I do not recommend it at all. This exchange is a fraud in the true sense, this is the second time that I transfer tokens with the correct contract to the wallet and the token is not transferred, and the support always says that you have transferred the wrong token and you have to pay to return it. The first time they asked me 90 dollars and this time 50 dollars, I see nothing but fraud

I feel this exchange has partnered with so much fraudsters. They list dozens of coins daily and many of them are just to defraud people's money. Once the asset is listed it will lose 100 percent over few years and it will then be delisted when it becomes worthless. Believe me these assets can turn one billion dollar to less than a dollar. For instance $Pepe8 which they just delisted. I lost all my money . CEX exchange should protect customer by listing only tokens from credible developers

Pls u guys need to work on your verifificatin interface. It sucks and is the worst next to that of bitget Work on providing BVN which is faster and more authentic.

This is one of the frustrating exchange ever , how can you tell me someone else used my documents to verify his/her account ,how is that possible , they're not up to standard at all . Their customer care service is nothing , they are functionless Kindly find sth to do and let me withdraw my funds from your exchange in peace ✌️

Scammer 😭 this exchange scams me. I have buy 6 different coins but loss every sport trading. I never saw this loss in Bitget, bianance kucoin etc. just imagine in spot you loss every thing in just 10+12 hours, now your account 100 dollar and when trade in spot you see 20 dollars 80 dollar gone in just 12 hours, this is not future trading this is spot trading, and every coin gets loss.

MEXC app is so good and user's friendly, but the Mobile application some times not working properly just bcoz of its Ping, bcoz bcoz price of the coin got stucked bcoz of ping and the price on which i take possition is different from price i decided, as the Desktop version is so good and better than Mobile Apk version.

This broker is my favorite broker but there is an issue.when I finding coins for trending I face an issue to top of the mobile and click on the coin and scroll to find other coins it is time taking up date it move your thumb Left write for changing coins. Please I am waiting for this.like binance broker

Trading should be a little faster, when you click on the market maker book, it should be able to automatically sell as much as the balance we have, it is difficult to enter numbers manually, in addition, since there are so many products, most products do not have volume. My advice to you, friends, is to stay away from low volume coins.

I personally invested in a few new coins, and after buying them, they dropped 1000%. I bought them for $10 and now one coin is worth $0.0000010. This exchange is a big scam. They launch new coins daily, and people invest, and then the price drops 500% to 1000%. Sometimes, the price even becomes $0. This never happens on other exchanges like Binance. This exchange supports those new coin investors. I know what you will reply to me. Sorry for your loss; you know trading is risky. etc.

Interesting exchange but I think you need to improve. To attract more users please create a gatway to token import from smart contract. Make it user friendly for both experienced and beginners. Demand for gas fees prior to token import makes it impossible for beginners. Unless it's your mission to see them loose thier funds. The charges for withdrawal or token import I think must be deducted during the process of importing tokens from smart contract.

pros: easy to navigate gui, pretty good charting configuration, tab layout is smooth & intuitive, overall well designed imo cons: ad pane pop-ups on opening app & throughout day [checkbox option to close specific promotions at a time instead of all at once], when utilizing futures a 'network delay' constantly popping up once a chart gains volatility; resulting in unfortunate results for scalping enthusiasts using market feature. overall though 9/10 app. Couple of tweaks and it would get a 5/5

The first time I used the app, it worked well,but the second time it keeps on saying I should submitt KYC which I did and it was successful and confirmed, but now It blocks me to continue with my activities, it's so frustrating. I can’t buy or sell, support is not helping me either. I can’t reach even with an email. It's disappointing.
