Una vez que la descargues regístrate para acceder a todas las posibilidades que ofrece. Si aún no estás registrado, puedes utilizar Mi Telcel para realizar recargas y consultar tu saldo y consumo de Internet.
¿Tienes Plan de Renta?
En la pantalla de “Inicio” te presentamos la información más relevante de tu línea; conoce tu saldo y fecha límite de pago.
En la sección “Mi Cuenta” paga tu factura con tarjeta de crédito o débito, descarga tus facturas anteriores y consulta tu historial de pagos.
En la sección “Servicios” puedes dar de alta/baja los Servicios Adicionales de tu línea y conocer Internet de las cosas.
En la sección “Paquetes” puedes comprar paquetes de Internet, paquetes para viajar al extranjero y recargar saldo a amigos y familiares con tarjeta de crédito o débito.

En la sección “Inicio” te mostramos la información más relevante de tu línea, puedes contratar Paquetes de Internet y Amigo Sin Límite y, si ya tienes uno, te decimos cuál es y los MB disponibles. Consulta el detalle de tus saldos y realiza recargas con tarjeta de crédito o débito.
En la sección “Servicios” puedes consultar tus suscripciones de Telcel y de Terceros.
En la sección “Paquetes” también puedes recargar saldo, contratar paquetes de Internet.

App keeps crashing. Since upgrading my phone to a Galaxy S10 the app continually crashes. I will uninstall and reload it will work once then crashes on open again . If the app must be reloaded every time it is not much use. It would also be nice to chose the display language

I've been using telcel for a few years now. However, the app has a blank screen more often than it doesn't when trying to recharge your balance, and now it won't even recharge my balance at all. Very frustrating. It's easier just to go into an Oxxo or use the website.

The app does NOT work when you are outside Mexico. This is very annoying because I can't pay my bill on time. I need either pay for a VPN service to change my IP address or ask a friend in Mexico to pay my bill. Good apps work from anywhere in the world, so it seems Mi Telcel is not a good one!!!

The app never works. All the time it says "try again later". It is not possible to buy plans. When refreshing it takes too much time to end with message: try again later. It never shows the data consumption. I have this pp installed in 2 different phones and the behavior is the same.

Internet service very slow -only works smoothly after midnight. And its unnreliable - frequenty cutting out at random times. Mi telcel app also slow and unreliable. Customer service was difficult to access - had to listen to ten different menus before I could finally talk to a real human being. Also, there were unexplainable charges against my Amigos sin Limites account. In all, my experience with telcel has been far from pleasant.

Application is buggy.. Perfect example of what happens when you limit budget or time line in a big scope software project. Quality assurance was thrown out the window this time... I frequently see missing references in memory (as undefined_...) and I'm unable to send a temporary password to my phone - the application blocks my account for a time incrementally each time I try to log in (now at 12 hours) but I can't reestablish my password.

Buggy to say the least... I had a recurring problem with charges with a data plan and canceling was a pain in the butt. Whenever you want to give a package to a user or friend it is a really bad experience due to a lack of integration with the text spaces or the ability to keep your data on the fly.

I see that you reply a lot. Now, I can NEVER get into my account on the website. I always asks me to select why am I there. After selecting, it never shows the box to put the account. The app doesn't make my experience any easier. It never remembers my account. I wish it had the option for multiple users in the same app, since I have my number and a NOT RECOMMEND internet modem.

Not only the app, but the whole service of Telcel sucks Wether it is the app or the portal of internet, every time I try to check the details of my number it says that the information is not available

Unstable, constantly failing, services unavailable, and so it has been for years...simply ridiculous. It fails when trying to buy data packs, subscribe to services, logging in, downloading payment records, and more. I can provide screenshots of all these. I cannot even change or cancel my service subscriptions!

This app never works as it's supposed to. I can't see how many GBs I got left or the expiration date of my plan, but all the cellphone advertising works perfectly though (sarcasm). It is updated every now and then, but the problem is never fixed. Telcel is just wasting customers' time with this piece of junk they call app. I would give it a -5/5 stars, but that option is not available.

Never works. More details as the developer asked for, when I try to login, it states the service is not working, this happens almost on a daily basis, sometimes I have to log in to the my telcel web page and sometimes that works, but not consistently, in general all IT applications from Telcel are incredibly unreliable and broken. It's pretty much a question of luck to be able to do what you are actually trying to do when using this app

Works fine to check how much data I have left, but demands a ridiculous number of permissions without explanation, and also wouldn't work for me until I created a login. None of this should be necessary - I've used lots of similar apps in other countries that just worked immediately with no BS.

Not at all satisfied with this app. More often than not it doesn't work or won't allow a payment to go through. Majorly disappointed with this service.

It worked surprisingly well for quite a while, but lately I can't open it anymore, and the options it gives to resolve the issue don't work. I wish you could undo the last update.

A disaster in cyberspace: way too cluttered, confused, confusing, half of the time does not complete any pages before disappearing into its own little Neverland. A classic example of more being so much less. And, on top of it all, this app displays arrogance. Really a poor app! See

Though they finally fixed the issue where we couldn't see how much data we were using, now it only shows the whole number. For example, it shows 6 or 7 gb left instead of 6.7 or 7.3. This happened only recently. I personally think it's a horrible practice as you have no way of knowing whether you are at 6.1 or 6.9. It's the first time I've seen a cell phone company do this.

Never Works, the services are always down and causes to crash. And cant rely on the website because was built with so many bugs. If you want an application that just waste your time, battery and memory, this is the one. Complete waste of an app, and sadly the only other way to manage your account is via their website and that even worst. Cant believe they would release this to the public.
