They charge you on the credit card but doesn't prepare the food, the attendant don't want to produce your order and are rude over you because of the app. I don't recommend. Is waste of time and money, total illusion

The application nags by asking for permissions. Every time I try to use the app it asks for notification permissions, even though I tell it I'm not interested, it asks every time.

Says it needs to update but it is updated. The only way to fix it is uninstall and reinstall it, but then it says it again. I have limited data and can't uninstall and reinstall everytime I need to use it.

Almost always they forget an item of the order. Taste is good. Start giving extra item for item claimed.

It used to work with no issues. Ever since the update it keeps asking me to please download the latest version when I've already unistalled and reinstalled. Still no luck. Unable to use it at all.

It keeps saying there's a new version of this app. If I download it, install and then sign in, it works once. If I close it and try to get in again, it tells me again that there's a new version of this app, and the only option is to download and install again. 😕 So basically, if I want to use the app, I have to download, install, sign in, and use it immediately. But, it only works once.

The app says i need to downlpad an update but when I touch the red Download icon, it opens Google Play and the app status allows me to open or uninstall the app, not update. I then touch Open, which shows me the same notification that i need to update the app🤦♂️

App doesnt give the United States as an option to choose when picking a country but wont let you go to app without choosing a country . then app only gives you deals for that country. So makes the app totally useless.

I had a coupon but after scan it it was redeemed in kiosko but not available due to the hour so a waither toldo to reedem it in front desk but was no available because was redeemed by kiosko, not related to the app but there where no latte only Americano coffee.

Considering this is the app for a multimillion international company, the thing is confusing, buggy and service in restaurants, despite improving, they build efficiency upon constant errors with the customers. We the customers end up paying McDonalds' training costs at the expense of our own happiness. Unacceptable. Yet, as company's stock keeps rising up, nobody would do a thing to improve anything in what used to the "the" fast food around the world. Sad too.

I had great difficulty ordering with a coupon thru the APP, I spent an hour between ordering and getting the food just because I wanted to have the coupon discount. 😡

It's complicated because is not clear ob the information and options it really has. I received a promotional code and was never able to use. Offered me food delivered at my place but actually had to go pick it up myself because the branch does not have delivery service. Very disappointing. Good thing is, the way you can costumize your orders. Everything your food comes with, you can increase it, decrease it or eliminate it.
