Simply showing to take health checkup for everything you click and when booked health checkup then it won't show at order page and keep irritating all the time to take health checkup and home test.. No proper UI implementation and not easy to use this app.. Simple one minute task takes 30+ mins.. we don't know what happened to our health checkup status and payment done etc.. still finding my payment receipt.. since there is no order 43725005 details available at this app booked 5 days back.

On 11/27/2023 I had posted the below issue, "Its already been a month, that i informed medibuddy team that, Its showing so many errors while applying for reimbursement. Its always showing try after some time, unable to fetch data etc... hope you will extend the time for submission. And try to fix it fast..." Today it's 28/07/2024 "Now when I try for another reimbursement it's showing 'oops the server is not accepting the details'". So happy that you maintain the inconvenience..

Gold membership was sold to me with the information that all the specialities are covered under gold membership and suddenly mid membership I found out that all the useful specialities have now been excluded from gold membership. And just to make a fool out of gold members app is claiming to have 18+ memberships covered under gold. How can women issues, conceiving issues, pregnancy issues be 3 different specialities, these all are just gynaecology.

I am a long-time customer of yours and had taken a Gold Membership until 2029, which included all the facilities. However, you have broken your rules and removed 8 facilities from it, such as Neurology, Nephrology, etc. I feel very cheated. I was supposed to receive the same facilities until 2029 that were available at the time of taking the Gold Membership. I am not at all satisfied with your working methods.

Always been the fan of the app, but off lately things are not good. I bought the gold pack at 2 am because I urgently wanted to consult a pediatrician, however they said no doctor is available. This defects the purpose to some extent. Also, the gold package has become really expensive and the quality is not the same.

Never order medicine thro this app. They won't be delivering on time and will keep on extending your delivery date and you don't have option to cancel your order also. It is really strange an app that does not have cancel option

Disappointed with the their Gold membership I purchased a gold membership on 29-Jun-24, expecting access to psychology sessions as part of the package which I avail two times. However, I've been asked to make additional payments for these sessions now. I feel disappointed that even big brand like Medibuddy can do that...... After consulting with their support I got to know that refund can be done within the first month of purchase...but since their policy is changed right now how it my fault???

Worst application seen in my life as it gets stuck, gives error popup in between, lags and all of sudden it does not allow you to proceed further to submit the claim and at times you are not able to see your claim as well. Its really disgusting to use this app.

The worst service you will ever receive at the start they will do whatever they can to get you as there customer and once they will and they messup in some or any kind they will Stop picking the calls they will stop replying to your emails and if some how someone picks up the call they will always redirect u to someone who doesn't have a clue of anything around. Don't trust the app and people around.

I strongly advise against using this app. I signed up for the Gold Membership, only to have it deactivated without any prior notification. It’s clear that the developers are just trying to make a quick profit by charging for services they don’t intend to deliver. This is nothing short of cheating. Customer support is unresponsive, and there’s no way to get a refund. Save your money and avoid this app at all costs!

I had worst experience with the team. They were not reachable , neither on WhatsApp nor on call. They just kept saying they'll help and support in my surgery but they absconded the treatment and patient last minute and didn't even care to reach back or help me with any formalities. I kept on trying to call them multiple times, the care buddy was not reachable and never cared to respond to any messages or complaints.

Just 2 months back, I had a wallet balance issue, and now I'm facing the same issue again. I topped up my wallet with ₹20,000. I tried booking an appointment, but at the payment stage, it failed. However, the money got debited from my account. The most frustrating issue is that the wallet becomes inaccessible suddenly for almost a month, and yet issue is not resolved. My ticket no. is 8318828.

Till now, my experience was good with the platform. But recently I faced an issue where I got the wrong items delivered. I have complained about 3-4 times over call, sent about 4-5 emails but I am not getting any response. It's been 10 days already pathetic service and customer support from this. I won't recommend using this app to anyone. Also, I started using because my company provide me some benefits, I am going to ask my company to stop partnering with this app, there are multiple options.

An app which isn't trustworthy. Everytime I upload the claim documents, it shows tha the claim has been generated successfully with all documents. However, by the time the insurance/claims team starts reviewing the documents, none of the documents except the claim form is available on the portal. It's not the first time. It happens every single time. Very frustrating to deal with such an app.
