This app is really slick. Super easy to use. I've been working on a project in Access, needed something to take into the field to collect data, and this was perfect. The only reason I don't ditch Access and go with this is that the monthly pricing plan doesn't appeal to me. If I could buy the full featured application, for Android and PC, with portability to MS Office(for compatability reasons), I'd go with this all the way! The monthly pricing plan is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I don't often review an app on the day I install it, but this one warrants it. I was looking for a daily log to track supplements, calories, protein, sleep duration and quality, dream recall, and more. Everything I found in the play store is either too specific (i.e., only a dream journal or only a diet log) or too complex and not customizable. Memento is exactly what I needed, and now I'm thinking about what other apps it can replace. Nice work, devs.

It was the best personal database app in the Google Play store before the latest version. Now all the linked files and images are saved in the app's hidden folder. I understand this is due to some security reasons in the Android. The files and images are my own property. Now I can't access them unless I use Memento. In the help or wiki, it is said the fields contain only links to the files. They are not added to database. I don't know why this can't be done. At least, I should be able to export.

Great program. Worth the subscription price. I searched about every single database program on here for a customizable quick referece database. This is, by far, the best. Little bit of a learning curve for folks not used to setting up a database, but fairly intuitive. If you have an odd collection that no other database can catalogue or can do it to your liking? Give this a try.

So far I created: libraries for saved receipts and a 'to do'. But really the sky is the limit! I honestly had to go back to check if I'm on a free trial of a paid app! You will enjoy this if you want a super flexible and easy way to organize basically anything. Everything is customizable down to entry options, defaults, icons, view settings.

While I like the app and its flexibility, there is a problem. They do not have a way to save your data so as you change devices, you have re-enter the data every time, this is very tedious. You can't take a picture, then back up your phone or move photos to you external memory. You have to re take your pictures everytime. There should be a way to take picture and the stay in the program instead of jumping through hoops to repeat the tedious activity of taking pictures you previously took.

Works well, but there are some annoying misfeatures in the UI: (1) The most common operation on a DB is a query. So why is the facility to construct a filter down two menu levels? It should be more easily accessed. Similarly, why not support a home screen shortcut for queries, as is the case for creating new entries, a far less frequent operation. (2) The top level search is not very useful because the search is cleared as soon as the user looks at one of the matching entries. So if multiple entries match, and the one I examine is not the one of interest, the search has to be repeated. Instead the search result should be maintained until cleared by the user (just as filters behave). I am looking for an alternative to this application.

This needs the ability to have SD card as the default not just copying the date. I don't need duplicates and I don't need to eat up storage on the phone. Needs ability to drag/drop fields to reorder at the time of setup. Update: This app lost my information when I switched windows to look something up that was necessary for setting up a field. I had to start again from scratch. Also needs ability to change field type after setup. Currency needs 2 decimals for US Dollar.

This is an EXCELLENT application for building your own databases! Actual operation of the databases themselves is very easy. That said, it is rather difficult to build them. (You create your databases from scratch, choosing what fields you want to include and how to interact with those fields, be it simple text entry, drop down list selection, buttons, checkboxes, etc.) Easy enough to use, but difficult to set up. This isn't a knock on the application; I still give it five stars!

I wanted something to keep track of my quilting fabric so I wouldn't buy duplicates. It's been great for that & I've since added more libraries & linked items. My only complaint, but it really isn't, is that you can do ANYTHING with Memento! LOL It's a great problem to have, but also makes it complicated to set-up. I wish there was a better help area & a setup wizard. Lots of trial & error gets me what i want. They're always adding more functionality & are responsive to users! AWESOME!

Unreliable I used this to track three months of work. While running a quality check on it, Id find that data that i previously entered for records was missing. At first I thought it was user error, but it was happening way too much and records I clearly remember entering and hitting 'Save', just were not in there. Then when all my work was done I had an issue with my phone. I did a complete system backup. Upon recovery of my phone the ONLY thing not restored were all my momento databases.

DECEPTIVE! I really liked it at first. The templet function was great once I figured it out. And then... I found its limitations in the free version. (e.g. you can't transfer files/ password protect is very limited/etc.) I liked it enough to consider upgrading to the pro version, only to discover it's not a 1-time fee, but a SUBSCRIPTION! This should be clearly disclosed so customers who are willing to pay but aren't looking for a subscription service can avoid wasting time setting up files!

This is probably the best app out there for organizing just about everything without any pesky pop-up ads. With a wide variety of fields to choose from, it overall makes my life easier. An improvement I would suggest would be to add a customizable scale field. There is a 0-5 rating field that is similar but no substitute for a scale which, if I wanted to scale the percentage of something, there should be a 0-100 scale option for.

It is a very nice graphical user interface app, and it is ease of use. It has a lot of templates available to choose from to modify to suit your own personal preferences. However, many options don't work at all. Some of them are Scale for real number and Uppercase. Moreover, thousands separator is a blank space, a gap between the digit and the dollar sign, the column width and row height are too big, no support to copy field to page, and no copy page to new page.

Nearly perfect app for all your mobile database needs. A wide range of field types allows for high level of customization. Can be linked to Sheets (with key). Very easy to use. I'm only giving 4 stars as there's some room for improvement. For one, it would be great if you could enter colors by hex value or you could save or remember recently used colors for reuse on subsequent entries. As it is now, I have to "guess" where I set the slider the last time & hope for the best, which isn't ideal.

Great app and have used it for a long time. Have several different databases for different uses and it works well. WARNING if you use the app on different devices and do not update all devices to the latest version 4.9 you will not be able to restore backups from the new version to older versions. Something has changed that doesn't allow the older versions to open any backup created with the latest version. BEWARE!

The older version of this app was AWESOME, I just loved it, but the "great and all powerful developers" can't leave well enough alone. I had cataloged 279 dvd's in our library, it was so easy to get a pre-made template and easy to use with my Galaxy Note 8. I upgrade to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, NOW I'VE LOST THE WHOLE INVENTORY! I backed it up, tried to move it by my micro-sd card, usb, phone to phone and phone to computer with no luck. The "NEW" template SUCKS! Add fields, re-enter everything

Highly recommended. This is, by far, the best cataloging ap that I've found. I use it to catalogue my 500+ film collection. The autofill feature is very useful, and I love the level of customization it offers. I was able to require each entry to have its own unique IMDB link, which means that it's easy to avoid duplicates, even if films go by multiple titles. Whatever you need to catalogue and whatever details are important to include for you, Memento let's you do it.

The best cross-platform, relatively simple, free database option I've been able to find to keep track of my movie collection. This has been the best cross-platform way to track my gradual replacement of physical media with digital. Would love to see some minor interface improvements (i.e. a quick "clear filters" option, etc) but it is amazing for a free tool. Biggest downside is the monthly fees for premium. I don't even need it but would love to do a one-time cost for some extra.

I love the app to death and would usually give it five stars (or more if I could) but when I wanted to increase my storage, I was quoted $10 and then I found out they charged $12+. I did not read the email bill believing that they would bill the $10 price. When I did follow up, there was no explanation, just the $12 price. I canceled the $12 upgrade. I believe they should be more forthcoming, even by saying $10 for a lot of you but could be higher for those of you we can fool. jw
