The app is as bad as the indurance. If you read it you will see that you as a customer have no rights, not even to change your way of paying or your policy. All rights are given to the company and they have the right to change your policy and withdraw what ever amount they want out of your account. Do not use this app and definitely do not use this insurance company.

I'm paying less for two vehicles a month than I was for one with other insurance companies. Excellent customer service. When I added a secondary vehicle they let me have coverage for a month before charging me. I'll never switch! Thank you Asi for saving me so much money!

The app itself is fine. Except for the minor bug of never keeping you logged in. the app is very user efficient. I can't speak to their underwriting services as i never made a claim. Their 800 customer service is phenomenal - every single rep i talked to was respectful and helpful. Neg: their billing is atrocious. I signed up for 6 pay, but their EFTs don't work so they charge you for returns or lates . Wants you to pay extra to pay by CC. A headache. Sorry but goodbye

Wish they had an option to have multiple users for policies. IE our policy has 2 cars but we can only have 1 set of credentials instead of each of us having our own set of credentials...if she forgets the password and resets or changes it it would effect my access.

On an Android phone if you are using the message your agent feature if you switch to another screen (e.g. to get information) it blows out everything in the message and closes the Mercury App. This happened twice and doesn't happen with any other App on my phone.

Can't register. Been a Mercury customer for over ten years and it gives an error that my account has been canceled or expired. I just received my confirmation of renewal notice today along with a link to the app. Downloaded the app, attempted to create the login, no dice.

Garbage company. The rep that helped me was amazing but my vehicle died in the middle of the freeway and the tow company they dispatched expected me to wait 3 hours for a tow. Thank God for CHP, Mercury would've rather left me stranded to save a buck.

In less than a year my insurance has been raised five times. I'm over 50, I work from home full time, I put less than 5,000 miles on my truck each year and yet: 11/07/2023 $108 12/10/2023 $111.11 01/10/2024 $114.08 05/09/2024 $125.00 06/10/2024 $125.50 I also have eight discounts on my policy. I think that's a 14% increase. I have to pay more for doing the same thing that I've been doing which is not driving. And it doesn't matter the insurance company I go to they're all sticking you.

So far they robbed me of $63 after I cancelled a policy because their app is not compatible with my phone. Now I am stuck or lose more money. I should have checked the BBB first lots of complaints. They create faulty apps so they can charge more. They don't even tell you what the cost of cancelation or the additional charges. This company is set up to lie and rob your account. It's our fault their technology is bad.

I've had bad experience with almost every insurance company out there today. Mercury and the personal rep that I have local to me have been the most personable and kind company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had been overpaying for mileage I didn't know was taking my insurance price through the roof. they saved me thousands and I've only been with them a year. oh yeah, and the app is pretty good too. it's got the plenty of features that I find super helpful including GoogleWallet

I just used the Mercury Insurance app for the first time and I really like the experience. The user interface is simple and easy to read. I decided to time it to see how long it would take me to print ID cards for my 3 vehicles. Step 1, find the app on my phone: 28 seconds, 2) bionetric login: 18 seconds, 3) find the insurance ID cards: instantaneous, 4) Click to print the card: 26 seconds due to an error msg, 5) Retry:30 sec, 6)print: 30 seconds. Total time: 2 minutes 12 seconds. Fantastic!
