something new to charge me. I am disappointed and The sooner I end this absurd contract the better. I don't recommend any Company but Vodafone less.

So, you cannot use an older version of this app to recharge your phone, but to update the app you need internet. Therefore, you can only recharge before your credit expires. But sometimes, this may not be possible for various reasons, like when you are in a different country or when you have a problem with your credit card which happens. So, really, the app is not more useful than recharging on a browser. I don't understand why it was made.

App took my money without renewing my data... multiple times. No matter who i contact no one is of help, youre on your own. And i got charged $7 for 1Mb of roaming data. This is a scam

Awful aap, I generally do not give any review, but for this app, I just had to. As I enter my credentials it says please enter valid username or mobile or one thing or the other, something is always wrong. Really awful experience. Edit: The website is showing the same result as well. When I enter my phone number for registration, it says to enter a valid phone number. I always have to go to your store for a simple recharge every month, it's very irritating

App crashing Same issue as other user app worked fine until a few days ago now crashes as soon as you try to enter. Have unistalled and reinstalled 3 times but same issue.

Very bad experience. Since I got a contract with two lines ..they delete my Access to this App whenever they like ...when I try to recover 🔑 password they don't send the email to do so. The signal is lost at a lot of places .. the internet I got is the very lowest and weakest. I supposed to get a good service but there's not even a hint of what it's a good product and service. I am very frustrated and disappointed, dissatisfied also and the numbers of C.Service also where cutted from main line.

Useless garbage. Cant conect other numbers to this ****, cant find help do deal with it. Same as web page, no sense to download app Glad to know they use social networks. Iam not.

Since last update (3 days ago) App crashes constantly after tapping Acceder. Never had any major problems before. But for the time being this App just got useless. Apr 3 - All fixed with todays update. Even so still won't let me use fingerprint.

I just ported from Yoigo to Vodafone. The vodafone service is awesome and fast I will give it a Five stars or more BUT the 1star I give today is for the app, which crashes and painfully slow and useless. The website is good EXCEPT the livechat, which is a bit sluggish. Asides all these, the services is very good. Best infact.

This app does what you need it to... in Spanish only. There is no ability to switch out the languages. Apparently, Vodafone thinks that if you have a Spanish number, you must speak Spanish.

My app keeps closing all the time after reinstalling. Gives me a message saying it has a bug. Got 4 prepaid numbers and only 3 showing in the app. Joined X and sended review like asked. All solved 👌 Thank you very much 😊

The app is just horrible crashes all the time even android indicating the need to contact Vodafone as stoops all the time. Change of log in or multidispositivo actuación vía website also not possible due to "error" oh phone internet all works but the IT side and service side of that NOT
