It's ok, I use it only because I have no choice. HEB doesn't follow up with issues in the orders.

IT DOES NOT LET ME ADD PAYMENT METHOD UGH IVE TRIED MY BANK CARD I EVEN TRIED A GIFT CARD IVE TRIED A PRE PAID CARD AND NOTHING... ANYONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM IF YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM HOW DID YOU FIX IT. 😡😡😡

Lost my heb app on my phone and can't get the old one back. Sure don't like the new app. Doesn't work for me.

The navigation aspect is bad, also sometimes things disappear from the card or the app crashes mid-transaction

Sometimes when you change the categories the products doesn't show according to the selection, the search option could be better

Not sure why they would release a new application which is not even finished, and tell people to use it. From 2020. Now nearly 2022 and the app still is horrible. Barely functions and just hangs most of the time.

Overall great. UI and UX are good, only thing it needs is some good amount of optimization so it can run smoothly in all devices.

Good in general, it gitches a bit specialy when you have been using it for a while, some of the products don't appear or take a long time to show up. Buena en general, no todos los productos parecen al instantes, se traba un poco

Does not work as expected. It is awful that it glitches a lot and it wont let you communicate with shopper to ask other options to replace unavailable products. It only tells how many products were discarded but it wont let see which are the discarded products

I love HEB but the app is AWFUL. I ordered in LINDAVISTA, I arrived there and was told my order was at PABLO LIVAS, I went to Pablo Livas and was told my order was in Sucursal GUADALUPE-JUÁREZ!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

A little clunky. But does the job. Edit 24 August 2022 the app no longer works. Update 29 March 2023 The keeps acting up. It doesn't allow to add products to my cart and you can't find products that are in stock in the physical location. So it's almost useless. Second edit, June 20 2023. It's a little better but still very clunky.

The recent update is lousy as it requires email and my password, If I close the app but don't log out is still requires to be put in every login without any fingerprint verification option. Good for security but a hassle. It deleted all my list. Very frustrating and disappointing that they allowed this to happen with the upgrade. It takes a long time to develop a list and categories and all that's gone now
