Meezan bank needs to work on the app and try to learn from other banking apps like ubl , the app keeps crashing and most of the times the app isnt opening and app is down most of the times, you guys need to fix it also the banking support is terrible you have to wait for alot of time just to connect with a customer support staff .

I applied for a debit card and the process over the helpline was smooth. They said I will be notified by the branch when the card arrives. But when I called the helpline again after 10 days, then they said card was delivered at the branch. My concern is that I should have been notified right away without me asking for it. My first card was also blocked due to your "technical issue" without me even knowing. I had to pay extra charges for card replacement.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Mizan Bank mobile application, which has been non-functional for several days. Despite receiving my salary in my account, I have been unable to access or withdraw the funds due to the app's technical issues. The server is frequently down, and I am facing significant inconvenience. now I decided to change my bank account.

I migrated from old to new digital app. Some features are good: u dont need to add Beneficiary all the time, u can send payment directly (one-time easy paisa etc). Earlier, u had to add beneficiary 1st. Similarly payment screenshot sharing feature has also enhanced. New app has a serious issue of user-account data migration from old app. Most of my previously-saved RAAST Beneficiaries, saved Bill Payments, Send Money Beneficiaries are not visible in new app. Plz correct that at top priority.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Meezan Bank's app. Despite numerous attempts, I've had a terrible experience with online transactions. The app is slow, cumbersome, and prone to errors. It's a waste of time and frustrating to use. I'd advise others to explore alternative banking options that offer more reliable and user-friendly services. Until Meezan Bank improves its app, I'd recommend looking elsewhere

The list of all beneficiaries added in previous version of the application doesn't appear in new version. When I try to add, pop-up message appears " System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." This has been since I have updated the application 20 days ago. Please sort out at earliest.

There’s a major issue in the Transactions feature. The app loads a default date range (last week or two) and lets you filter for custom dates. But if there are no transactions in the default range, it shows an error and blocks you from selecting another range, making it impossible to view past transactions.

This is the worst app, I am not able to login again after logging in once, I write incorrect username & code, I have forgotten the password 3-4 times and changed it, every time it is not getting on after logging in once, it has been 2 days, you have disgraced me, do not try any other app, these are old ones.

The classic version was simple yet effective and easy to use. On the other hand this version is complicated, uses more data and is slow. I can't even transfer an amount, overall, a very bad experience

I just opened my first ever account in Meezan, was originally using UBL. The Meezan app is very buggy, i.e. I get random errors like "your request cannot be processed currently". And the UI/UX also has a LOT of room for improvement. You have a proper Islamic bank on your hands and there are many people like me who have no other choice but to come to you so PLEASE PLEASE work on your mobile app. Thanks,

Right after transaction the app doesn't show reference number nor does the "save receipt" show any reference number but it does show reference number if i save screenshot from "view transactions" tab but still there it doesn't show the correct date of the transaction Plz fix these issues ASAP. Old UI App was perfect this new UI app is total BS.

First of all the app is crashing now. Getting something went wrong all the time. Secondly, why are the payees are different on website and mobile app. after the release of this app, old payees and bills did not show up in this app. And also if you transferring to easy paisa or jazz cash account. If the amount limit of the easy paisa account maxed out it still shows the amount as sent (which didn't use to happen in old app) This issue has happened to me twice or thrice. Overall bad experience

I rate this keep on 1 star, Ever since the new version of the Meezan app was released, the application has been experiencing many problems. It takes a lot of time to open, sometimes it keeps loading, sometimes it doesn't open at all, which wastes a lot of time.

Pretty decent experience but could be better. The app takes a while to start/login and is slow in general. The debit card screen doesn't work properly and fails to render my Visa Student Debit Card. It sends me an email EVERY TIME i login this ironically makes the app less secure as any suspicious login attempt will get lost in the legitimate ones as I just ignore them. I hope they continue to improve the app and limit login emails to new devices or at least to non biometric logins.

It has been a very bad experience after the app update. Previously, it was working perfectly fine and any transaction would take less than a minute, but now it has become so slow that I just keep waiting. Due to the slow speed,2–3 of my transactions have even gone wrong. In addition, instead of activating mobile packages through the given option, it only adds balance to the num which is very disappointing.My experience has been really poor — the previous version of the app was absolutely fine.

The rest of the app seems a lot more modern. However one thing that is absolutely deal breaking is the fact that it did not import my beneficiaries to the new app. I have like 30 40 accounts I transfer to. No reason that I have to add them manually again. Once this is fixed it's worthwhile. Or if you are just starting with a new account then fine as well. not for old users, worst app ever!!!

Worst banking services ever. 3 times in a month, i made payment, debited from my account but not credited in other account, then you have to register complaint after complaint and then after wait of almost 7,8 days payment will be reversed. No one there to explain. Just pathetic automated system. Am going to close my account with meezan bank.

I really like the new design; it's a significant improvement over the previous one. However, adding a dark mode and more color theme options would make it even better. While the current design is good, further enhancements could really elevate the user experience. Modern apps are visually appealing, so incorporating some design psychology could make this app even more engaging and user-friendly.

This app is a disaster. I was suggested by Meezan correspondent to use this app instead of the old one because old one had few issues, but this one is even worst than the other. This did not ported my beneficiaries from old app. The bigger issue is that i get an error every time i try to pay mobile bill through this app Update: i sent message to the number given with screenshot, there is no response since yesterday
