I think I will just shift to another bank just because of the pathetic nonsense application. We need urgent payments and at the same time this app don't even open at all just stuck at the splash screen. I am a mobile app developer and I am certainly better than the developer of this bad app. None of my application is behaving like this. It is frustrating and time wasting of using this app.

after the update, the app has almost stopped working. I think they launched the app without testing for bugs. complained but no help so far. now I am unable to do a single transaction. waiting for this week, then closing the account for good.

1 The client ID is automatically saved in the apps, we only need to enter the password. This is not a secure option. The user has to enter the ID and password... 2. The background colors are not friendly.. 3. The apps response is very slow..

I have been using the MCB Mobile App for a long time, but since the latest update, it’s not opening or working at all. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue still remains. Please fix this problem as soon as possible — it’s very inconvenient not being able to access my account.

I have never seen a slower or worse banking app than this. It’s been a month, and I still can’t log in. Their call center agents are all liars — none of them provide any useful service. I’ve complained 10 times, but nothing has been resolved.

cannot log in since the last update. out of 100 attempts it logs in only 20 percent. unable to do any transactions as Aap is laggy and slow. it use to be one of the good Apps, i am using MCB account since 2014. but i plan to shift to other banks who have better Digital experience

This app is extremely slow and sometimes doesn't even open at all. It often takes several attempts just to log in or check balance. This poor performance made me seriously consider switching to another bank. I hope MCB fixes these issues soon.

The app is extremely slow — it takes too long to log in and even longer to navigate between options or complete a transaction (sometimes 35–40 minutes for a simple transfer). Please also add a dark theme and screenshot option like other banking apps; it would greatly improve usability.

The app becomes the worst nightmare after its new update and design... take several minutes for a single transaction. Worst Loading time. The transaction process is more complex. It literally takes 5 to 10 minutes for a single transaction on the slow Internet.

This is by far one of the worst banking apps I’ve encountered. The app doesn’t even load the login screen, making it completely unusable. It’s unacceptable that in today’s world of fast and seamless digital services, this app performs so poorly. Stop calling it “seamless” or “fast” in your descriptions until it actually works. Fix this issue immediately.

I’m really disappointed with the recent performance. The app has become extremely slow during login and transactions. Although I receive the login confirmation email instantly, the home page keeps buffering and never loads — I’ve been trying for hours. It used to work much better before, but now the experience has become frustrating and disappointing. Please fix these issues urgently to restore the smooth performance we had earlier.

After the latest update, this app has become literally unusable. I’ve decided to close my account. Been using it for over a year but the issues are getting worse. You make a transaction and the same balance shows for 6 hours. Earlier, there was an option to select Easypaisa under “Other Banks”, but they removed it, and I guess they have no idea how to handle digital banks. Bye bye, switching to UBL.

very pathetic. not working well. transection problem always. when ever I send money to my easypaisa, always failed but deducted from balance . I had to send 10000 to family, and 3 times the app showed that it couldn't be sent as the t pin is incorrect. Then my friend texted me for thanks for receiving 30000. it is ridiculous.the previous app was excellent.

First of all the app takes thousands of hours to login and them every command you do in app get tons of your time and just waste it . The worst app i have ever experienced in my whole life .All i have done the requirements but when i enable fingerprint login then it proceed and when you click verify then the app just closes and i repeat it several times. Clear the cache. Allowed all the permissions but no ........

i hate the new update. it's too heavy. it crashes on itself too many times. it also eats 3% of battery just to get it open. takes forever to load. not mention it says u hav logged in but it crashes. location crash even though location is on. username crash even though it saved username. I liked the previous version. it wasn't fancy. it didn't take forever to load only to crash on itself.

Very worst app, you can't delete the beneficiary once it's added. Very difficult and complex to use. Sometimes I log in the app twice or thrice but still it doesn't log in. But yesterday I updated this app and from that time it's not logging in. I have to transfer money but not transferring and day by day this app is becoming horrible. Now I'm deciding to change the bank.

Since the new update, the app has become very difficult to use. It doesn't open with a fingerprint as it should, so I have to enter my password every time. Additionally, I encounter many issues where the app says I can't access certain pages, and after trying multiple times, it finally opens. Transactions are taking hours to process, and moving from one command to another is frustratingly slow. Adding beneficiaries or transferring money now takes a lot of time and effort

This new update has made the app worse. I can’t log in, and the location doesn't work. Instead of improving, the update has only wasted my time. This app is absolutely terrible and a complete waste of time. Every time you try to login in, it first forces you to trun on location, then you have ti try 4 5 times before it might finally log you in if you are lucky. Most of the time, it doesn't log in at all, and it has never worked on time

This app has become one of the worst apps after the recent update. Most of the time, I am unable to log in as it keeps showing errors. And if I manage to log in, it takes more than 2-5 minutes to load, sometimes not working at all. The interface has become very slow, and transactions often fail midway. A banking app should be smooth, fast, and secure, but this one has become frustrating to use. It seriously needs improvement and proper testing before releasing updates.

UPDATE: I have been unable to use the app since yesterday. Simply Unacceptable. ---- Since the recent major update the app takes forever to login even on ho speed network. Plus recently it has started giving errors when I try to use it over public networks like mobile internet connection. it doesn't work at all. just a black screen and an error.
