After the new update it either won't let me login and just freezes and if by some miracle it lets me log in the clock in/clock out feature is no longer there. I can't even see my schedule anymore.

Fix the app please, can't even log in to see my own schedule without going through the hoops and it's annoying. When it works, it works good but it hasn't worked for me in a month. Update: it works but is still buggy wooo

Today this app is not accessible anymore. It worked fine, no problems. Now I'll have to take notes at work again what my schedule is. No, I can't explain it texting. This requires a person to person solution. Dear tech people, when something isn't broken don't try to fix it. I have a hunch that 2 step verification mixed it.

Loved using the app up until a few weeks ago when it stopped working properly. I sign on and head to the 2-step verify and send a "push notification" but, there is nothing that happens once sending it. I will change my rating when this is fixed.

I installed the app when I transferred to Sam's in January and it was working fine until last month. Now it either asks for a push notification or password and neither one work for me to sign on. Very frustrated when I want to check my schedule. Please fix the problem!!!

can't punch in or out any more on app. It keeps saying unable to determine clocking status.

How do you give us this app to use and and add the clock in app and all then just take it away like for real. That's bull what happen to the first part of the app where is says Associates will be able to do the following and no heads up or reason for this

The app dosen't let me login . I have to Uninstall and install it again every time I wanna login so I can clocked in and out ..its just so frustrating

Its a really nice tool and super easy to use, although I wish it had the teams tab. Sorta like the Walmart version

Randomly signs me out and I have to completely reinstall this app and the authentication app it uses.

Since the latest update, it will not load the schedule anymore. Error say failed to load schedule..

This app is great it just sometimes even when you're in the building it keeps saying go to settings is if you're not on the Wi-Fi even if you shut your phone off restart it or delete the app reinstall and it still won't work

The new update made the app useless. Can't access anything to do with me or my pay Information, more than half the app doesn't even work. You can't even give feedback on bugs or use the app for a thing. Considering deleting the app because of this.

Please allow to clock out from anywhere. I understand the system doesn't want associates to be able to clock in if you're not at the store, but you should allow clock out from anywhere.

Well I would rate higher but I can't since I haven't been able to login since it says it needs a 2step verification in the store to login but when I go to do it in store it does not work, management cannot fix this, I I have an authenticator on my phone so it seems to be an APP error, can you help?¿?!

Every four to six weeks the app kicks me out. Then I have to Uninstaller and re install. This sometimes it takes several tries to make it work. This time it's been two days and I still can't log in. Fix the damn app. It's now day four and I still can't access the app. I have tried three more times this morning and so far I STILL can not access the app. Starting day 5 STILL no access. I've never been locked out this long before.

Randomly gives token error, requiring full reinstall. Logging in is terrible: either it doesn't send the code, sends multiple codes in succession, won't accept the code it sent, or freezes and restarts every time I look at my messages to get the code (which usually means I have to request another code). Sometimes it looks like it's accepted the code and is letting me log in, only to take me back to the log on screen again.

App was decent for the last year and with the big update recently. I actually enjoyed using it with all of the cool features. But for the past week, everytime I log in and it trys to load and start up, it freezes and crashes instantly. Only way I can fix this is manually installing/unistalling the app every single time I try to log in and it crashes. Super annoying. Once this gets fixed, I'll change my review.
