The app is dead. Unable to login and register a digital OTP for days. Using this app is quite frustrating, so don't waste your time. Look for another better bank!

Still not be able to register an account with this app after 4 days of trying. It asked me to restart my phone, stuck at OTP step forever, no verification code was ever sent to my phone number. This app sucks. Waste of my time.

Want to register an account but stuck at scaning face????? After spent 1 hour retry roughly 20 times the results are same :). While other apps KYC work well and fast. No glasses, no hat on, the environment's light was clear enough but why??? I'm speechless please improve your face scanner :)

You better replace that entire dev team 🙃. I believed that those patches got released continuously without any testing. Now that Accessibility broke everything, even that big "Close App" in the center of the screen freeze the app instead of closing it 🙃.

It is fine, total registry process is automatic. However, the application stil has not much funtions and is not as convenient as applications of BIDV or Vietcombank. Need more effort for further development. At the present I would like to estimate it 4 stars

Worst eKYC register ever. Recently openning the app takes more than 5 minutes which is super annoying to me. I wonder if you even have a QA/QC department to test your app properly, or it only happens on my Xiaomi K50 Gaming device? Nonetheless, bad experiences with this bank and I will definitely consider switching to another bank.

Need some fixes here! 1. The notification for fingerprint sensor on Android is wrong, have to be: when I touch to the fingerprint sensor icon, it must show "touch to login" for instance. 2. The app is not full screen operated on my redmi K30 4G. Even when I toggle on to support this app in full screen mode. Not working !

There is no function for turning off advertisement notifications. This is so close to spam and sending promotion notifications without permission from users. I will change my review once the app changes this annoyance. Better be fast before I feel frustrated and reach the point of closing my bank account. Không có tính năng tắt thông báo quảng cáo. I turned off the accessibility and it still told me to turn off. When I made a contact with customer care, I asked them the reason why but they just told me to go to the settings even though I didn't touch anything about it, felt like I was talking to a robot, is this a joke. Worst experience when using this app, wish google had 0 star so I can give you guys

Can I really trust your apps to put all my money in?? Kind of scaried I think. There's something that 's gone wrong in some processes and often I have to forcedly close the app to get out of it. May someday when I do some transactions and boom, the app freezes the money might never go back and then there's no evidences that happened

This bank and app is quite good before. But lately, the frequency of problem and unannounced, unschedule maintenance is really HIGH. The errors cause so much trouble for transaction to process and unable to transfer/receive money but didnt have a single notice from Bank: No email, no annoucement, no noticing, NOTHING! As least, notice us when you go to maintenance so we can be awared about that. I am thinking to change the bank to avoid such bad behavior in customer service.

Can not register an account for online banking as a westerner. Useless app what's the point of having English in your app if western people can not use it! Can not check account transactions or transfer money 100% usless

What a mess this app! Laggy, a lot of ads that annoy user. If you have to use MB bank then you have to use this app. Techcombank app is much more better for example

Very beautiful and well recognized UI update but terrible UX. This app is bundled with so many unused services that there is no way to disable. Laggy scrolling on main page, password refilling service can not recognize the user name and password fields. Please stop using high-end devices to develop daily app. Investing on under $100 devices and make the app work smoothly on them first. Can't believe that you guys keep destroying this app like what you had done with Viettel Pay.
