The app is easy to use but why is Developer Options not allowed when using the app when I don't think it's makes too much a difference even when using it when Developer Options on.

It is, by far, the WORST banking app ever written. Firstly, by whatever reason, it detects apk files that frightened you, as if when we proceed, something nasty will happen. Then, when you proceed, the bloody app WON'T WORK! After scanning or inputting the PayNow number and pressing OK, an error message appears, and no transaction is being done! Heaven sake! What the blue blazes is going on?!! One simple transaction needs another app? I won't even want to rate it 1 star!

When choosing to "Deny" the apps from accessing my contacts, making video etc, the app started getting weird. No point asking for permission if we cannot deny it. Feel insecure with this app but got no choice. I don't understand why the main M2U apps can no longer perform single transaction? Why do we need 2 apps for this?

Worst banking app available. Keeps hanging. Literally preventing me from moving forward. Keeps saying I need to have Secure2u switched on while not giving me the option to do so.

Most annoying banking app ever. Factory reseted my phone and now got to re-register for secure2u thingy again. Why have 2 apps to do things? So now the account is just stuck there unable to transfer until secure2u is done over again via mailing...geez. like my pw and 2fa is not good enough...

Useless app. Just want to use paynow for goodness sake needs extra apps? And when trying to log in.. keep popping wrong pin/password. The old app i can log in using the same pin/password. I dont get it. How useless . Now i cant do paynow. And need to pay someone right now. Ps. Its already 19/05/24 now. Still no update on the apps. Still cant logged in and i found out when i press "forget", i reset my password, it means i changed the old apps' password. And i still cant logged into the new apps.

Base UI doesn't even fit in the screen during setup. Zero provision of password limitations. Required a teller to verbally repeat the setup details in the bank, who also verbally repeated all the log in credentials. Just broadcast the setup details to the closest projector or cinema screen while at it.

The main app asked to download this app to do paynow transfer. First thing it shows is no internet connection. Check my connection, shows no issue. Tried again, same thing. Kept ahowing no internet connection. Its really frustrating. Do something about this problem asap.

Literally the worst banking app Keeps bugging for location permissions even when you inherently don't need it Snoops on your app list without permission Busybodies about if you have developer mode on for legitimate reasons You upgraded the app just to give an even worse banking experience 👏👏

Change my phone and need to re log in to the apps. After inputting my user id and password.. still need to key in the secure2u password which being sent by mail. Re log in by other bank such as UOB wasn't this hassle

This app is horrible. As a student that created an account with my parents permission, I accidentally entered my password thrice and lost the privilege to see my account balance. Furthermore, the phone number that I had to call served no use as it was the crummiest piece of automated technology I had the displeasure of using and when I tried to regain access to my account in person I was told that as I was under the age of 16 by right I shouldn't have access to my account and got kicked out.

Can't even login. My M2U password is longer than 12 characters and this app only allows me to enter max 12 characters. Stuck at the front door just like that, nothing else to say.

Some UEN issued is one digit/character less. But app doesn't recognised it, causing inconvenience. I can't transfer at all.

Lousy app. Unable to login. Too many steps, from bad to worst than previous app. In previous app I still able to view the amt deducted for my loan wif Maybank now only "-". What is this ？how am I going to know how much being deducted ? This new app just gave me more inconvenience. USER UNFRIENDLY ! RUBBISH !

Bad app. I cannot log in at all and poor setting for authentication using secure2. My old phone spoilt and it keeps prompting my old phone for authentication. I tried to go to the setting to change and it is useless as it goes back to my old phone. I can only login using laptop and worst there is no option to remove my old phone for authentication. Useless app.

Only using this app because we are forced by Maybank to use it. The app detects some legitimate apps from Google Play Store as APK and they're labelled as phishing. WTH? I suggest you improve this in the next update. Secondly, after an OTP to mobile and email, there's another OTP just to make sure? Whoa, really a champion in issuing OTP

Forced to download this app as they are disabling SMS OTP. Flagged INSTAGRAM as an malicious apk. I had INSTAGRAM for years and was downloaded from Google play store. Had no issues with other banking apps. Only this app. Due to this, my transaction was rejected as I can't get the OTP. What a joke. If this goes on, I'll had to change credit card. I cannot do online transactions. Frustrating.
