Great content I'm only hear because they have the exclusive rights to Bumpy Johnson series. App needs work I don't like the fact CC is on by default. Also, I can't tap the left or right side of the screen to go a few seconds back/forward like with Netflix. U.I. for Netflix is much better. Also, won't cast on my Samsung S8+. I have to use the smart view feature which is annoying.

It's ok, except search options are a nightmare. You have to search through, basically the entire collection, there's no filter for searching and there's no search option, period. You watch an ad, if you want to rewind back your program, even just a second over that ad you just watched, you'll have to watch it all over again. Overall, not enough interesting content to make me want to pay money for the product.

Programming is good, but the app is a nuisance. I've only watched Pennyworth and here are all the issues: The subtitles are full of errors, you can't skip through recaps or the show intro, and when you want to resume watching it sends you back to the start of the show. Lastly, there's no video preview when fast-forwarding and rewinding. I'm having these issues with my phone app and Fire Cube app. Epix needs to catch up with modern times with all their functions.

Worst App Ever. (Sony Smart TV) Every time we paused a show, we had to back all the way out, come back in, resume. Then, it stopped working altogether. Had to uninstall app, reinstall it, then do the "run to the computer, log in, enter the six digit code" dance. I'll also say that the selection, many which are duplicated on Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+, isn't worth the price. Didn't even finish the free trial. We're done with it.

This app sucks. It constantly disconnects in the middle of watching. "Continue Watching" takes you back to the beginning of the last episode already watched. There's no way to skip intros, and no jump ahead/back 30 seconds. Every time it crashes it's a back and forth with the progress bar trying to find where I left off. I've only found 2 shows worth watching, and once the second season of From is over I'm out.

Review edited: It would appear that the Oct 29 update has fixed most of the issues with latency regarding video and audio glitches. The app runs much better both on my phone and on the new Chromecast with Google TV. There are 2 things left, keeping it from a 5 star rating... 1. When first starting a stream for a movie or show, the stream quality starts low, and then "glitches" after about 5 or 10 seconds as it catches up to full HD. Once it catches up to the stream quality, it seems fine, so mostly an annoyance on this one. 2. When starting to watch a movie or show on my phone, and then pausing and resuming on my Chromecast, it doesn't appear to know the point in the stream where it was paused on the first device. It does know that it's been started as it provides the "resume" option on the second device, but it doesn't pick up where I left off. Other than those 2 things, the app is working fine, and the content on EPIX is great.

I got this for the show From which is great, but the app is terrible. It keeps un-casting itself from my TV, about 6 times an episode, than doesn't even remember where I'm at when I have to recast. No continue watching, no fast forward or rewind of any amount of seconds, doesn't auto-play next episode, no skip recap or intro options. This app wants $5.99 a month, no way. After From finished I'm finished. I can find these movies on the 7 other apps I subscribe too.

App is broken and needs work. 1. Every time I resume anything, it does not run smoothly and stutters heavily. Only way to run it smoothly is to select 'start from beginning' and fast forward to where you were at. I'm not paying 5.99 to do this every time I resume watching anything. 2. Reverse and forward functions are not working accurately. You press back arrow and it jumps 20mins back 3. Playback is broken. It struggles to start playing media and stays stuck on black screen

Unbelievably frustrating... I was giving it shot because the list of available titles is decent; however, I couldn't even start the trial, it kept declining my cards, all of them. So obviously there's an issue with your ridiculous app, so I'm not wasting any more time in it, and hope others don't either. Thanks for nothing Epix, I'm sticking to the pros (HBO, SHO)

I downloaded this app today I've been watching it for about an hour and a half and it has frozen at least 9 times. The movie isn't even over.. I have the highest data plan (1tb) My cable company provides, so I know for a fact it's not that. The app has tok many glitches!! If it wasn't for that I would say it was a pretty cool app!! But I cant deal with the freezing images!!

Having trouble with the skip 10s. Can't skip intro and recap. App feels clunky. I am in a very rural area where internet/cable is not an option. I have to use my cell phone data to stream anything. Because of that, I would like the option to adjust playback at a lower quality for better connectivity during heavy traffic times. Not sure what the gold boxes that pop up on the sides of the picture are. Very annoying. Doing the 7 day trial. I don't think I'll be continuing.

Wow app developers, time to get crackin'! The MGM+ app is one of the more terrible streaming apps I've come across. -There is no way to seek forward or backwards while casting (like if you want to skip an intro). -It constantly "forgets" it's casting if my phone screen doesn't perfectly stay on, and I have to open the app all over again. -There's literally no place on the home screen to pick up where you left off on a show. Gotta search for it from scratch. 😅 Hope someone sees this!

Decent content, but their apps are unusable. Have it installed on roku and there doesn't seem to be a way to re-watch an episode that you already finished. So if you fall asleep and want to start an episode over you can't. Click the episode and it does nothing. I can play back older episodes on my phone, but the app doesn't allow casting to a roku. Allowing users to clear their watch history would suffice as a workaround here, but that can't be done either.Noteven on the web browser interface.

Don't hit "subscribe and install" because I did to try the free trial which auto-connected it to my email but then when I went into the app it said my email was already in use and I wasn't eligible for the free trial. Now I can't sign in with my email at all or it wants me to subscribe again minus the free trial. Figured it out: this is fixable by doing "forgot password" even though I never made a password in the first place. Just in case it happens to anyone else 👍

Sheesh, what an abysmal user experience. Titles are laid out well, but once you start streaming, the UI is terrible. Scratching my head at how you can have a streaming app this bad in 2024. Doesn't save subtitle setting between viewings, no skip recap, no skip intro, no skim 15 second button. Just missing features every app has had for years. Get to work.

MGM+ app works great on my android and fire stick. There are a lot of good movie choices to watch for the price and add to My List. what I like most is the Live TV 4 channel choices of great movies without ads and they tend to keep movies listed longer than other apps. Fine by me--as I said lots of good movie choices to watch if you are into seeing some several times a month.

Can't watch HALF the movies on Samsung TV AND MUST CAST from the phone app to TV... what a HASSLE! Two weeks later I cant watch MOST of the movies in my favorites list. I keep getting "Content Not Available". TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I will be CANCELLING at the end of the month. BTW, they raised the monthly cost OVER 15%. Piece of junk. It always wants to display on my phone so I always have exit the app and restart it to display on the TV.

I love this application. I get to content my provider with it and I don't have to waste money on paying extra for the application. This is what I was hoping for. All services should provide the same. It's not fair to force people to pay more for something they already have. Thank you MGM+. The application is running smoothly and I get to save and download videos for later. It's easy to sky the short advertisement in the beginning of the videos too.

Movie selection is fine. Just the lack of features that are standard on other platforms is disappointing. It only gives the option to have one profile. I would like the ability to have separate profiles and watch lists for household members. Also, I would like a simple, easy way to clear the 'continue watching'. The continue watching row doesn't even show up on my mobile app, only on TV, but with no way to clear it. I tried forwarding a movie to the end, and it still doesn't clear.

A bit confusing when I go to my list, it shows movies/programs I did not choose to save. This is where I'd like to know why this is so? Not one of my other apps like Prime, Netflix or Paramount+ do that. Whatever I pick to my list does not add other items. Good selections however, I have to say, lots to choose from. I just would like an answer to the my list problem, as it takes me forever to sort through them all and try to remember which ones I chose.
