Transaction history is abysmal. Relevant information not displayed in the list for easy inspection. Will have to do extra work to obtain information since my memory is just not good enough to remember every single transaction weeks and months after the fact. Conversion rates missing on some coins obviously needs work.

I would no recommend anyone use this wallet. Not only does it consistently have issues connecting to game account but their security is a joke. I have had a wallet on here for a long time that I was not using and the 2 days after I put funds in it for a game I was playing someone somehow hacked my account and drained it. The security says there is nothing they can do about it and I'm out my funds.

This app is complicated. How can I have over $60 in my wallet and your portfolio is showing me $0. I can't move my BNB to Binance because it keeps returning JSON PRC Error and contacting support for help is never possible. I wish I can give zero star. Edit: This app is buggy. Wallet balance is just disappearing making it difficult to transfer

I am feeling great about this app especially for being gateway to blockchain but it takes long to connect to internet.....not good. Again the demand for gas fees prior to withdrawal or token import makes seem not friendly, I suggest that if you can improve so that the gas fees be auto deducted during the token import like it is with the traditional banks, the charges are auto calculated and deducted during withdrawal.

Metamask is a very good service, but the mobile app is EXTREMELY laggy. My goodness! Even on my Redmi A3 with 8gb RAM and so much speed, the metamask app was laggy. Please improve the speed of the UI. They aren't smooth and keep delaying between button presses!

Terrible! For the past one week now, I've been unable to link or sign in my wallet to any of my earning apps.Very slow in response and it keeps saying connecting without bringing up the sign in option or connect option. The hard time it has given me for a while now is indescribable, please find a way to fix all the glitches aforementioned as soon as possible. Thanks.

I am using metamask wallet for long time but it has a very poor performance as compared to other wallets like okx or zerion. It shows incorrect balance in the mobile app, transactions get stuck very often, in chrome browser it behaves much worse like makes the browser very slow, new coins are not shown automatically. I am moving to OKX wallet which is much better in every aspect.

Its not very user friendly. You have to manually add the address for almost any token or it won't show your balance, even if it's in your wallet. A particularly annoying glitch for me is the transaction confirmation notification gets stuck covering the bottom portion of the screen, rendering all buttons under it non-functional. Uninstaller and recovering my wallet is the only way to clear it. Extremely inconvenient.

All things considered, I do like this app. The browser functions are in serious need of improvement. Doesn't like to open new tabs, some sites will not use the same browser window to lead to a particular page, instead opting to open a new browser window. Metamask browser just can't seem to open the new tab, and when you lose out of MM to reopen you end up with 30 new tabs. Only slightly exaggerating that number, I've had it generate 18 new tabs. That's really my only complaint.

Just crashed after importing another account, wallet , address etc. To keep up with and all in one place like I thought was the purpose of it . Had to restart my phone just to do anything then I open the app and says an error occurred or something about storage full and or local data corrupt etc. Won't unlock and only option is to reset it lose all that is in it and start over , 🤔 ???? It's already messed up in the past and can't ever seem to get it right, I'm not a pro but it's difficult.

There's been an issue with using uniswap for a while. Nobody is talking about this??? Wallet connect is the only way to connect and it constantly has a warning pop up, "This website has been blocked from automatically opening an external application." The app crashes and closes right after. I often can't make a swap on uniswap. Phone (Pixel 6) isn't rooted or running graphene and it's up to date.

Somehow it's even worse than the browser extension! I didn't believe that could even be done! The only reason I even use MetaMask is because it's the only one seemingly able to be used with every web3 website. If there were another choice, I'd jump ship instantly! Crashes CONSTANTLY! It spontaneously will ask you to completely recover your wallet with your recovery phrase! (Which makes me super uncomfortable) and it's browser is among the worst experiences I've ever endured!

I had a hard time creating an account. I entered a password twice and it told me it was good. But the Continue button was disabled. It took a long time to figure out the problem: good was not good enough! It had to be strong! The user friendly thing would to tell the user the reason why Continue was not enabled! When I went to buy ETH I was shocked to see that to buy $200 the fees were $19.96, almost 10%. Other wallets are much cheaper! Also, debit card is the only option. No ACH!

It's metamask and it's mobile. So far, so good. It's easy to switch between the Main and Test netwotks for ETH. It's probably better to create a separate wallet rather than import with this app, if you use the browser extension as well. They currently prevent exporting the seed phrase when asking you to back it up, which is kind of annoying and seems counter-intuitive.

Best wallet app around, no question. So easy — EXCEPT — the navigation bar gets in the way of the page! Sometimes irreparably blocking my ability to accept a pop up disclaimer or press other buttons, all because the navigation bar is in the way! There is no setting on Metamask that would allow me to move the navigation bar to the top of the page, or minimize it, I just currently have to accept that some webpages will be impossible to interact with on Metamask all because of the navigation bar.

I was going to give more stars but the inconvenience of the error i'm getting is really frustrating. Every time I try to open the ETH network on my first acct it automatically closes metamask and a message pops up saying that the app has a bug and that something went wrong. I know something went wrong, I just want this bug to be fixed. And I already have the latest version of the app, no updates required yet. Metamask need to fix this ASAP. 02/10 Update, now it's telling me to restore wallet 🙄.

I used biometrics to log in for about a month. Now it's asking me for a password which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist. The radio button is set to unlock with fingerprint. Other than that it's alright. I'm not crazy about how it opens a browser tab when you go to look at your portfolio and stuff. If that could all get built in I'd give a 4th star and a 5th if this bug didn't happen
