I put in my login info fine but then it says to enter a code it sent to my email, but the code doesn't work. I have tried this 5 times. Fix this currently useless app.

Great Idea, except you have to go through a 2 Step verification process every time. It is quicker to just use the internet on my phone. Get that fixed and it's a 5 Star App.

Great idea, Team. Would much rather have a setting to utilize my fingerprint for login after initializing my TM# and Password like some other apps. Secure and fast login with personal verification. Anyhow, let's keep growing!

It keeps doing those "are you human" checks but half the time most of the boxes are off screen so I can't even click them, last time I had to exit and re-enter the app 5 times to see my scheduel

Great app, works just fine on my phone. Only suggestions I'd recommend are adding the ability to see how much you have left to spend with PRD and give you the ability to view PRD reciepts. Would also be nice to have push notifications when schedules are added, edited, etc. That would make the app complete.

the app used to work great, but now it's not, the print is larger and now I can't see the dates on my schedule. uninstall and it looks correct but the first time I log in is right back to being to large after again.

Ok here's my two cents. The app is good, that being said here's where I would improve. 1 Allow for the schedule to be shown in a calendar form not just a list form. 2 show the weekly total hours scheduled in a separate column. Add a section that shows your to date PRD USED and ALLOWED. Yes I know there's a section for it, but that section is relatively useless. Add a notification enabler for when new schedules are released and stubs are available.

Wish you could change the format of the schedule from a list to a traditional calendar reading right to left starting with Sunday ending on Saturday. I find it easy to misread the schedule especially if you don't work the exact same hours every shift.

Bring back the old format! it was way easier to navigate. I liked being able to see my PTO balance and schedules on the same page. plus you can only see your schedule 1 week at a time when scrolling. not to mention the aesthetic is a downgrade :/

I requested a day off 2 or 3 separate times, it would be approved, and then my request would show as "cancelled" when I didn't cancel it. In home training is absolutely unusable as well. Only reason it has 2 stars instead of 1 is that I can at least see my work schedule

It operates, it launches, and as a current team member, I can view new positions, view my schedule, view my paycheck, and access other HR related functions...eventually, once I get logged in. The two-step verification is a hassle that I don't need to bother with, considering that I am able to access everything this app provides via browser, and I don't have to enter my information, wait for a code in email, then enter the code. No thanks, this is just app clutter with no value-add.

This is a much easier and quicker experience than using the TM webpage. However, I'm still experiencing little kinks. The biggest issue is that the LMS readings won't rotate into landscape mode, and also don't fit on portrait mode. Trying to scroll over only succeeds in "flipping" the page.

So far it's a wonderful way to use the team member portal site. However, I would like a way to save the password into my phone and login via fingerprint. Also, I understand two factor authentication is needed but, why do need it every time we login. Instead I wish we could use Authy to authenticate ourselves. Overall, it's a good start, keep working on it though. I'm also hoping that you add a system V function that will allow us to do sku lookup and know what aisle the item is located in. I will continue to review the app as you update it.

The only thing I would really like to see added to this app is under the PRD section. I really wish when I scan my badge it would also add a copy of the receipt to the portal so I can view it and store it as needed. Keep track. Or when I scan my badge it emails me a copy of the receipt.

Worst problem with the app is one shouldn't be. You get logged in, use the email verify code, it says you logged in... But in order to access anything, despite seeing the menu with schedule, payroll, etc. you need to log in again, as the whole app just acts as a web browser for the team member site that you need to log into again in order to do anything. And if the app decides it can't use web cookies, you will see "login failed" over and over no matter what. Use a computer or better browser 0/5

Why did you change the schedule view? I used to be able to see the whole month in a nice clean row, and now it's cluttered and I need to flip through each week. It's beyond annoying. Nothing was wrong with how it was before

The newest update is awful. The previous way of viewing the schedule was perfect. You could see an entire month at a time, but now you can only see two weeks at a time. That's not even the worst part, though. Whenever you click the next/previous arrow, it only moves you ONE WEEK through the schedule. Why wouldn't it move two weeks like common sense would suggest? Not to mention, it just looks ugly.
