Black box freeze. My son is having a fit because it's freezing with the black box. Like are u serious plz fix this issue. Makes no sense that after all these complaints and all this time that yall haven't fixed this problem yet smh shame on y'all. Think about the children.

My son loved this game! But unfortunatly, after the last update, this app has stopped working. Upon opening the app, there is a blank white screen and only music playing. You can't do anything at all! Hope you can fix it soon, my son is quite disappointed!

I like the glitches coz it makes it funny. Also I watched numberblocks on netflix and you started skipping numbers after 22. Can you add all the numbers you skipped into the game.

Fantastic. This is simple enough to teach your child how to press the screen and as a reward they get a song. Great for my autistic 4 year old. Amazing. It has literally taught him how to use the tablet on a day!

Our son loves the app and it would be great, but it repeatedly freezes with the black box error that everyone describes (same on all devices at home). Very problematic when he wants to play it and can't.

Don't bother, app has been broken for a year! Not really a game, it's meant to play videos but it fails everytime (black screen error). Can not get it to work at all!

Game works fine under my unrestricted profile. But when I try to play under my son's profile, the splash screen gives way to a solid white screen that never changes. The only permission visibly related to the app is Storage, which is denied by default. But granting Storage permission doesn't fix the problem. I got this game for my son to play, and I'd like him to use his own profile. I've purchased two other Numberblocks games that work fine under his profile. Wish this one worked for him too.

I want to send a HUGE thanks you to the Team at NumberBlocks and AlphaBlocks! All the content produced (especially the numberblocks content) is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! My wife and I homeschool the two youngest of our seven children, who are 6 and 4. I tell you the content has made their learning experience fantastic! I recommend this show for every child to be used in replacment of the regular cartoon shows. Something entertaining but it builds them up. You have fans here!

This is not really a game. It's more like a series of short videos taken from the series. My 3 yo liked tapping on the numberblobs but that's where the interaction ended. And she was terribly disappointed it stopped at 20. Glad it was free.

There's a black screen error and it comes every second time you make the numberblock play the video. also you have to restart the entire device to fix it noooooo my sister is sad😔. and she blames the error on the numberblock Im begging you to fix it so my sister can play this game peacefully 🙏🙏🥺

Crashed a lot when my kid starts to repeat some of the blocks. The video didnt start and just froze. I had to close the app and open it again 🥲 my son loves it but yeah what a shame

Superb. Straight forward and just right for little fingers. The tapping of the blobs to create the blocks reinforces the first 3 of the 5 principles of counting. (Stable order, One-to-one correspondence and cardinality) Whilst the visuals help to introduce the remaining principles of abstraction and order irrelevance. Wonderful videos provide rewards and help to introduce ways of looking at numbers that will assist with mathematical thinking later in life.

FIX THE VIDEO ERROR!! Clearly from reviews left going back a year ago you are fully aware that after a number video plays once it cannot play again and is only a black box and the app needs to be closed out and restarted. Many children including my very special needs daughter are fans of this app and it is absolutely ridiculous needing to close this app out and restart it every 5 minutes. You are aware of the issue and have been for a year. Fix the app!

As mentioned by previous users, the videos are only viewable once per number, breaking the app when the video player opens afterward. It has caused a lot of problems with my child, as they love the app, but can't view them. Do not install this particular app if your kid is too young to understand computer errors.

I found some glitches 2's Orange shoes don't sparkle 7's Orange hair is pink instead Some numberblocks are missing like legs, hands, or eyes. Some are having one's legs It is not loading in Some textures are removed for copyright 20's limbs disappear when you go on counting mode in old versions, it's a white screen

Great idea, bad practical execution. Ive been searching for hours today, for a educational game for my son that has no silly extras, in app purchases, or ads. This game was initially perfect. However, after a short amount of time, the video between each counting stage goes black, and then eventually, the whole game freezes and you have to close the app. This game design has amazing potential. Please get issues fixed.

My nearly 3 year old loves this app, which is why it's so annoying that it constantly collapses. He might get through a few numbers and videos, then the next video that tries to load will fail with just the black window appearing, and the only way to get rid of it is to close the app and restart. And it's getting worse. Today, I had to restart the whole tablet. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no effect. This also happens on my phone, so clearly not a device issue.
