Delivery fee is ridiculously big. Plus, the app is not user friendly. If you search a restaurant you just have to swipe a loooong line to find the one you wanna order. Why not just list them? The products/dishes

Literally worst app I have had the misfortune of using. It is so unbelievably slow that I could turn in my laptop, watch an entire movie, then open the browser version of menu.am and still be quicker than ordering through this terrible app

My friend who was staying with me for a couple of months slept when his order came and didn't pay. So i now when I order to the address of my house which I've lived in for 6 years I'm being told to pay his debt or i can't order any more. Great service, keep it up. PS. I've been using their service for about 5 years now, good to know this is how they treat an old customer

User experience is quite poor 1. The app forces you to select address in order to proceed which is ridiculous 2. When you try ro change your address it empties your cart 3. You can't manually enter your address if it is not recorded on their map, so you have to choose the map and select the wrong address in the neighbourhood 4. The app is slow 5. No scroll bar in the menus (which is especially handy when the list is long) 6. Bad and tasteless site design 7. Support phone is always busy

Always delayed or not in stock. Quick to take orders but extremely slow to deliver.. Up to 3 hours delivery time if you're lucky! Extremely dishonest about deliveries times and will blame the weather probably even on a perfect sunny day judging by the other reviews! Would not recommend at all. There are far more efficient food delivery apps in Yerevan.

UPDATE Things just get worse. After a multitude of late and non-deliveries, a two+ hour wait for a very expensive (now cold) meal followed by a promise of credit that never came finally made me give up. I stopped using them for a couple of months... Then, in a moment of weakness... Guess what? Ice-burger delivered to my door, again two hours later... I could have WALKED the several KM to the store and got it myself in that time... If they don't want my business, I'm okay with that...

The worst... Absolutely the worst service ever ... They can't figure out why when I order with my application that it is registered with my phone number but they call someone else's number just cause it's on the same address even after numerous times of warning them with the issue...

The worst delivery service in Armenia. Just delete this app and forget about it. They are accepting your orders and then after 20 minutes cancelling them and you will receive your money only after 3 days. Delivery takes 2+ hours every time, cold food every time. Couriers dont understand addresses every time (I am ordering from random addresses and every time they are calling and asking to direct them lol. Address is written why I need to instruct you?)

Great app, their people do their best! Please add vegan/vegeterian menus. and make the staff read the additional information (ap/code/floor). They have to call me and ask me all the time, despite having mentioned. I will raise to 5 star once that happens :) and please add a feedback report so we eon't have to write this here. great job!

We ordered food for takeaway through menu.am and for the third time in the last 1.5 months the ordered was not transferred to the restaurant. We appreciate your aplogies but sorry does not cut it anymore. Extremely unprofessional service. Maybe it's time to try other food delivery services.

Armenia really needs to develop a lot of things and such apps are just an example that makes it clear. They will call you before sending the order to the store and sometimes they doesn't call as well and you will see that the order is still in pending for over 3 hours. I have used Zomato and Foodpanda in my country India. They're so swift and user friendly which bring the orders in your doorstep in 30 minutes that makes me feel like Armenian systems are really three decades far from the others,

The application is really handy. Mostly the services are handy, but the application design is awful in details. For example this irritating pop that keeps asking you about using address from the previous delivery. Why the heck it does that if I have my address saved? It even led to mistakes with orders because of that. Can it be fixed?

It's so hard to describe how hard this application and company fails at everything they need to be good at. The application itself is one of the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible UI/UX, riddled with bugs and, at times, non-functional. The customer service is virtually non-existent. And the food is always late! There is a reason why everyone I have met picks his restaurant and food from menu.am website, and then calls the restaurant directly to not have to deal with menu.am.

Menu.am can't manage deliveries. Many times it happened to me. For example In the app it says delivery time is 35 to 45 minutes but I receive the package after 90 minutes. And this is after 3 manual follow ups from my side.! And this is when i am charged 1000 drams for delivery!!! Shockingly bad at managing deliveries...

After today's update I can neither log in nor recover/reset my password. When trying to reset the passport, I get an email verification link instead of password recovery link. Resetting by phone number does not work at all. Logging in with Google strangely takes to another page to enter phone number. When you enter the number you get a message that you are already registered.

Delivery is wildy unpredictable. Tracker will show when order accepted by menu, the restu, then when driver has arrive at restu, and when he's on their way. It doesn't work, or drivers are taking hours to deliver. OR more likely menu isn't reporting accurately. Waiting over 1.5 hrs for your order is not normal. Sorry. Its not. You're great, but please fix the delivery/interaction funnel.

The app itself takes ages to load order info and is quite clunky to use. It'd be fine if the delivery service was OK, but it's the worst one in the country. The distance from the restaurant makes no impact on the delivery time, you could be 800m away and it'd still take 2.5-3 hours. The food is prepared an hour before the courier arrives (for some unknown reason), so by the time the courier gets to you, it's as cold as ice. Stay as far away from this service as possible.

Update: Used it for years, now got told, that beyond 6km nothing will be delivered. Places I was ordering for years are now almost all "Out of Zone". And answer of support was oh now you can't, there were updates. Well, very nice updates, huge thanks. Great service, but long delivery times of up to 2hrs. I do think that depends on traffic at the time of the order.

Application is just okay, but the company and everything related to it is just awful. App says it takes 90min but you don't know, they don't know, no one knows when your order will arrive. Sometimes it might take 2.5-3 hours even if you paid for delivery more than you should because probably marketing team isn't aware what to do if number of customers rises. So beter if you just put your clothes on, order a ride, go to any supermarket, it might cost as much but at least it'll take 1 hour tops.

I had a good experience with menu for the most part. You can always expect a 1 hour delivery time no matter how close you live to the restaurant, menu will not get there any faster. I have used the app for more than a year now and suddenly they will not take any of my card payments. I even contacted my bank, and my bank said it's an issue with menu. I told menu this and they refused to make any effort to help me or fix the problem. Now I'm forced to Uninstall the app and switch to Glovo.
