The most unstable app I've ever used!! After waiting a long time the app got better and start responding but now again since one month it became dead slow!! It's 3:45 am and still I can't even check my balance or make any transactions!! In the daytime it's even more worst!! MBL should spend some money and hire competent professionals to manage the system properly or upgrade their system if it's become too old to handle the load!!

Too easy and friendly to use. Every kind of payment can be done within seconds only if....... there are no technical issues. The irony is many times there are technical issues and you are advised to try any other time. This has been done to me for about a week. Moreover, the helpline seldom responses. Try this app. Wish you all best of luck.

Your updated internet banking/mobile app is having problems. One is unable to login most of the time due to technical issues. Now that its asking biometric verification its become worse. Its been almost a month my father is unable to login to the app. After verification it says success but than the error shows up, "We are unable to match your fingerprints" or "try after 24 hours" Helpline is no help at all since no call gets through, why can't the IT team detect the issue? It's very frustrating

It was Working fine till now, it's asking for location service. But I don't want to enable location service for any app except for Google map. There should be an option if a user opts for this option or not. Now how can I use this app without enabling location service. Don't reply with it's a security feature, just solve this issue.

Very very pathetic experience. I did the mobile package with this app and I didn't receive the package at that time. After a lot of calls with the jazz representative I came to know they just recharge my number with the amount of the package that I provided. This was very frustating and annoying. It's a bug and I recommend every one to take this seriously. This just waste my time and money.

New version have issue. Everytime I try to login, first the application ask to scan fingers of both hands which is not the main problem, the main problem is after scanning fingers it gives the error which is "ensure that you are accessing the app within Pakistan, and confirm that your location service is enabled." Even though I am in Pakistan and have enabled location service and not using any VPN. Please fix this problem.

System demanded Bio metric verification. It was very difficult and cumbersome. Eventually, I requested a change, and my bio metric verification was removed. The banking app worked for only one transaction. Today, when I again tried to open the App, but it would not. Now, the app demands to back up the app from the Play Store. There is no provision in the Play Store.

It's easy to use meezan digital application, because it is just simple and clean. But it needs to be have a good interface with animation styles and with more functions. And the issue that i found is enabling the digital debit card ♦️ in application, which needs to be resolved asap. And meezan digital account opening application only shows silver and gold visa card for order, which I don't need. There should be all cards available for online order and with there prices and benefits.

Worst banking app. Faced two times gliches of money deduction but not sent to destination account, had to request helpline many times and ultimately received refunds in more than 8 days. Super slow service. Expensive exchange rate for foreign payments compared to alternative apps. They charge annual fee for SMS services too 😂, which are mostly free in other bank apps. This Kanjoos bank can't spend on upgrading their app. Even easypaisa app is better than their outdated user interface.

The app has become completely unreliable. It was yesterday that the app went completely down, without any prior notice. It's sad to see that once the best app, now fails to be relied upon when you need it. A message to their team, please wake up and don't let your customers down, you have almost spoiled the app experience for your users.

It is good experience to use it in the online transaction but it can be more improve if two step verification is enabled with the app. Secondly otp must be bifurcated, one sent at registered mobile number while the other on registered email. Third it should also include the option of eding user information ie male address and email. Protocol should be enhanced, in the starting of month it create trouble while online transaction. Regards

Unable to login still. I get error that I should clear all apps and background tasks, which I did and even restarted my phone but issue persists. Waited 8 minutes after trying on helpline multiple times and getting line busy, and no one picked up. Improve your customer quality service, it is terrible. I made a transaction and amount got deducted from my account but the money did not get received on the other end.

When I saw your application, I was surprised that such a big bank is using a very third-class application, its user interface is very old, in this modern world, you should upgrade your application. Do not only the services but also the user interface with them should be in modern style and I was not seeing enough features including credit card transfer and some more features should be added in it. I have been using app for a long time now and it never created problems but the recently, the performance has gone really bad. The app keeps loading, doesn't let you sign in. Sometimes it allows transaction sometimes it doesn't. The recent experience has gone really bad. I don't know if it's due to maintenance or whatever because nothing has been communicated. I would appreciate if the tech team can have a look at it.

This app is probably the best app among all other banks. It is efficient, user friendly and quick. However, there's an issue in it that you cannot edit name of a bill or delete it. A bill once added keeps on showing up forever. Moreover, the latest update now requires access to my location, which is totally an unjustified requirement. If I don't provide the access, the app shuts off. Due to this unjustified annoying thing, I am dropping my rating from 5 to 2.

The Meezan App is get crapier day by day. Have become increasingly unreliable. The servers are messed up uploading/downloading data. Its become so slow and unreliable. Have to log in 5 times just to do simple tasks. If u click something, the circle keeps going round and round. If u r lucky, u might b able to get into the clicked menu. If not, close the app and try again. Edit. The app is fully up to date. The above problems persist!!

Well, most of the time, this app is deadly slow. Your IT team should be capable enough to fix the problem, but looking at the reviews, customers have been struggling for years. Hire someone who can fix this. Update: All the apps are on auto update, and I have double checked, its up to date. Please fix the issue rather than just giving machine answers to customers.
