1 hr has passed and my order still hasn't arrived. It's been 1 hr before i received a txt that they will let me know once the store has prepared my food.... should have just used other delivery apps...

No enail received for update password there must be option of mobile number , or inform before change app, now i lost my password also unable to login, previous app have so many points in my account 😔

Ugh, ITs! What's the deal? I keep logging in, but it kicks me back to the dashboard like I'm some kind of guest! And where are my dang emails? It's like they disappeared into the void! Oh, and don't get me started on that useless pin logo when you input your address. It's supposed to move to your location, but nope, it just sits there like a useless lump on a log. Fix it, ASAP!

All of my devices were tagged as "emulators" lmao. I don't even have an unlocked bootloader, root access nor developer options turned on. Guess that's what you get for using an Xperia that comes with almost vanilla-android. Big thanks for also making me use my PC more just to order food, what a hassle.

No update from the store or the rider about the order or will they deliver it. Already 1 hour from order still did not get it. App is useless no option to report or followup your order.

Ordered just once but their app doubled it and there was no way to cancel. I sent an email but no action was taken.

Trash app. Tried it once last year. Order never went through. Gave it another shot today and order still can't get through. Won't even say why it just keeps saying "something went wrong". Absolutely useless. Guess me and my family will just order Jolibee tonight at least I can still order via landline.

Today the app had errors. They received my order late and there were no riders available thus my order came late. Although the app had errors and there were no riders available, mcdo managed to deliver my order even when it's late. And also the delivery driver was one of the McDonald's employees since there were no riders available. I really didn't mind the wait. I truly appreciate the great effort and the hard work McDonald's employees put in their work. Thank you!

Lag. Error when choosing location, inputting number, and choosing items. Most recently, my order had already arrived, but the tracker said it was still being prepared and my listed number was incorrect despite being correct when I checked it before ordering.

Horrible update made the app useless. I can't order because it says close all floating apps. Even all apps are closed. It is also ridiculous that they stll use land line numbers for customer service if there is a problem with your delivery.

The most useless delivery app I have ever used. Address was pinned but still need to encode it, otherwise, you cannot proceed to payment. Once encoded, it says server is busy and try after 5-10 minutes. After 5-10 minutes, its still prompts you with the same. Payment through credit card, never ever succeed in all my attempts. Such a waste of time. Better, not gonna patronize McDonald's again. Too bad I can't give 0 Star. You don't deserve even one.

Location map of this app is a mess. I can't pin my exact location. It's really annoying pinning your neighbor's address everytime you order considering you've ordered many times already. This issue should be fix asap. Ty.

Very frustrating experience. Tracker is not working (Stuck in Order being prepared). Very long waiting time (2 hours of waiting). Only way of confirming delivery is thru rider call. Poor and unresponsive Customer Service.

Very poor App for a company this big. Adding & updating of address is terrible. It tells you to wait for 10-15 minutes because their Server is busy. The real cause is that the Additional Address Details and Other Request fields do not accept certain characters and punctuation marks. The worst Delivery App I've tried. Smaller local food companies have far better Delivery Apps. What happened to poor Ronald McDonald? He is the clown not the Delivery App.

The system or process using this app needs improvement. I have been waiting for 30minutes since the expected delivery time but nobody contacted me until I reached out on their email hotline as the phone hotline is not supporting any McDelivery concerns. As I got a response via email, I was later contacted and found out that they were trying to reach me to my old contact number, even though I already updated it on the system with the correct one.

I really loved using this app before, there was no issue on our location and the service was good. But after the updates, I can no longer order because it says there's no store available on my location which i find weird because I can order on it before. Update:From 2 to 1.Thought this app will improve but no, its getting worse. I dont think this app is relaying the notes to their delivery partner, food panda.I noted the exact address details and yet the driver didnt arrive on the said address

No address locator. No map, nothing comes up when typing address even when I copied the exact address it doesn't show up. I still have my account but the address was removed. Installed and uninstalled many times, still the same problem. Edit: tried using the address nearest me but upon check out, it says "something went wrong". Tried it 4 times still doesn't work.

I was able to order for delivery, but waited for 1 hour before a rider picked up the food. I tried to cancel the order already, but the app does not allow me to cancel it even though it's been 1 hour of waiting. There is also no way of contacting the store itself on the app if there are any issues that occur in an order.

Worst food app I ever tried. I had a previous order where the items were updated and they didn't update my receipt. Using the chat service on the app is not helping. I ended up paying for more and I'm having a hard time getting a refund. In other food apps, I can instantly receive refund in 5 minutes. Even with a 4th follow up, nothing happened.

Ordered a few times with the app. Orders don't go through to the branch unless I message support. In the past I have waited for almost an hour before I decided to message supprt, only then did I see the in-app order tracking move. It's so disappointing.
