It is no intuitive, there is a mix of languages, the list of transactions should not be in the home page, there are icons with colors and some others without, check a 'Standing Order' and you will see a botton with 'Stan ding or.....', and I find hard to understand how things were organized.

absolutely ridiculous & faulty product and when you install it, it by default turns on & changes certain settings in your banking system - things you did NOT ask nor gave permission to be changed or turned on & the bank does not even bother to ask you for your permission wether you'd like those settings changed ... heck, they don't even bother to even inform you (not even at first login to the application) that they will change certain of your settings from now on because you installed the app.

The app is great in general but half of the things are in polish even after changing to English. I used to use screen translate in android but the screenshot option was recently removed which means that I have to open my laptop to see and notifications. That is very bad, please allow screen translate again until you have full English support including notifications and messages from the bank.

Budgeting aspect is terrible as it does not account for returns of money or situations in which you split a bill, for example you spend 100zl in cinema but 80 of those were returned by the other people coming to the cinema but in the budgeting it shows I spent 100zl. Also, if you want to split the bill you cannot simply click on a transaction and click split, like on millenium. Changing tags is requiring too many steps as you cannot do it from the notification of the transaction. The app is slow

There are 2 issues which make me consider uninstalling the app. The app does NOT show incoming transfers to my account in EUR (only those to my PLN account). I believe this is a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. The new desktop cannot be customized according to what I, the user, would prefer to see there - the options are limited.

A good application overall. The partner website is not in english and the automatic calls and emails to activate the mobile banking and other operations are all in polish as well. I could see how some of those missing translations could be confusing. Other than that it is very user friendly.

The UI and UX is terrible, unfortunately Polish banks are still far behind. Please have a look at Starling Bank, you can learn a lot from this FinTech. On top of everything, when you have Current and Joint accounts, you have all transactions from both in one list which is quite confusing when trying to analyse spending and keep on top of your finances.

App is half English half Polish. Notifications completely in Polish. Also, the verification system is weird.(You need to send them a message) Branch/ATM map is either not up to date or there is different problem because when I went to one Atm to use, it was in the place where it shown in the app. Also, if you use map, it deactivates your phone so you need to activate again. What kind of nonsense is this? Terrible user experience.

No pocket/wallet in the application so that I could saperate the money for monthly expenses, it's totally primitive to not have a wallet in a bank like Mbank. Even smaller Nest Bank has pockets. First you force us to do all the transactions from your bank, put at least few thousands every month on your bank, and when it comes to ease of using the app, it's a primitive app that doesn't even have pocket/wallet. Please add options to put money into some pockets to saperate expenses.

Worst bank. If some large transaction happens on regards of transfer to crypto exchange they block the account and it takes more than 4 days to unblock the account. I was in abroad and they blocked the account asked me to come to branch to unblock the account and once reaching there and showed all documents, they unblocked account after 4 days. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend. Not good bank for large transaction volumes. Bank for only pennies transaction, because system block.

It's really sad, I waited for over an hour on the phone. I kept being transferred from one consultant to another. (Apparently, they don't have enough dedicated staff to offer support in English) Even though some of them spoke perfect English but clearly refused to assist. One of the ladies spent 10 minutes explaining to me in the best English that I've heard in a long time that she won't help out. My reason for calling? To find out if my company's business account was ready. I never succeeded

Please have all menu options in English. It's super hard to make transactions if you're not a polish speaker. Edit: the main menu only, but the submenus no. I can't make transactions because I don't understand what's written there. Millennium app is a lot better, too bad I had to open a new account on mBank, without support for foreigners.

it's the crappiest mobile app I have ever used. not to mention that mbank in general is the worst bank in Poland for customer service and actual care for customer satisfaction.

The application is great overall. I had to give a low rating though due to the fact that all the sub-menus, descriptions, ... are in Polish despite the language being set to English in the application. The automatic emails and calls are also strictly polish with no option to change them which makes it very difficult for me to use said services if I don't speak Polish. The experience is great if you are a Polish speaker but horrendous if you are a foreigner who cannot speak Polish.

The worst activating experience I've ever had. I've activated 4 other bank apps in 7 min total, this one just doesn't want to work after 6 days with a new phone. Will be closing all my mBank accounts when back to Poland next. A ridiculous way of doing things.

The biggest drawback for me is inconvenient interface to make transfer of own funds. In mBank it is the worst I have ever seen. I am always confuse where is account from and account to. And one more wish I really would like to see is the ability to create a template in the title of transfer for zlecenie stałe. For most of permanent transfers I need to to include month and year. So if I could type something like "Wynaem mieszkania {MM}.{YYYY}" would be awesome. This is only reason of not using

They keep putting adverts for financial products on the homepage and sending them DAILY through push notifications, all in Polish even when the app is set to English, which is super confusing because it's hard to know whether the message is important. They're clearly more interested in selling more financial products than providing a good experience for the ones you've already purchased.
