I don't know if my device is lagging but when I enter the "world map" I can't even touch it even if I tap it anywhere, how to fix it?. You're immediate response is highly appreciated.

Lost my account when game crashed have contacted support and received no reply. I would like a refund on whatever I spent on this game since I will not get my items, levels etc due to a problem within your game

Fun game, but the grind has stalled at level 16 and need to spend $$ to continue the momentum. Looks like a pay to win game.

Broken, the tutorial makes me click the map and then build and it tells me to tap search but it's frozen and I can't progress.

The summoning in this game is horrible. You spend 8000 gems and get 0 characters. You might get a couple of shards but the rest is leveling items that provide little help. Waste of a game and time. 3.6 stars. Should be 1 star. Must have a bunch of fake reviews.

Plenty of ads and never the short ones. I don't feel its worth it but that's most mobile games. Greed has set in and you can all keep it. I'm not making you money for wasting my time anymore

Wish I could give it zero stars. Literally within 10 minutes of playing it froze up and crashed and now wont even let me log in . Extremely disappointing. I really hope the customer service is better then the game

Game froze on 5th battle, making it unplayable. Nothing seems to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, force closed the app and cleared cache, cleared the data, nothing has worked

WORST hero summons of ALL mmorts. 50% of premium summons comprised of low value resource tokens. Duplicate hero you already have?; here's TWO shards for your luck! Otherwise cut&paste from the rest of the mmorts style, unique feature is merging troops and buildings as you unlock levels, like merge games, more annoying than practical or fun. Best feature is it's low popularity; fewer p2p bullies, and given said issues, likely to remain so.

Great game. However when doing the tutorial for search for enemies, it tells me to click the build button, then nothing. Can't click on anything, restarted the game and even uninstalled but still the same issue. Please solve this issue and it's an easy 5 start game

Been playing for a while now and the constant bugs, lagging and freezing is getting old. Started out fantastic but turned into a dumpster fire fast. If the devs would actually FIX the issues and set better side missions this game would be great.

False advertisement. Not only did the gameplay in the ad for this game showed something entirely different, but also it showed me ingame purchase with supposed 99% off, which sounds legit. Plus, the actual gameplay is exact copy of a different game.

Of course it's different with the ads, the games in play store become trashy nowadays. The game itself has the potential but again, the system is too grindy and boring af. There is also some minor annoyance with the tutorial. In the end this is not a good game.

A much more pay to play copy of Top Troops, even has an archaic paylocked VIP system. I turned vibration off in my phone settings but this 'game' accessed and overrode the settings. Battery drain is insane, crashed my phone in less than 20 minutes, even though it is plugged in. (Not surprisingly since it was accessing all my phone systems.)

Update: newest update is a slap in the face of the players. Fourth formation was free but is now locked behind a large paywall along with other features being locked behind another paywall. Don't waste your time playing unless you don't mind wasting your money. Game is fun of you want to pass the time for a while. Stays interesting enough. It's an absolute blatant cash grab with the times for research and troop training. Watching world chat it seems most players are disgruntled unfortunately.

Doesn't work. Loaded up twice and the introduction on how to play doesn't work! Bad way to start a game! Deleted game from play library in the hope that would fix the issue but nope. Totally unplayable . Don't bother wasting your time or data! Not even going to bother emailing. Have much more important things to do than that.

App is full of bugs. The most fundamentally essential elements don't work. Have to use 2 devices to progress, have close and reload frequently to progress, chat feature rarely works. There is an error that says "can't send empty text" when attempting to chat. Team oriented game can't function without chat. This game is nowhere near ready for market. Major fixes needed before making sales. Also, I couldn't do anything while being attacked. No shield, no moving marches, nothing. Broken app!
