Used to play this game faithfully and daily.. Ever since upgrade 11/2023, I tried to continue to play but everything is more horrible. Not a good upgrade. Lost money, items, everything is so different. Why would you make so many changes to a game that was working perfectly Uninstalling!! Read other reviews I agree with them horrible since update!!

Only was able to get a few orders and then now I'm just killing energy by making things I don't need.. make more orders or ill have to delete the game.. I liked it at first but then when I started not getting any orders it became boring.. especially when I have the little devil quest and no customers to fill orders for please fix this or I'll have to Uninstall.. thanks I'll change my rating if it gets fixed.

I would rate it five stars but Everytime it has an update it wipes away your progress. I was almost done with the secret hideout part and now I have to restart it. I love this game I play it 3-4 times a day but I'm tired of my progress and money being wiped away with every update I had over 100k of coins that was wiped down to 200 seriously. I'm half tempted to delete the game I can't even play it anymore

For starters the game is ok but a lot changes wasn't that necessary, Like I have no use for the coins now just racking them up with nothing to use them on and now you have to use gems for everything which can be costly. But it's ok just need a use for the coins. And something more challenging its starting to be boring.

I really do like the game, however, the amount of time for your items to regain power is crazy. Anywhere from an hour to 8 hours. And then it only allows you to spawn 4 to 6 items on some of them. And there's no way to put base extra gems or coins and such......

UPDATED!!* I absolutely love this game! My game is glitching and won't allow me to go into my "backpack" once I get into my storage it doesn't allow me to click on anything and I have to restart the game, over and over again. UPDATED: I had to jump on here, I posted this Sunday and the development team emailed me and fixed the game! Thanks guys! Great game! Great development team!

Bravo, can't play the game anymore. I've used level up cards before but suddenly today I can't use them anymore. 🙂 It shows me to drag the card to other items to increase their level and yet doesn't allow me to. So I can no longer even play the game. 👍 There's also no help and support section where you could report an issue with the game. The only way you can report it is by leaving a review here. 👍

Changed from 5 to 1 star. Changed it waaay too much. This newest update is the absolute worst! It's made it basically unplayable now. In order to progress, you have to wait for the items to regenerate, or build them up to make them able to regenerate in some cases... but they only give you 4 items. I used 300 energy and 40 diamonds for 4 items?! What's the point? Its no longer an enjoyable game. I deleted it.

I am unable to get into the new bag. Every time I open up the bag, the game freezes. This is unacceptable. If this problem doesn't get fixed, I too shall be deleting this game. I enjoyed the game, til this latest update. They made it worse, instead of improving it, as most updates are supposed to do. Not only that, but you reset my progress where I was. VERY FRUSTRATED, AND VERY UNHAPPY. I'M GLAD I HAVEN'T WASTED ANY MONEY, JUST TIME, ON THIS GAME

They have done an update and it has made the game horrible to play. You have less space to put items. I paid for storage and don't have as much as I have bought. They mixed the merge items up and gave you more steps to have to do which makes it difficult since the main board is smaller. The graphics suck now. They moved your holding bag to the board so it takes up space. They moved items around and are not easy to find. I will probably be deleting the game that I loved because it sucks now.

This used to be my favorite game. I literally spent hours on this game until the update!! Almost 10k coins, and it disappeared to 200 coins. All my hard work disappeared.I no longer have the green cabinet that produces gardening items. The background where the characters are looks cheap and broken. Some of the items glitch the gloves change, lamps, cups, etc... My treasure box, which did not take space in the board, now replace by a bookbag that takes one space on the board. This was one of my favorite games to play prior to the rapid succession of "updates." Now I can't stand to play it due to the tedious nature of the game play. The orders are only centered around 5 producers. The products they create take forever to build up. The "updates" seem to be geared toward trying to get as much money from the player as possible. All of the previous producers are useless. The "updates" have made this once enjoyable game maddening and boring all at the same time.

I'm torn because I like the way the game is set up as it plays out differently than most merge games. However, it feels like as soon as I need a secondary ingredient all of a sudden all 100 of my energy produces only the main component (Lookin at you, coffee machine.) Also most games are a touch more generous with their gems. It's common to be able to purchase at least the first level of refill energy every day. Edit: Uninstalled due to developers responding to but not actually reading my review

I enjoy this game very much, and I actually like reading and following the storyline. I have 1 complaint is that it's hard to get the items to make in your Daily Task and the Energy and Diamond Gems both go quickly due to needing to buy more energy!! I'M NOT going to take a star 🌟 for my complaints. The event is the same over and over but it ALL HELPS AND WORKS IN THE END!!!

Uninstalling because the update on 4/2/2023 got rid of ALL MY PROGRESS! I was making good progress, enjoying the gameplay, and because they decided to change the whole storyline and design, I lost ALL OF IT. Edit to reply to the developer: No, I don't enjoy the new gameplay. I don't particularly care for the direction the characters and storyline have taken and I don't like the new design. I did try to continue, but between this and losing all my progress, I couldn't find any joy in it.

Was fun now a nightmare. I've been playing this for quite a long time, spent some money to advance quicker, etc. This last update ruined it. They completely changed the game play and now it's like every other merge game out there. It also set my progress WAY back from where I was, so any money I spent was just wasted. They gave us 200 diamonds for "compensation" but that doesn't even begin to touch all I've lost because of their update. Really disappointed. Worst update ever, uninstalling.

It has turned into a nightmare. It doesn't acknowledge that I have gems and won't let me buy energy. ALL items can only be purchased with gems now. Most of the events have become a joke and impossible to play for more than 2 minutes. It's just gotten stupid and annoying... so, uninstalling this garbage. It's supposed to be fun and relaxing, not annoying and stressful!!! Update... it's a bit too late to be "updating", there are too many greed issues in your game. I've already deleted it.
