I like this game, it relaxes me. The only issue I have is the timed events. I can never get past certain areas. Like the realm. It starts off good, like you only need 20 points to receive items, then it jumps to having to get 2400 points to receive items. You have 2 days to clear all these areas, but can never get close because it takes too long.

I have still not been able to log in(it won't even load) since your new update on 7/12/23, and it is now the 18th. This is getting ridiculous. I can't even get to the start button. It looks like an old TV with nothing but static channels. This has caused a major loss for me with daily login rewards as well as my two floating island merge completion rewards. I also can't complete events. This needs to be addressed quickly, and all gifts lost (including the watch again for double) are reimbursed.

Game Will Not Open/Load I absolutely loved this game just a day or two ago. However, this morning, after purchasing the small southern island, I can't even get the game to load or open. It either tells me the connection was lost and to try again, which I did both on/off our wireless network, or it stops at 50% on the loading screen and won't progress further. Have thought about deleting and redownloading, but am concerned I will lose all progress, including the $ already spent. Please fix this.

I won't take away the rating I've given.. but please fix your problems.. some things take forever to get.. and to have that item disappear is disheartening and aggravating.. Two such items were the wheat field and the throne.. takes FOREVER to get the little cats. sceptors etc.. and to go to merge them only to have them vanish ... well it makes the work not worth much.. if its a simple thing of a missing graphic... repair it? Thank you.. Other than that I do enjoy the game.

Very nice. I like that it's not quite the same as the other "cookie- cutter" merge games out there. But I don't like that one single level eats up the entirety of your energy. I do like the events, those help with the energy consumption issue, but it still should be better. It's a major bummer, only being able to play for about 5 minutes, then having to wait for my energy to fully regenerate. That being said, it's the only problem I've got. Would absolutely recommend.

I am rating 3 stars at this time. The game is very cute and fun to play, but i can only play for a few minutes before getting bumped out of the game. When this happens many items I have gathered and items i have bought with coins are missing when i reopen the game, however it will show that the coins have been spent. At this time i am stuck in map level 21 because i merged something wrong and can't complete the level.

Update: Stop updating the game! Every time you update it, it breaks. Every time I'm forced to update the game, it crashes for the first three days and I lose three days of login rewards and subscription rewards. Overall, I love this game. I've been playing for a while. But with this newest update, the game isn't loading at all. It keeps crashing before it finishes loading. I've lost two days of rewards because of the new update. Instead of fixing bugs, the update wrecked everything.

Frustrating.... I love the game. I've tried a couple merging games and this is the only one that I have found really enjoyable. But the developers and bugs are so frustrating. They apparently updated the game, at first it was just buggy I couldn't get things to stay on my land, it was throwing errors that I had no free land but I had lots open, wouldn't let me click on bubbles. I messaged them, no response, try again on a few hours and all my progress is gone, months of work and money put in.

Moves random objects around. Click on an empty space and it has invisible objects. Make a match setup and it will scrabble. Seems to be whenever butterflies are coming through when it starts and even refreshing only lasts a few minutes tops before it does it again. Actually invested money into game play and it is disheartening to get so far and it won't work right.

It's not a bad game, per se, but it feels like a sloppy rip-off of Merge Dragons. Many identical mechanics but with choppier control. A lot of little things contribute to this, no one thing is bad enough to single out. A single star because i can't give fewer. Immediately on first startup, it requested permission to make and manage phone calls. A day or two later, a mystery app (popup over the launcher) also requested SMS access. I *might* have continued playing but it no longer loads.

I like this game, one of my issues with it though, is that the graphics don't fully load if I'm switching between devices. Once I deleted it from other device the graphics were fixed so I just play on one device for now....update, problems with items disappearing after merging or merging on their own has been fixed. Since update the game tends to freeze often and stop working, it loads right back up but can get repetitive.

I originally would have given this 5 stars cause I love this game. It's a great way to waste time and just clear your head when you're stressed. But.....now none of the arias clear the dead lands and some items are on the screen but you can't move them, it's as if they don't exist but you can see it so it's definitely there. And...some spaces on the screen are empty but you cant move an item to it. It's very frustrating because I've run out of space and now I can't play anymore.

Favorite game, but messing up. Objects have been deleting, which always happens with my higher level ones that take me forever to get (throne, harvestable wheat field, etc). They become impossible to move and arent recognized as existing, and then they just disappear. Restarting wont bring them back. Very frustrating when you put time into it and spend real $. Also began having issues with loading the game today. It gets to 50% and wont go any further. Screen goes dark and loading symbol spins.

Formerly awarded a 5 even though there were slight issues.. Text popping up in Asian characters, things that should merge not merging etc but while so many things became great, graphics, among many other things the glitches that cause loss of progress are most frustrating I play this game multiple times daily and when it closes, I just take the hint and find something else to do but this is getting insane, I can't keep up with the things I've lost!!! 😳😢😱😔

Interesting game & colorful characters! I enjoy it! I gave this 5 stars when I began playing last year...the updates began to change how well the game works. You have a choice about watching ads, but the ads don't play consistently & sometimes bounce you out of the game. problems with missing stuff I purchased from one log in to another others mention. No one from the company responds to messages about problems ! Yesterday it asked me to update the app. It still hasn't download/installed!

I've noticed that the special realms tend to have more bugs than the regular rotation. Specifically with the slot portion, this last update allows me to travel, but there is either zero bags available to steal or just one, and there is no way to go back without all chances used. I have to exit out of the entire app and re-open and that spin is used. Please work with developers to include an "opt-out" option when stealing so at least we can go back to our realm when glitches happen.

I really like the realms because the characters don't have to rest. It's limited to three days, bummer. It's really hard to get the main lands to grow. Outrageous amounts of power needed to clear areas out of the black. If that makes any sense to you. The roll the dice extra earnings gets stuck when 2 dice is landed on.

Now I can't load the game on my Moto G phone. It loads 74% then says error. Not happy and pushed to 1 star. It keeps crashing or freezing up in the middle of a merge orin the special games. Now it has little blockers on some things so you can't merge them because it's stuck in one spot. I really get livid when it just shuts off when I get a good game going within 5 minutes! It crashes every 10 to 15 minutes and I make sure to clean the cache up first. Fix the crashing please.

This is one of my favorite games but lately all the events are bugged. Either when you go to steal it will freeze or when you try to watch ads for rewards it won't let you. Please fix the bugs before working on new content. Now the newest issue is, when I try to load the game, the newest mode that is coming in 22hrs (cube maze) causes my entire game to freeze making me unable to play the game entirely, including the most current Christmas event 🤬

The game has been freezing and closing every couple of minutes and doesn't save progress in between. Please fix this..is super annoying. I submitted a help ticket but it's been since 5/17 and no one has responded to help. Don't spend money on this app because if the game freezes and closes your purchase may no longer be there when you log back in and still get charged.
