Every time I do mobile pick up, there is one bug or another with the ability to enter the number for pick up. When I select a push notification, the ability to enter the number for mobile pick up spot just disappears. When I don't use the push notification, the app gets stuck in a loop and won't let me enter the mobile pick up spot. So either way I have to go into the store to pick up my order. It's not a huge thing but it's just enough to be disappointing. The deals in the app are fire tho.

Why does it give you the option to choose your location and favorite it, if it's not going to use the location you want your food from? I have 2 locations near by. The 1st one doesn't produce good tasting food (old or left out) and the 2nd location, that's a little farther, is better. Everytime I click to order at the 2nd location, I get a message saying I can't change location with an order in progress, but I never have an order started. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it.

This app works maybe 60% of the time. It very often will not let you add food, will not let you change location pickup, and then when you go to pay says that it encounters a problem. Sometimes it just freezes right on the homepage and doesn't even let you begin an order. I'm told to uninstall and reinstall which has been done but I shouldn't have to do that when I'm on the fly trying to order food on the go. The app is supposed to be convenient and it mostly is not. When it works well-its fine.

This is the most difficult to use app ever invented ... not only is it set up to make it hard to use at the drive through, it is ridiculously hard to use points that have accumulated for things you want to order. Most importantly, I have not been able to even enter the app for months because it says you must click continue to accept our new terms and conditions, but there is no "continue" button to click and it will not allow scrolling to find. I have Un and re- installed many times!

Uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times in an attempt to get it to actually work right. It fails to recognize any of the cards that I try to use with it (debit or credit from major banks) errors and says to see a team member to complete my order. When I do that they are usually able to find it in the system but not actually process it and have to remake the order. Convenient /s!

No longer usable. I tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling. The rewards and deals screen is just... Dead, and I can't choose my restaurant either — it just keeps suggesting it, then I choose my store and it goes back to suggesting the store. Completely non functional right now on my phone. Looks good but if I can't do the things, it's dead space.

Bare minimum for a, "functional" app No ordering ahead. No cancelling or changing if you make a mistake even though they won't start making your order until you're at the counter or drive through, (not interchangable). Can't remove the horrible locations, (we all know some). You can favorite but I live near a garbage location so constantly have to change. Not intuitive. Clunky. Several clicks to do simple things. Should be scrapped and tried again.

It's a good app. However, I dislike that I can only use one deal/reward when I've got thousands of points to use but can't. Why accumulate points if your not gonna get the chance to use them all? Also, when I choose "curbside" pick up, the screen clears out when you pull up to a spot and you can't find an option anymore to notify them what parking spot you're in. I've always gotta call the restaurant to let them know I'm there. Fawlty but convenient.

I had a good experience with the app and it's mobile deals and rewards. However, as of right now, the location in-app GPS is broken. I had to go several miles away to pick up my order when I made it right in front of a different McDonald's building. As I'm still unfamiliar with the road names, clicking the store that was closest (listed as 0.0 miles away) seemed like a no-brainer, but it made the order for a store 2+ miles away. Please fix ASAP. Thank you 🙏

I enjoy being about to order with the app and all the deals offered, but this is now the second time that the app has automatically changed my selected restaurant and I didn't notice. The app shouldn't change the restaurant location unless the user specifically selects to do so. Just because there is a restaurant closet doesn't mean that's the restaurant I want to order from.

Food ordering apps that have multiple possibille locations should NEVER have a default location pre-selected. They should ALWAYS make you select a location. This is the ONLY way to make sure the user has the same location in mind, since they actually selected it themselves, as opposed to simply not choosing to change it. For various reasons, I keep ordering from a different location, and don't realize it until I am at the restaurant, then it is too late as you cannot cancel your order.

Update: The app started working correctly again, so I have to give credit where it's due. Ordering and paying ahead is my love language. The app also allows for customizing the order (so I can request no sugar in my iced coffee and it actually happens). The rewards are pretty generous compared to most. I really only visit for coffee and a breakfast sammy, but. it saves a little of my sanity in when I can just order, pay and drive through to pick it up.

Deals aren't great. Rewards are very limited. Rewards can't be used on the vast majority of menu items. Rewards can never be used if you have used any other type of deal or discount. The app generally works well, although it will freeze sometimes. Does what it says it will do, but the deals and rewards on other fast food apps are much better, and offer far fewer limitations.

I cannot get the app to work. I even downloaded it on a brand new phone and it freezes instantly. I get to the landing page and it's stuck there. This is the only app I have this issue with and I'm flabbergasted that the app is rated so high. The handful of times it worked, yes, I got a nice deal. But I literally cannot make this app work. Uninstall, reinstall, new phone, doesn't matter.

App does what it's supposed to mostly. The points are nice. "Free" items on occasion for the win! However. As of around a month ago, when I try to customize items, mustard isn't an item able to be removed or added. It just isn't in the list of items in customization menus. Had to toss my burger the other day because it was drowned with mustard that wasn't listed as an item on it. Had it been in the list, able to be removed, I would have done so. No longer ordering on app until this is fixed.

It had worked fine for me for the past couple of months, but recently I've been having a lot of issues unfortunately. While they do have some great deals on the app, whenever I try to use any it sends me right back go the home page and then when I click it again it says it's already been used. This seems to be a sneaky way of taking away deals because they get a confirmation when the person at the register enters in the code. PLEEAASE stop stealin my deals!! 😭

I like being able to order ahead, as well as getting points, but there is a bug that has stopped me from ordering for dinner multiple times. For some reason, when I am trying to order a soft drink (later in the day, when they should definitely be available) the app says they are unavailable and won't let me order one. It doesn't matter what size, it also does it when I try to get one as an individual item. All other drinks, like coffee, milk, juice, etc work fine.

App has some pretty major flaws for being a food ordering app. For example, I can't order large combos. Why is this? No idea. But I'm not the only one with this problem. If I try to put in an order for a combo, make that combo a large, the app never lets me advance past the review and pay button. It just stays greyed out. Swap that same combo down to medium size, now I can order. A friend of mine has the same problem. I'm sure this will be fixed soon, and the deals rock, but that needs a fix.

I figured placing a pickup order would help me skip the horrible drive thru experience, and they have really good deals in the app to save money. However, the pickup process has been frustrating. The app only let me check in once out of several orders I've placed. I pull up and click I'm here but it takes me to a blank order page and nothing happens. Ended up having to go through the drive thru anyway, and my food had been sitting there cold. By far the worst food app.

The coupons and ease of ordering is great. However, when I select the location that I would like to use, the app would automatically change the location to the closest one. Many times, I have pulled up to the drive through to give my mobile order and it's not at that location, because the app itself change the location, even after I confirmed the one I wanted.
