can't remote deposit checks very easily. half the time it throws the image out. I had to sign up with a new bank just so I can cash checks and then transfer them into this account. For an online only bank that's a capital crime.

The bank sucks. i got my account wiped empty and their answer was: "The dispute option is not present because that transaction is too old to be disputed. Any unauthorized or unrecognized activity should be reported as promptly as possible." and when iwrote in disbelief this was their answer: "I know this is not the result you were looking for, but we are not able to assist further." Save your money somewhere else... in Mercury bank they will TAKE it and you will NEVER see it AGAIN!

Didn't connect and then on reboot caused android to keep restarting with option to factory reset after few seconds of being on... Luckily I did same day and realized if I could remove the app may resolve.... I was able to slowly each reboot get the app next to the uninstalland finally uninstall it to resolve

Update after 2 y: This used to be an amazing banking services. Not anymore, and it is a disaster now. As a small company doing business with Europe, not one single payment from my clients arrived. All returned. This even considering the changes Mercury made. Support ? 4 days to adresss my issue (email only) but nothing fixed. No phone support, and no chat. I gave up and switched. As a small business they ruined my end of year! Stay far away from this company!

Promising! Haven't hit any bugs yet. However, I was unable to find a way to deposit/transfer money from a linked personal banking account. The lack of features is to be expected in the early stages of Android app life cycle. Keep up the good work 👏

Great bank and great app. Here's a feature request: I use Mercury for a couple different companies, and I wish I could switch between accounts / companies really easily without needing to logout and back in for each one all the time.

The app is kind of limited and is only good for checking balances and seeing transactions. I can't send check payments. It's definetely not the worst app, but it could use some work to remain competitive with other options.

Bank of the Century 🤗 If you could choose the best banking App in the world would be this. The App is totally perfect for businesses. The main page has a graph view of average spends. Trends. Easy to navigate. Has option to add multiple debit cards. Secure enough. Customer service is fast to reply. I'm so happy to have found this Digital Bank. Keep it up. Thank you

So far so good, only complaint us getting in touch with somebody for support. It appears to be email only. But every other aspect I'm loving.

Warning for international users: use at your own risks!! Unreliable banking institution. Easy to install their app and open an account. But slow to reply to queries, by email - on average 3+ days from experience. The worst problem: if you are a digital nomad , they can suddenly deny you access without warning or prior notice. In Vietnam, they blocked all access and let you go through moronic steps to try to reinstate access to YOUR $$. Or they send a check to an old address where you don't live

I recently opened a business checking account with Mercury Bank using my LLC. The next day, I received an email notification that my account was approved. I sent funds via ACH transfer on the same day. A few days later, I received an email from Mercury stating that the account was closed, they had decided to retain my funds, and that would be their last and final communication. I have filed a complaint with FDIC but not hopeful. Stay Away at all costs.

App frequently fails to load, just shows a blank screen and I have to manually kill the app before it will launch properly. It seems like a stale session bug

Does not update current amount funds available to transfer into mercury bank account at a timely manner. For example, I attempt to transfer in 800$ and it says "not enough funds" when there is more than enough in the transferring account.

Mercury bank is great. The app, however, doesn't allow me to log in. It sends me an email verification link, then when I click the link it says "Verification unsuccessful. Try re-opening the verification link from the same device you used to log in." Have tried multiple times on multiple browsers to no avail. Can log into the mobile website in my browser just fine.
