It's a shame that this app doesn't allow direct phone-to-phone offline backup transfer (via Bluetooth; as Huawei's does). But only offers online options; as if u would be interested into our personal backup data to pass through u'r servers. Shame on u! Regretted to buyyed a Xioamy phon.

I think it's a malicious app with a Chinese name. It has access to all the permissions from contacts to media to location and many many more. I can't even deny the permissions. There are like oneplus switch help you to switch the data between your phones but that does not require so many permissions and you can disable it.But in this app it's not possible

Used it to replicate a Huawei device to a Mi 10 Pro. Worked fine. The app sets up a WiFi hotspot on the target device. Connect the source device, grant permissions, off you go. Data and most apps were migrated, not sure why some weren't, no big deal though. Samsung's app was a little more comprehensive but Xiaomi's app was a real time saver. 非常感谢！

This app can be harmful for us because it takes all the permissions of your device automatically and you can't able to deny any permissions even you can't able to uninstall this app... So please be careful and report it. It against to our privacy. They can't take any type of permissions without my permission. So if you are reading this and if you can do something please do something... Thank you and be careful.

One can't deny any permissions whose data is being sent to Xiaomi. The most annoying thing is that it takes up all your personal information like calendar, sms, telephone, storage, call logs, contacts, location. I'll suggest everyone NOT to buy a Xiaomi phone ever if you want to be safe in this era of digitalisation. Our data and information is way valuable then the company things. This is my first and last Xiaomi phone ever.

Installed the software onto both devices from Google Play store at same time. Trying to use it, it tells me that the sending device has an older version which needs updating. Weird - both installed at the same time, so surely both current. Nevertheless, I tapped to update, and it took me to a Xiaomi web page that's entirely in Chinese.

All the data transfer Apps that i used, have never came across this one. It copied my data well, except few connection issues that i managed to sort. But the nice thing is that, it also copied settings and gestures from my Redmi note 9 to Note 12, and had never have to do anything after that. Keep up the good work.

This is spyware thatdoesnot allow you to revoke it's permissions. For example, why does this app need permission to my contacts, messages, and call logs to "supposedly" transfer files from one device to another??? Xiaomi has really shown their dedication to espionage for their government by forcing this update on their products. It's sad that I cannot give a negative star rating.

I have seen the app details and the permission it possesses. It is a default app u can't remove it and the special part is it takes all the permission by it self and you can't change it. It can read you messages,emails, calender events and even says it can modify the events without the owners knowledge it have full access to wifi settings also it can connect and disconnect itself. I really don't want this app in my phone as it compromise my privacy. If some is not done for it than its good bye.

what the hell is this app... It has all the permissions to my device auto-granted orpre-granted starting from messages, call records, location etc without my prior consent which is very suspicious and not very well defining. It is Malicious in nature, as it has even prevented us from enabling/disabling either of the permissible options. Please see into the matter. A zero star to be fare...

Was trying to transfer an obsolete app along with app data from Samsung Note 20 to Xiaomi 13 Ultra. First warning says app data can't be transferred from other brands. Got it, Samsung's Smart Switch does that too. Gotten an older Xiaomi Redmi 9A, manage to get the app installed with the app data restored (using another obsolete app called Helium). It was successful, until I see the same stupid warning that some Third Party App may not be able to transfer. And yep, it wasn't successful.

Very dissapointing app for transferring data from one to another device Here are some issues with the app 1) device very easily gets disconnected 2) takes a lot of time to transfer 3) takes very long to connect to a device 4) doesn't connects to the device

Claimed to have copied over all my messages but didn't. Can't trust that it's copied over all my other data either. Quite disappointing. Edit: Claimed to have copied all my photos over, barely copied a tenth of them. Music equally disappointing. Glad I didn't wipe my old phone, will have to manually copy most of my data. Status updated to "very disappointing".

The most disappointing app ever. If it ever starts, because of older version on Play which never updates, then connection issues, stability issues, copy issues, total disaster. It does nothing it supposed to do.

Garbage. Tried connecting every way possible, granting all permissions/battery saver off etc. Would either get stuck on "switching to high speed connection". Or manually connect, get to the actual transfer, and destination phone would turn off its hotspot killing the transfer. Wasted 45 minutes trying to get it going

Useless app. It keeps losing the connection between my old & new phone. Looks like other people have the same problem. Xiaomi charges premium prices for its phones but can't supply a viable migration app??? What the heck?
