I had difficulty logging in. Support responded promptly during business hours. Had me uninstall and reinstall and some other things that did not work and caused me to loose progress and gems. Did give a premium refund after multiple fixing attempts. By myself I thought to test on data instead of wifi and that worked (not in a place with good data access). Otherwise, game is fun, fun stories, nice art, wish there was more diversity in bodies (sometimes I'd prefer a guy without a sixpack.)

It's a pretty pricey hobby for what you get. I am, however, enjoying it and all its cringe. (For real, be prepared for a lot of cringe.) My main gripes that keep it from 5 stars for me (for now): lack of character customization (mostly fixed! Better than anticipated, too) and the lack of proofreading in the stories. A few errors here and there are fine, but I've read several narration bubbles in a row with atrocious typos that sometimes just make no sense. Please work on that.

I would like to give the app a 5 out of 5 but I just found out today that character customizations updated, and I was excited! Here's the thing though. I tried saving my changes, but it's not going through. I couldn't load the options at a certain point, and now I can't even leave when I try to save and exit or just exit. I'm trying to change the eye, eyebrow, and hair color btw. Update: I can't go on dates changing outfits either. The confirm button isn't working. Update, it's still not working

I've been playing this game for two years now. Last year I decided to change my review from 3 to 4 stars. And this year, this team definitely deserves a 5! 🏆👍 Their unique, inclusive, creative storytelling just keeps getting better and better 🥰 (And I really appreciate the recent updates with player character creation, and increased frequency of ad opportunities to obtain diamonds.)

3/5 stars due to lack of character customization. There are LOTS of characters in the game with cool hair; since your avatar is static, I don't understand why there isn't more options for hair. Due to lack of customization the game isn't very immersive, which is a bummer 😕 Further more, some of the character plots and stories are Sooo boring. I feel as though the team is focused on quantity of characters opposed to quality. I do like the audio, it's very funny.

Loving the new update except for a few things. More skin tone options. It starts of really fair and pale and then the last 3 are tan, tanner, and super dark. There's no in between; the darkest tone is too dark for me and the skin tone closest to mine is too light and tan. More eye color options would be nice. The dark brown is so dark it looks black and the light brown is too light and looks almost transparent. There's still grammatical errors, typos, lack of punctuation, etc.

hot and Spicy and Fun But Could use a little bit more realisticness like playing as the character going to places doing different story lines. having different sceneries and pictures but it's good so far. it could add a little bit more characteristic and water marks and a bit more added storyline and not just texting and more voice. more scenery and more sympathization with the characters and having favorites and more customization for the main character

It's a good game. Fun, great storylines. Lot of diamond mining though where the non-diamond choice is to say something completely rude. I hate that. The only pro there is that it's easy enough to get more diamonds without spending money. While most of the dialogue feels realistic, the overuse of emojis and poor grammar can be distracting at times.

I've retried the game. It's okay, I suppose. The loading time at the beginning is long, and a bit uncomfortable. My phone glitches out, so, it's a very present opportunity for my device to do so and kick me out. Then, I've tried more of the characters. My favorite is Dusa. (The lady with snake hair, that works at a museum.) Gems are kind of ridiculous. But, I don't as frequently as others.

Idk why but the app won't let me get past the pop up of the daily bonus. It acknowledges that I'm clicking the "X" but won't remove the pop up. Even after i restart the app, its still the first thing to show up leaving me unable to use the app any further. This is the first time this has happened, & idk if i am able to delete the app & re-download without losing all my chats. This is so strang. The low review only reflects the current glitch that is happening & leaving it might get me some help

It's an okay game but the choices cost a lot as you keep playing. You only get 15 gems from watching ads, they give you 5 free but only every couple hours. The gems get used up so quickly and most of the time I have to quit the conversation and return hours later when I can get more gems. It's honestly a little frustrating. But other than that, it's an okay game, I like the variety of stories and how realistic feeling it can be. It helps me pass the time.

I really wanted to like this game but I have a lot of complaints. It's too pay to play, the dates have huge blocks of text and if you want to reread ONE speech bubble you have to redo the whole date. Add a dialogue history button for goodness sakes!! Also sometimes the facial expressions don't match what they're saying. Most of the time I don't like the storyline (even when it's a genre I like) so I end up unmatching.

I wanted to give this 5 stars but the clothing system is frustrating. I don't know if this is a glitch but it seems that the only clothes that sparkle are clothes I need to buy. None of my other clothes sparkle before I enter the date so I can get extra favor points. Also it frustrating that you can no longer see the title of you clothes after you buy them. Other than that the game is fun and addicting. A variety of personalities and story lines that keep you interested. I love the concept!💗

Hi I downloaded the game to help past time. I seen the add so many times in other games it is ridiculious. I finally decided to download it. It is a lot for gems and patience. I got the yearly out of the concept to try it out. I am having problems get my daily collected gems for both. That's messed up. The game it self seems for the most part fun, but man. I wish the options were not so drastic. I get flirty, but our mc lays it on kind if thick it is a bit unreasonsble.

This is a fun game, but I have some gripes. First, the character creation. I would like the game more if there were more body and face shapes to choose from when creating characters, I know the creators are able to make these different body and face shapes sens some of the characters in the date stories have different body types and face shapes. My second complaint is having to use the gems to build relationships up. We should at least be given the option to do so for less points without gems.

I've been playing this game for years, have always enjoyed playing it, but the recent update with the new characters is not as enjoyable. Before you would start with text messgaes (which I prefer ) then go on the "date" now, with new characters you are launched immediately into the "date" and immediately asked for coins to get the premium experience of the story. So if the character sucks you've wasted coin to discover you don't want to read that story. i liked the intro with the texting better

Some really great stories! But no way to restart a story or go back if a choice accidentally gets pushed. So you can spend diamonds on a story that's really good and a choice gets clicked that makes the character not like you making the whole story ruined and diamonds wasted. If there's a way to go back or restart a story without losing premium choices made, I will change to 5 stars for sure! Other similar apps have that option.

I've been playing for a few weeks and recently subscribed to premium to have constant access to the AI. Shortly after, the AI left the chat and now it says waiting for your match to come back. It's been 4 days. I'm seriously about to unsubscribe and uninstall. Support told me they're passing it on to development but that was it. No way to make it right, I'm not thrilled. I love the storylines but when I pay for something I expect to receive that benefit.

You have to spend gems to pick the options that will make the character like you more, which wouldn't be an issue if there was an easy way to make them back. The only way to get more back is through achievements, which take a while and pay low, or spending real life money. If it was only the pictures and voice recordings I wouldn't have an issue, however the options on the dates costing gems just rubs me wrong. It really lessens the experience :(

This is such a fun game! You get in depth storylines and pictures, as well as you feel like your dating that person. Tons of good things to say- the matches even send you messages when you aren't on the app! Cons; please work on the gem system and how much it costs for each picture, the higher your bond the more it costs to unlock them, but it's too much. 33 gems for one picture for one match is a lot, especially when it takes you days to earn that much. Thankyou!
