Driver is bad. Of course not all but my driver. If you want to talk then talk. Just dont insult me old man. The app should update adding reason 'others' or 'explaination' when rate the driver. Another thing is about app, the driver can up the price. So sometimes I found it inconvenience at all.

Can't detect the location even for a busy street in Kota Damansara. When i try to zoom in in the maps, i need to start all over again when zooming out. Not a good app indeed.

This driver is the best ever that I've met. Because of some miscommunication, I changed my destination for 2 times, and ended up not enough cash to pay him. He waited for my payment for almost 10 min without any complain, and the most wonderful part is, he handed over to me, a tin of coke which I left out in his car with a genuine smile. That smile really is the thing that I really need at that time coz of worrying for the payment. But at last, I managed to pay him with my TnG wallet.😄😄😄

The service sometimes took very long to find the driver. Even though I put speed on search it still the same. Overall, it's very good with very polite driver.

So far I'm having a good experience with this app, the price is affordable, the driver is nice. Until I received a message from a driver who accepted my order for tomorrow saying "mau jimat kan. Biar org lain pergi m4ti. Janji duit u boleh simpan". Ofc, he cancelled the order afterwards but is it really necessary to say things like that? I understand that you would cancel the order. Though I don't know what's with the sudden message, I'm sure that the driver and add the price tbh

I hate the fact that there's no cancel option for order, I waited for 20+ minutes for a driver and thought about just canceling, but no there's no freaking cancel button ?!?! When I had already ordered from another place, I suddenly got a driver like ??? Fix this problem and I'll give it 5 star

Simply terrible. I requested three rides on the app, and all were bad experience. Drivers can see the trip details, come pick me up and drop me off without even accepting the trip. And the whole advertisement about cheap rides is fake.

User Interface is confusing. I cannot edit my location, my food order is suddenly written not from the merchant I choose, the fare suddenly marked up and I cannot cancel my order even though there was cancel option. The available option only to edit and of course not editable.

I used to pay P200-220 with other service apps from home to work, but with Maxim, it's P260 nahhh, that's too pricey for a startup. The mapping and interface aren't even that good, so I don't think the pricing is justified. cheers!

Very hard to get your pin location. Done updating the app still a struggle to get your exact location. Sometimes it will give you a total different address when putting manually your pick up and destination point.

Discount is useless! Drivers never ever acknowledge any discounts from the app. Drivers keep on asking for a much higher fare than what is written on the app FFS! Although it is cheaper than Grab of course. Almost impossible to find a driver. Fastest would be almost 30mins.

The app interface is really not user-friendly at all. Initially, cancelling an order is complicated, which causes situations that we only realise that we fail to cancel it. Besides, the return route and repeat button is too similar and in the same line, which I also accidentally book as a return route when I want to repeat it. Due to it, there is a penalty charge for it. Really bad experiences. The only good thing about this app is that most of the time it offers cheaper prices (now not really).

I tried to register my (South African) telephone number. It picked up the correct number (country code and phone number) and said it is sending a PIN via SMS. Didn't receive anything, even after trying a few times. Then tried the phone call option. It said the last 4 digits of the incoming call would be the PIN. I didn't receive a call. Now it says "You are temporarily unable to make additional requests from *my phone number*". Goodbye Maxim!

Why are the apps nightmarish, just to try if the apps works, there is no cancel option, and the order does not recognise locations in Malaysia. At all.hope the feedback given would help to fix the bugs,

Unable to use online banking to add money to the maxim account since last year. So, system need to be improved since it's hard to pay using cash since drivers always asked for the exact amount. I want to add money to the account but it always show unknown error. Not just me but other people also encountered this problem.

really bad experienced i had today. I already cancelled my order just because the driver is so far away and i had no time to wait. So I cancel the order and choose "changed my mind" and its already cancelled. In time i booked in another apps and already ride with the driver suddenly maxim's driver called me and said he arrived. He mad at me and say it troubled him if im doing that. And I need to cancel AGAIN! I also need to pay for penalty! PLEASE FIX YOUR APPS! HOW CAN THE ORDER IS NOT CANCEL?

The driver is ok but the apps seriuosly after update too many bug/misinformation given to customer/driver. Like today the driver is already arrive but the pin- point still say the driver is far away and no notification informing the driver have arrive. Solve this issues. Tq

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked for a ride on two different days but had to cancel because I waited too long, and there was no drivers available. They popped up a notification that I will get a refund but i didn't receive my refund even after 24 hours like they stated. Contacted customer support twice and like all others reviews, they blame it on the bank. I think I can say I can nvr get my money back anymore.

One of your drivers is cunning. The price requirement of 28 thousand rupiah was increased to 39 thousand rupiah even though there were no changes to the route or any obstacles during the trip within the city, apparently because the driver felt that the passengers were old grandma and could be fooled (nb. the one who ordered the granddaughter). Also this app needs major improvements to the map, it won't work in some areas. The rest is good.

Pros: Cheaper option Cons: I already linked and defaulted my account to credit card. But upon paying it didnt deduct my payment thru my card but instead in goes to cash. We almost went to trouble and couldnt pay the driver. Not to mention the location is inaccurate, unreliable and hard!!! Next, when I cancelled a request sometimes it did not give push notification or information that I will get a refund. Im here worrying if I'll get my money backor not
