The Basic version of MeisterTask is free. You can try the Pro Plan free once for two weeks after signing up. If you enjoy your Pro trial, do nothing, and your membership will automatically continue as an auto-renewing month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime via the app store.
If you subscribe via Google Play: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal after the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Google Play Subscription Settings on the device.
If you haven’t subscribed through Google Play, you can manage your subscription through MeisterTask.

Have used for the free version for few years now. Easy to set up for projects, day to day tasks list. Easy sync between devices. Can be a bit buggy, intermittent issues with cut and pasting between lists. Sometimes newly entered data doesn't save. Overall I like it and will keep using

I created my account with Facebook, few years back, and for almost a month I cannot login with it. I contacted the support with email and from the mobile app and there is no response whatsoever. P.S my ticket was resolved but the sad thing was I had to give a bad review. Overall after that everything was resolved pretty fast after a person contacted me. Other than that I have no complain about the web or the mobile.

Helps store my ideas and bring them into reality. I can update my progress through different columns: open, in progress and compete. You can add more but I've not needed to yet. I'm not in a team, it's just me and my blog so I don't know how it works for companies, but it does help keep my writing projects on target. I list blog maintenance, post updates, seo checklist - everything really. Also love the daily quotes. Looks great, works great, syncs across my android phone, ipad and Windows pc.

it's been year I am achieving my goals, and as far as I remember it's because of this service. The best and simplest kanban board I have seen. 2 3 more options I liked to see are : 1- Widget showing a section 2-shortcut to a project on home screen 3- ability to select multiple tasks and delete/move/tag them together. all the bests Developer team!

Useless pro version. After paying up one can't invite other people to collaborate. Use free only.... otherwise ditch it for other better options ..there are so many.

It's a pretty good app and it was really good to be able to import from Wunderlist after Microsoft destroyed that. But I have found the occasional time after moving a task between sections of a list, the original list gets stuck and won't allow you to scroll through to the bottom. Not being able to sort on the Android version (as far as I can tell), is also frustrating.

Awesome, love it! Tried them all and by far this is the best project app on the market for a small business. It really helps to keep track of your tasks, work in a group for some projects. Special thank you for the dashboard. I didn't know I need it before Meister. Now I'm using it for my personal goals as well. Great design, intuitive functionality, Zen features (I like when it's Zen). Thank you for such a great product

It's a shame because at first I thought your service was good. But it has to many errors, some invites get a a 422 error. Another says "there is an existing user with this email address they will given an option to join yours" but totally not correct. I'm totally fed up with it now, especially as I paid for 8 users. I want a full Refund, I expect an email confirmation. DO NOT CHARGE MONEY IF YOUR SERVICE DOES NOT WORK!

Excellent program. Clean UI, and very easy to use. Perfect for the purposes of our usage. The only things I would want are: the option of a live project calendar that can individually link to projects/tasks, and the option to have the small internal calendars to start on Sunday. Also, a spellcheck function for all inputs. Good work developers, great product.

This app has a very clean look and feel. I've used it for a medical timeline of events, which looks great. However,it was pipped to the post by Trello but only because of the way the attached documents show. Don't get me wrong though that was for my needs. If this was for collaborating at work with a team this would be great and would look amazing. All because of the different colours you can set for the columns, pair that with the clean look, wow!!

Great app. I have one issue that bothers me. Im trying to change notification settings, for example to get notified day before due date. No matter what I do it doesn't work. The push notifications options does not appear at all. I've verified that notifications are enabled for the app under phone settings. Xiaomi 11T, Android 13

Have been using meistertask for years. Am incredibly disappointed that no one has been able to assist me since the latest upgrade. It no longer allows me to edit or add tasks to an already shared project, even though both accounts are on the pro version. Sent a response to meister after going back and fourth for a while now to issue me a refund on both accounts so I could look for replacement app, but still no response.

Just started using for myself. Convinced my company (small) to purchase, bundled with MindMeister. I like it so far. Mostly been using it on the phone. 2 suggestions: Hard to create/integrate tasks from MindMeister into TaskMeister the way you can on the desktop. I can create a project, and tasks within that project, and checklists within that task. That's great! I wish I could assign specific people to the checklist items or multiple people to the tasks. Maybe I'm not using optimally, yet.

I really wanted to love this app. The backgrounds are lovely and the app is easy to use. Unfortunately, two things made me unsubscribe from the pro version and make me think about leaving the app: inability to see tasks in a calendar view; inability to hide or reorder the notification tab. If I have no notifications, it is an ugly icon and useless to see every time. I wish I could hide it, like on the desktop or make the "my tasks" come up first. I guess I am going to have to go back to Asana.

just started using this app as a way of keeping myself and my husband on tasks with our fixer-upper. It has clear graphics, solid organizational layout and it is just as satisfying to place the listed task in a column as it is to cross it off a list! the Free version offers enough features for us now, and is convenient. good layout on phone, tablet & computer. highly recommend

ALMOST great. Couple of things it could use that I think are pretty easy to put in: the widgets are truly and practically unusable and the integration with the S pen would be awesome to be able to write notes on the go. The software is already embedded in the phone, so should be simple enough. There is only one option for widget and it only allows ONE task to be pinned at a time, so you have to create a widget for every single task. Kinda annoying.

Disappointed. I have used Meistertask for several years. A few months ago (January), the Outlook mobile integration stopped working. I used this feature frequently. I contacted support & was told they were aware of the issue & were working on it. It's nearing May now and it still isn't working. They are still touting Outlook mobile integration on their website, knowing it doesn't work. I'm ending my subscription. Trello offers the features I want, plus they offer a 75% discount for non-profits.

I love meistertask for desktop. The web browser version of meistertask has had me subscribed for 5 years. However, this mobile version is the worst coded app I've used all year. I could have built a better performing app with a $4k budget. There must be so. E issues on data limits with their api because projects with alot of tasks get stuck loading. When loading goes beyond 30 seconds, I don't consider it usable. The truth is, the over all interface experience is unusable as well. Beta app

This used to be a great app. They got big. They lock you out of your account.Quite a bit on the desktop, they have 0 customer service or help. It's all through email and they never get the problem fixed. I would not invest time, nor your company into this app. They're money hungry.They always force updates, and when the updates happen, it takes months to correct the bugs. I will be moving to a different app.As soon as possible was on this app for 7 years. A 100% lack of customer service
