I love the app. BUT the "edit ad creative" part need to be checked. It keeps failing. As if there is a countdown timer or something. If you don't hurry up, you'll see a black page and that's it. You'll have to cancel and start all over again. It really frustrating. Do something about it please

Meta ads has a glitch that is more like a scam. If you cancel your ad after a day, it says cancelled but doesn't stay cancelled. It turned active again on it's own and then sends somewhat of an error notice each time you click to cancel again that says ads have the best results if they run for more than 4 days. When I contacted the ads support, it felt like they couldn't understand English. I had to type the issue out over four times so far. It's like deliberately being uncomprehend. Very scammy

Ads on Facebook work. I've been getting many more deals because of this, however, the notifications are all delayed which prevents an immediate response. Instead of responding in 5-10 minutes, which generally guarantees a close, I don't see them for about an hour. This may just be on the Facebook/ Meta app itself, but I wish the ads manager would provide this instead, it may run a bit more smoothly.

Facebook ads in general is by far the worst thing I have ever experienced. It never works, constantly disabled account for nonesense reasons, and then when you try to get it activated again, facebook just sends you a form and it doesn't even list my accounts. When I submit a request, they close my case and just tell me to go to the help center. It's borderline criminal and if you can get away without using facebook ads, I would highly suggest you do it. Should be 0/5 stars.

Not bad. I wish it was easier to come up with different markets and had the ability to only run ads during certain times. It should also let me schedule things easily throughout the month. It really doesn't do that. And it doesn't like liberal terms when your searching for your demographic. Well I don't know if it likes conservative terms. It didn't have words like religion, Bible, or Jesus And if you look at various spots it gets confusing on how much you really spent on ads.

Charging me .56 for a campaign that I wasn't running any ads for. I stopped that campaign months ago and they were running it anyway. I had to download this app just to delete the campaign so they won't to that to me again. I set the limit to one cent after I paid it and within minutes got a notification that my limit had been reached. It wasn't even an active campaign. So, hopefully now that I deleted the whole thing, it is done and over with. After the bill me for .01 the end of February 🙄

When I installed the app, instead of showing my ads Manager for my new Facebook business page for my online store, it pulled up a page and group that I have been trying to get back on for months, but not the new page. I always have a really hard time getting in touch with Facebook for any questions or concerns. I would love it if you could make yourself a little more available to the people that need legitimate information or questions answered Things have improved 100%. Thank you Facebook!

Frustrating app. Yes, I can view all my many Ad Accounts in the app. But why does the Ad Account list have to lazy load? And there's no search, so it takes 5+ seconds to wait for the Ad Accounts to load as I scroll down. And then notifications. The worst. You can't globally turn off certain notifications, so you have to do it per Ad Account. I have over 50. Oh, and I turned off the Daily Summary notification for an Ad Account, yet it continues to pop up every morning. About to disable notifications entirely and only use this for a quick check of something. The app is just poorly designed, which I wouldn't have expected from Facebook.

This app is honestly pretty terrible compared to the desktop version. Its difficult to create multiple ad sets in one campaign and duplicate ads into a new ad set or campaign. It's not clear (or even possible from what I can tell) to turn off detailed ad targeting expansion. There are many features missing that are pretty essential to using ad manager and makes this app frustrating if not worthless to use. The app also crashes A LOT.

Ever since Facebook made it so pages function as profiles you can switch to, this app does not show events associated with my pages, nor shows posts made since the UI change. As such, I'm unable to boost new content or event engagement through the app, which was the only reason I downloaded it in the first place. Hope you all fix this. Yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times to no avail.

For the last 3 days I have not been able to make a payment in the app. The billing and payment screen is completely black and won't load then it will eventually time out and says try again later. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tried on multiple devices and the same thing is happening. I chatted then spoke with tech support and they say nothing is wrong with my profile and it must be a bug so they sent in a ticket. META PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

You'd think Facebook would iron out the flaws in this app but no. cant reliable edit audiences, the app freezes when trying to select new interests. When you click to discard a change, it saves it anyway. It's extremely buggy and rathrr frustrsting that i have to use my laptop or desktop whenever I want to create an Ad. It should be possible to do from start to end thru their mobile app.

Garbage app. It is unusable, doesn't give you all the options for creating ads that you get from a desktop. Won't let you change location for ads. But this is no shock coming from Meta which seems to have a severe issue with continuity between it's apps and what get from desktop. What a joke, it changes layout every time you open it. Can't edit your location for showing ads. No wonder Facebook is losing ground to all other platforms. Still garbage.

Since the most recent update, the app functionality is significantly lagging. Extremely slow to load the dashboard when first opened. Not responsive when I try to open a campaign to view specific ad sets. Previous version functionality was very quick and responsive. I do like the new aesthetics on this update, but need to fix bugs to make it useful again.

I think in theory this app has been thought through from a technical POV, but it's too unlike the desktop version of FBM (which already has a learning curve to use/read), that it's basically unusable. Just as important, the ads data is not consistent across the app and desktop, and the design, although elegant and mobile friendly, is different enough that it's not easy to compare core KPI's across Campaigns and Ad Sets. Really all I care about is knowing traffic metrics, how many conversions, conversion value, and how much I spent. Show me this in one bit size dashboard without having to click through different levels and scrolling so much, and I'll happily change my rating. It's not so much about using preset dashboards or making the app work for me-- it's about accessing the most important information quickly and knowing it's accurate so I don't need to look at my computer.

It's a really great app in that it's easy to set up and maintain your ads. However, my account got hacked. Facebook disabled it, and there's nothing in their FAQ's about how to reopen the account. And of course, there's NO phone # to call and discuss it with anyone. I sent several emails but didnt receive a reply. So, if you decide to advertise on FB, which almost doubled my business, know that there is ZERO customer service if you need assistance with an ad or u have a billing issue!

Provides basic ad management functionality for Facebook's ad platform. If you're not managing multiple ads for a Facebook page, this app is pretty much useless for you. However, if you are using Facebook advertising platform, there are some useful features in the app. The ability to set notifications for while performing, or underperforming, ads is something that's useful here so, as you're not constantly Tethered to a desktop and can monitor your ad campaign on the go.

The app frequently fails to display information properly, which makes evaluating ad performance less reliable and interferes with editing ads and ad sets. Sometimes the same notifications will keep popping up as new no matter what you do. The app is still useful, don't get me wrong, but it has some really annoying technical problems. Edit: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 2. The technical issues have gotten worse, not better, and it's so bad that the app frequently tells me to uninstall.

Downloaded. This is the most janky, inefficient app in the universe. That is my true belief. It took me an hour to go through and just try to make one simple ad. Every time I go off screen to try to get ad copy to copy and paste onto the ad spaces available, it starts over at the home screen, and I have to once again start all over again. Why would something so large, like Facebook, have such a horrible user unfriendly platform? Please do away with it or fix it. I have now removed it. #ragequit
