This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. The company has no oversight or accountability and no records of their delivery personnel. My order was never delivered, and they only offered an account credit. They can't even track or contact their delivery staff. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund immediately. If not resolved, I will take my complaint to social media. I strongly advise against using their service.

Don't use menulog, you'll just get screwed around with by their terrible service, they couldn't even offer me proper compensation for wasting over an hour of my time the order should have been delivered in less than half an hour, it was 4 items that should have taken no longer than 5 minutes to prepare but my courier was sitting at the restaurant for over an hour, every inquiry I made was telling me to just wait, when I finally got refunded and asked for compensation they offered me 69 cents!!!!

This app is pretty good, my only issues being setting up my payment method, I couldn't do so from the settings menu and had to do it through an order, sometimes the app doesn't register my finger pressing an option and finally it's missing a favourite menu to save a few restaurants so you don't have to keep searching for them whenever you want to order.

Horrid, I understand people don't wanna go out for their food but if they know that at certain times you're paying up to $20 extra for different "fees" and after paying so much you have to wait for the drivers who are accepting 5 orders at a time so you're last on the delivery list and your food is stone cold and at one specific time I had half eaten chips and of course the app has zero report or proper help options until your payed for horrible food has already been delivered.

16754928 case number. Worst app ever, we paid and 4 hours later food arrived cold and couldn't eat. We called menu log emailed them, no response and we never got our money back. Very unprofessional and very bad that a company can do that and get away with it. Case number is been attached which we opend and never got a response.

order seems to be 50/50 if you either get the correct order or they don't deliver it too the wrong place or just doesn't arrive have had to go collect orders from 100 metres down the road off someone's doorstep or the latest had the driver arrive totally wrong order take the order with them then as they left marked it as delivered edit increased the score since they returned with my original order and now am receiving the new order at some point shortly edit2 new order was wrong too

🤡BEWARE!!!🤡 I could not describe to you the amount of sheer incompetence i experienced. From delivery to the support experience, I thought I may have entered a circus. The support team is full of snowflakes and will end their conversations for no reason. These are the people you talk to after your delivery doesn't arrive. Pay attention to delivery on the app they left mine on the sidewalk. 2 hours on the phone later, and I finally get a refund,but 10 days later. SCAM! NO FOOD AND 10 DAY REFUND

Waite about an hour for dinner. Watched the delivery on the app and waited for them to buzz our apartment (left notes to request buzz). A few min later, when no one rang, we checked the app. It said delivered. Not to us. We ran down, no food. I said 3x that it wasn't delivered and we'd looked outside. Then they asked if I looked outside. Result = nl dinner, no compensation, just a refund + a too bad so sad. Won't be using menu log again. At least when uber screws up they compensate you properly.

I highly recommend NOT downloading this app. I have had countless orders lost, not delivered, and not refunded. Menulogs customer support has nothing but disappointed me. I have had operators lie to me about receiving a refund when my food never got delivered, and they have manufactured it that it is essentially impossible to contact menulogs customer support directly to take the issue further.

The worst delivery ever. I never got my order. I had to chat with 3 different people to explain the problem and get a refund. They terminated the chat when I asked for details of what had happened to the order. The restaurant confirmed that the order was picked up 2 hrs back. Anyways, we don't have dinner now cos unfortunately we used menulog. Never again!

Unfortunately the app is a non reliable service. I made and order and after having waited more than 1 hour for the food to arrive, out of nothing, I received a cancelation without any reason for my order. Besides being useless app it is a waste of time, which feels even worse when you're hungry and you just want some food ASAP.

always delayed, keep waiting for drivers, most of the time receive cold food. Latest: Getting more pathetic, drivers running away with food, without delivering and marking delivered, and then these Menu log Guys crediting the Menu log account instead of refund, Really? What is the use when I can't even trust their drivers! 4.4 is definitely a paid ratings, they have got!

Terrible service. Waited about 2 hours with my meal at "Preparing your order" before ringing the restaurant directly and going and collecting myself. Noone to talk to, no updates, just the estimated delivery being routinely pushed further out. All for an extra $10 in delivery and service fees. Absolutely useless service. Go with Door Dash.

The worst. Every order I've received is either stone cold after taking forever to arrive, missing items or never delivered. And if any of this happens to you, they will only give your account a credit so you are forced to use them again. But also good luck reporting your order didn't arrive. Don't bother.

Terrible experience. Completely wrong order was delivered. It had someone else's name and order on it. Tried to contact menulog to see how to remedy the situation. i did not want to eat someone else's food. I couldn't eat half of the order because of allergies. and it was not my food to eat. Three days later still no response. Poor customer service. Go and use Ubereats. Trust me they are 1000% better.

At some point in the last couple of years, Menulog has become a joke. We've had a few things like deliveries to the wrong address being left there in the cold and stuff like that, but in the last 2 weeks twice now a driver hasn't rocked up to collect the food, and it was only because I was a regular that the restaurant contacted me to say the food had been sitting around for 45 minutes - while the app said that "it was on it's way". It's impossible to get any real-time help on the app. Deleted.

Menulog has gone downhill. My 5 star review is going to 1 star. Not only do menulog charge you for delivery, but also charge you on top of each item you purchase. If you order Subway, it's almost double the price of going into the store. To top it off, when you get extremely bad food, they refuse to refund you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Don't use Menulog. They almost always either deliver the wrong order or show up super late. They don't give you a way to contact the driver. Menulog customer service is abysmal and doesn't give refunds, just vouchers, but you have to spend MORE than the voucher just to use it. I can't believe that's even legal. Do not ever use this service. Uber eats is way more reliable.

Quite easily the worst delivery app I have ever used. Not only is the interface terrible but the customer service is almost non-existent. If you accidentally put the wrong address, there is NO way to contact the courier to see what they may have done with the order. And good luck getting in touch with ANYONE at Menulog to escalate any issues with your orders. They don't have any numbers to call and you must use their useless chat system. I'd write more but I have run out of characters. AVOID!!!!

Awful experience, ordered my food. The restaurant recived it and made cooked it. Then we waited 1 hour and no one came to deliver it. I had to drive myself to go pick it up even though I paid the delivery fees and all pf that. Tried to contact menulog, a bot was the only thing available. No real answer just a script. Use a better app Manulog sucks!
