a very good app that runs seamlessly. a good user interface, light, fast and has got almost all the features the customer gets at the bank!! the older mco-op app did mess me but this one has made me change my attitude towards it.

Superb user Interface...What do I need to do to enable me to login with a PIN after logging out such that I'll not be required to activate online banking again to request for the username and password?

The user interface(UI) is great, I love the aesthetics it comes with. The developer did the assignment well and we look forward seeing the developer making it even more great and great.

it's nice,however, it would be better if the fonts was reduced to the former and the shade of green also reverted to the former while keeping the new display

Usable, useful, equitable and enjoyable app. Most features available demonstrate that the team has really listened to it's users. I particularly like the mpesa to bank deposit feature.

Great UI and that's where the good things end, a ton of bugs, doesn't want to log in, refuses to send OTPs and just locks you out of the account

I don't understand how this new version is worse than the previous one. Every time I sign in I have to put my pin, ID and the OTP sent only to be met with an error message that doesn't let me proceed.

I actually like this app more than the other app, I am personally a developer and I can tell you the level of effort put in place for the app is something extraordinary. The UI is upto date, I like the way you are using bottom sheets now for the OTP, I LIKE IT.

Doesn't work. After the constant Update reminder on the old app, the new one keeps on saying, "we are unable to validate your details" on the login screen. I've tried both login methods none works.🤦♀️🤦♀️

The app is slow and could not successfully verify the OTP while I was trying to send money to another Coop account. The old app did it.

Biometrics login still a challenge. Once you toggle option ON it doesn't save the setting so everytime you'll need to use pin which is slower

You don't need to go to bank to activate username and password... its appearance its amazing and easy to get...things have been defined well

This is one of the best banking apps with so many functions and activities you can do yourself like creating till poster for a business and many many more. Congratulations to the team that created this. This is quite appealing in Graphixs and response speed to commands plus several features. It is a literally a Complete Bank in Our Hands

Wow this is very nice and better that the previous one it has a simple log in process, it has many features, I can see Qr code, I can copy my back account number ❤️ you can see many by just pressing an eye icon so as a developer I can refer co-op users to this new one

It sure is an amazing experience. This now is a great app. The past was owful. Looking forward to seamless transactions. Very versatile app. Congratulations to the developers. Challenges; You can work on adding beneficiaries section. It's terrible and doesn't support beneficiaries adding apart from own number

The new MCo-op Cash app is a major improvement! It’s faster, more user-friendly, and very secure. I love the clean interface and how easy it is to check my balance, send money, and pay bills. Great work from Co-op Bank—this app makes mobile banking seamless and reliable!

I'm really disappointed with this new version—I much preferred the old one. Biometrics worked perfectly before, but now, though the option is in settings, it can’t be enabled. Instead, I have to enter six codes, only for the transaction to fail after a long load time with an "unknown sources" error. What’s the point of an update that removes the best features? I honestly hate this.
