I've had enough. I've been trying to upgrade my account for almost a month now. Whenever I try to upgrade, it always says that I used a wrong ID relative to what I picked, even though it is the right ID. I used two kinds of IDs and none worked! I repeated this many times but it just wouldn't work. I raised this issue to chat two times, and I received no feedback. Very disappointing!

I am a first-time user of paymaya. And im very disappointed how it works. No wonder there are fewer people using it. Because it works terrible. I can't receive otp, but i can in another payment wallet app, and the best solution your agents can offer is uninstalling the app? Are you serious? I think it's more on a system problem that needs to be thoroughly checked. There's all less way to cash out money from paymaya. I find it very inconvenient to use. I hope it improves

Out of the blue, I can no longer open my accounts..already sent multiple emails but no update..It's already over a month..Tried reinstalling the app but it always shows "We're unable to log you in..Our app ran into an error..Please try again later"...

I have to keep disabling my personalized notifications in the settings, and after a couple days, they show up again, they get annoying and i dont want to turn of all notifications since i monitor some notifications that are incoming, except promotions that i have already disabled

I can't upgrade my account no matter how much I try. It keeps on giving me an error message saying I need to be in a well-lit place. I am in a well-lit place. I have tried natural lights, I also tried turning on the lights in my room still it keeps on sending me tge same error message. I tried calling on their customer service a lot of times, the operator will ask me my 11 digits account number but it will only mention the 9 digit omitting the two. This app is stressing me out.

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. App automatically logs me out every after use and won't let me login even though I have entered the right password; consistently promts "We're unable to log you in" . I have to delete its data everytime I want to login, so frustrating and annoying.

they are too slow to adjust your maya credit even though i pay very fast and purchase and pay so many things with this app still my easy credit is very low comparing to other apps. But they keep on messaging you partly 4 to 5 times a week how great it is to purchase with easy credit hahahaha nerving

Too much notifications for ongoing promotions and no way to turn it off without also turning off important notification like wallet transactions. Your KB says you can turn it off by opting out of promotions under Data Personalization settings but my preferred settings won't even save.

Poor customer service. I am having issue because they keep saying that my account is duplicate, and I've done everything they told me but they keep redirecting me to a hotline number that is useless. I am so disappointed with this app, I have an urgent transaction using your account but I ended up past my due date which is yesterday. So I'll give you zero star if I can!

I was convinced this is a great app from acquaintances. So I installed it and created an account. But what the hell is wrong with your selfie procedure?! I already tried 3 valid IDs and system says none of my selfies matched the IDs. Srsly my face barely changed just my haircut and it keeps saying "Try again" ?! Never gonna recommend this to anyone

While the app itself is such a user-friendly tool. The poor customer service really brings down the reputation. For a simple change of a phone number. Not a single reply from them. That was almost a month ago. Now they sent an email stating that the system's inbox was full. It's really great app, but really needs improvement in terms of customer service.

I really trust this digital bank until something happens. It's customer service is the worst. It's so hard to reach them. Through ticket? Through chat? Both do not work! And now, I don't know how to reach them! Kindly respond. I sent money from my other bank account and even received a text confirmation and it is also reflected in the transaction history in your application, however the amount did not reflect on my account, it's just in the transaction history! Help me fix this, please!

Too many notifications. I am already using most of your service. Give me a break with the notifications. Also, there is a bug in Data Personalization. However many times I only select Credit Scoring, when I come back, everything is enabled again. Please fix this. respect my decision on what data I want to share.

Demoted to 1-star. Unfortunately lately, I have had a problem logging onto the app with this error - as a security measure we cannot proceed this this transaction. Biometrics will not push through, password will not push through, even after reset. You have to clear cache and data to proceed everytime to login. This never happened before. I never had any issues with logging in or using the app. I have lodged an incident ticket, 3 weeks have passed, until now this is unresolved.

This app can be good, but is not user-friendly for people who try to track their purchases. Users cannot filter/organize transactions based on dates of purchase. The transactions are arranged depending on when the merchant finalizes the transactions (which may be several days from date of purchase). This makes it confusing and difficult for people like me who try to monitor purchases for budgeting. I will considerably lessen my use of this digital wallet until something changes.

How the hell do I turn off ads, promos, and other spammy notifications? Unticking all the options under Data Personalization doesn't do anything, as saving the options will just revert the changes back. Please fix this issue. I do not want to see any promotions. Don't make me block the notifications and risk my account safety.

I recently signed up for a Maya account. The app needs improvement. The time deposit page was not working. I want to cancel the time deposit I created since I have not made any transfers due to the page not working but they want to charge me. The customer service didn't give me any options but to wait till it works. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the same problem occurs. Not even an hour since I registered, I have been informed that I'd be charged.

i would rate this app 0 for allowing the person who got my phone drain may credit and savings without breaking a sweat. Maya's security is extremely low, no email about it. Once someone got a hold of your phone, that's it. Their customer service is so hard to reach. They were not able to block my account on time (other ewallets were safer). Couldn't help me with the reversal. I will close my account with Maya after paying the credit I did not even use because I don't want a bad credit score.

Maya credits are advantageous because they may be cashed out immediately to your wallet. They do not, however, offer you a minimal Due, as Gcredit does. So it's similar to a shark loan app that they offer an amount, but you have to pay the entire amount in one month with so much interest and fees. Aside from that, the OTP is always a problem. It is very delayed.

This used to be my go-to for e-wallet but now it doesn't even let me log in to my account. It is a very faulty app with low security. I don't recommend it if you plan to use "savings" because there will be no way it can withdraw once your app gets a log-in issue. Already tried 1. Updating to latest version, 2. Uninstalling and reinstalling, 3. Using the app on another phone, 4. Changing passwords, etc. None of them work at all. What's worse is that the customer service is basically useless.
