I have had multiple issues with purchases not being unlocked after being charged. The most recent one was the last straw for me. After reporting the problem I was told it wasn't their issue and offered 50 gems..... That is worth 1/4 of the money I'm out... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Have the decency to offer something of at least equal value. That was just a slap in the face. After YEAR of playing and supporting this game I'm done.

I really enjoy this game, but do not purchase the monthly membership. Twice now I have purchased it and when it comes time to renew it charges me and then doesn't give me the gems. Then I have to contact customer services, which never works on the app. I have to go to the app store and find their email and email them to get it fixed.

Purple music special event won't allow me to go back to the main screen after collecting the rewards. The ? and x at the top right of the screen, and the toggle between the task and rewards buttons just don't work. I have to shut the game down and start again. Very annoying. Please fix or I'm out!

Very disappointed. I saved my progress to reset the game because of issues and when I went back on I lost have half of my everything I had. Unfortunately this is not the first time and I'm not starting over for a third time.

Everytime I use a orb to clear the board in special events it automatically goes to the cursed tiles, I've wasted a 16,000 orb because of that, it's unfair and annoying, eventually I'll stop playing the special events.

I really enjoy playing this game. The only problem is the events they are seriously more pay to play in order to complete it. To heal land in the events why must it seriously go above 150 or 200. To try heal one land tile of 800 - 1000 it takes forever if you don't buy items. Please can you change thar so the events are fun for all not just the pay to players. Thanx a mill

I've been playing for about 2 weeks. No real complaints except for some of the challenges by the time you get things unlocked the stupid water puddles already turned into a mushroom period And there's no clouds dropping off more. I have to say that if I don't beat the current level that I'm on within the next day or two I'm probably going to uninstall the game period while I like a challenge this is a bit much. I know that for the last one it was just simply dumb luck & diamonds

I can say that this merge game is one of the best merge games I have ever played. There are interesting puzzle levels, beautiful flowers and trees, and cute mermaids, and you can design houses with your boundless imagination. It makes me feel that I have my own underwater world. XD Last night I sincerely recommended it to my cousin, and she said it is the best teen game! Thanks for creating it! It absolutely should be a 5 star game because I LOVE IT TO DEATH!!!!!!!!!

I started this game and haven't gotten bored yet. I love it. There are beautiful colors and detail. There are a lot of things you can do, so this keeps you happy and interested. The only complaint I have is, unfortunately, a big one. More often than not, the video play for items doesn't work. If it doesn't, you can't just back button to get out of it. You have to close the game and restart which can be very frustrating in and of itself, but there is the added frustration of not getting the items

Fun to play but it's been stuck on level 320 for a few days now. Even when I beat the level over and over, it won't move on or show the next levels. I can only play the home base or level 320 over and over! Well, been a few days. Game won't update, been messed up since the update, stuck on level 320 so uninstalling and going to a different game.

This is one of the best Merge Games, especially if you like fantasy art, fantasy lore, and/or Mermaids. The art is fantastic, and there's legitimate gameplay. The ads actually give relevant in-game rewards. I appreciate the background music as well, and the cute npc characters that speak to you. There's plenty of gameplay activities as well to keep you playing.

I cannot change my name. I can never charge, it says connection error. It would be nice to have faq's. It's hard to know where to get certain food tree seeds from and it is frustrating. The game is fun, but the bugs can make u put the game down for months. There really should be morecolored fish too instead of MOST being all white. And one more thing, if I have merged and have been rewarded with the highest trophy, it's my opinion that I should receive huge harvest, not locked boxes.

Overall a decent game the levels are challenging but fun. The time levels you don't have to complete to move on which is a wonderful thing. However the change to the weekly events was a disaster. They're extremely time intensive and almost impossible to complete. Used to be a fun game but not so much anymore

I really like this game over several other merge games I have tried in the past. However, over the last 2 weeks the game kept crashing aftter the April 15th update. I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone multiple times and it stull didn't work. Now I am finally able to get back on, but all progress was lost and still it crashes randomly. I use an android. I hope you can fix it because this helps me with my anxiety.

I play a lot of merge games. And I know this app has potential. There are some things that I need to address; 1. Trophies when merged together looks too similar. I would like it if it was slightly different. 2. Levels. The dead land pop-up is permanent. Like it won't go away when i click on it and when i click outside. 3. Level thing to get Trophies. It won't go away until I click on it. It would be nice if you can make it automatically go away after a few seconds. Same w/ dead land pop-up

This is definitely one of the better "merge" games! My only frustration is the space issue! I spend a great deal of money on this game and it takes forever to get land! I don't want to throw things away, and I prefer to merge 5 instead of 3, which in turn runs right into the lack of space thing! Please consider giving us more space to play, seems like a no brainer to me, I have more space, I play more, and I spend more! Win-win scenario, right? Great ap, thanks for the hard work! I've gotten quite far in this game and I love it. However, recently when I try to play the app opens the main screen and then... NOTHING. Not even the loading bar. I've freed up space deleted other games, cleaned my cache and even waited 30 minutes for it to load before giving up & trying a different game which, by the way opens up and loads immediately. That tells me the problem isn't on my end or my system. Other than this issue I love the game but it's a moot point if I can't play.

❤ the game only issue I am having is I'm unable to zoom In or out other than that highly recommend. UPDATE:I was able to fix my issue realized that it was another game I tried 😆 now since I figured out that; this is a wonderful work design. Graphics are excellent! kudos to the developer's team. 👏 🙌 Definitely a keeper in my book. I do have one suggestion allowing people to purchase things with coins as well as gems that would be awesome.

I play a lot of merge games, and this feels like watching paint dry. It takes a lot to clear land; I can't get rid of a chest and other objects that cost money or gems to use. (Gems that I don't feel like using at the moment); and events take forever to accomplish one task to level up. Overall, the games pacing is just too slow, and the gameplay is a snooze fest.

It glitches. Freezes up my phone. It's so bad to the point I have to hold the power button for a long time to restart my phone because the game freezes my whole phone. Can't use my screen. Can't click out. Over all the game is fun always something to do. The details and art is amazing but the crashing is unreal. And it's ever time. Maybe 3-7 mins and boom it crashed.
