I see a lot of people complaining about this app. I have a Nexus 5. Im not sure how it is with other peoples phones but if you press Shift, the emoticons button turns into the Enter button allowing you to skip to the next line. Also, I can only send/receive picture messages when my WiFi is off and my mobile data is on. That was my fix for that issue. In conclusion, I like this messaging app WAY better than Google Hangouts. Easy to use and feels exactly like the old SMS/MMS system I used on my last phone.

I do not know what is going on all of a sudden with this app. For some reason I'm not able to send pictures in it all of a sudden, as well as, if I send a picture I cannot see the message that's attached to the picture. I just recently viewed Another Person's (Jeanna Yeager) review and she is having the same identical issues as I am. I've never had this happen before. I love this message app. So ease fix the issues or I will delete it.

A nice, simple SMS app. Installed to use in place of that pre installed on my phone, which cannot be removed. Guess which one? This one works perfectly and is now set as default. Only docked 1 star because the advertisements are annoying. I understand why they are there and are only at the bottom of the screen which isn't too intrusive.

Every time it is activated an ad is presented. These are annoying, but the app is effective for its intended purpose. App closes intermittently on its own. This is intensely annoying. Each time it restarts it presents another ad. This sometimes happens after attempting to close one message and start a second message. Each message is opened only after another ad is presented. It sometimes requires an app restart and ad presentation between each individual message.

I would give this app at least 4 stars for its features, if they worked. I specifically installed it for the Scheduling feature to use with group messages. I created 2 groups of 17 and 21, created a message for both groups scheduled at a specific time, and the messages never sent. And you can't recall and edit scheduled messages to edit, cancel, or re-send. And full screen video ads that you can't exit until they've played for 5 seconds! Then you see an ad on bottom of screen also.

UPDATE: Because of the problems below and no response from the developer, I have switched to another app. ************************** There are 2 MAJOR problems with this otherwise great app.. I can't attach anything from the texting app (clicking on the paperclip 📎, it's grayed out). The second problem is when I click the "Schedule" menu option, it doesn't work (sends the message right away)? I've contacted the developer but these 2 issues seem to persist..

Exactly what I was looking for: A tiny SMS/MMS app that doesnt have ads and wont need to be updated constantly, that I can install to my system partition to replace the carrier themed one the phone came with. Its a low end phone so I want a lightweight app, not some bloated thing with themes, backgrounds, stationery and giant emoticons. ... The UI is somewhat clunky though -- for instance to send more than 1 picture at a time, you have to attach a slideshow and add the pictures to that, instead of simply attaching a picture and then attaching another picture. It gets the job done, and seems able to perform all SMS/MMS tasks.

You have now fixed it until it is totally broken. Suddenly I get bombarded with ads even though I have the paid version which is supposed to be ad free. The app used to be fast, but the new update takes a long time to load. Also the new icon looks like there are unread messages. I will rather purchase a more reliable app from a more reliable supplier.

Great app, never had any problems with it. I do wish that it would show the text message your responding too when you use the quick reply button on from the notification screen. It would also be nice if it would work with Samsungs Multi-Window, that would really be nice to use it with multitasking. Other than those two things, it works great!

It does what its supposed to. Unsure why I am able to review a standard function of the phone. Fortunately you can infact, text message on my cell phone. The Archive feature is kind of annoying but atleast they made it easy to undo. No matter how short, it refuses to send messages containing videos I have recorded due to file size. Overall it does what it should and does it satisfactory. Looking forward to review other basic phone functions such as Phone, Airplane mode and Lock screen!

I gave this SMS app a chance and it failed spectacularly! I had issues left and right, sent three emails about three huge issues and received no response (funny how they take LONGER IF AT ALL than the trial lasts to even consider replying to me. Lots of broken stuff, including; -Block by keyword doesn't work -Can't send pictures to others -notifications are not right, all over the place. This is made worse by both issues above MANY OTHER ISSUES TOO (out of space here). HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It worked okay, but not great, for awhile. I paid to remove ads that were annoyingly in the way. It just forced an update and now it is not working except with personal text messages. The whole point of this app IMO is to send and receive group and media messages when your phone's default app doesn't do that and this app is not doing that for me anymore after the update. I will be deleting this app and trying another one if anyone has any recommendations.

Edit/Update: This app lost its ability to send pictures from my phone. It's also now glitching every so often, freezing up, then dropping whatever message I was writing. Dumping this app ASAP. ***** Great app except that I can't purchase it to get rid of the inane ads for brain-rot games and other useless nonsense. I will need to go through all of the messaging apps again to find something as good as this one.

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and was no longer able to use Verizon's SMS app, which I LOVED! So I started looking for replacement apps with similar features and this was the closest I could find. Though I really like the features, the amount of ads is absurd and it's even more ridiculous to pay $50 for ad removal for life. I would pay maybe $20 and that's VERY generous considering some problems with this one (like uploading or downloading MMS pictures) that ensure it won't be around long

The messaging part seems great. Crisp dark mode, handy spam section in the tabs, intuitive layout, easy scheduled message usage, all good on all that. Unfortunately regardless of which settings I change or what permissions I give it I'm unable to send pictures. I would love to increase my rating, but if I can't sent MMS then that's a deal breaker. If there's a fix I'd love to know.

Waay too many ads, but I guess that's why it's free. Plus, many of the ads come on with sound regardless of if my phone is on silent or not which is EXTREMELY annoying. Works somewhat well. But ..when using the app, the keyboard doesn't automatically capitalize the letters after a period. Also, the messages keep going across and not down so it's hard to correct/see the message. Guess I'll go back to the other app I was using. .
