The worse app . Just ripping off. So stupid you can't share or see other members photos and you are not allowed to share contact details either. How would you decide and make it further with someone that you can't see ....

Very bad experience.. I paid a lot of money on this application and I thought it was a good application when I read the policy but when I was insulted without any reason by one of the members and notified them they did nothing.. I will not pay again.. and good luck with losing all your members because of your poor support team

at least, this is the only app to deal with less scammers and fake profiles. it aslo stops the scammers , specially ugly mens, not by posting pretty photos of women and act like women to obsess mens. these thing happens too often by the mens from Ghana and India. same goes for the women as well.

Be careful!!!!!!! app is fake and use your DATA posted on Google search, all my personal info, on GOOGLE!!!!! I deleted my profile from app, but when you Google your name" mawada came out with your data posted personal information (your file) . I contacted with them, but didn't receive any reply, for days .today they replied that i should contact with Google that they are not responsible about solving the problem actually it's posted on through their app but they didn'tcare to delete my file

Pictures of interested parties should be mandatory shown as many people go for looks and it is a Sunnah to see your spouse. One picture, if approved to be seen by the other party is not enough to form an informed opinion. Banning people who wants to make a video calls thru other apps that support such a feature is unnecessary and obstacle to having an informed view about your potential spouse. Language spoken should be also something to consider. As a ability and also in filters.

Edit: Problem resolved. Banned within a minute of downloading the app! Seems like they ban particular words, but omit the context. I literally texted a member: "I need to finish my profile." And got banned instantly!!! They need to have a better system which doesn't automatically ban people for using simple terms which don't break any rules.

Exploitative app, the most basic features are paid, and overpriced, it's clear that developers are seeking to get as much money as possible from the app regardless of what they offer for the users. To reply for a message, you need to pay 25 USD subscription ! Why call it a free app when you need to pay that much for the simplest feature that should exist in any marriage APP?

I didn't find it useful app. Very limited people interact with you, especially when the photos are not displayed. How someone can make you favorite without seeing you. It's embarrassing if you favorite someone and after seeing his photo you quit

Last update you cant send message without paying. This downgraded to a trash app. Edit: My response: Your service allowed messaging for years so i dont believe you suddenly removing it relates to any fees or cost increase. You removed the main thing that made your service superior to others. There is no reason to use your service anymore.

The app telling me I can't access it for using VPN when I am not using VPN? I can't access the app and I have already paid my subscription a week ago! Weird! I used the app yesterday and it got slower and slower and today I can't use it anymore. I restarted my mobile and I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again but still can't access. It sends the same messages which is I am using VPN and I am not using. What could be the problem? Please fix it as I have already known someone already.

Actually its good app..but i dont know why suddenly i cant login, i tried manytimes to login but they said i cant log in because i used vpn, in fact i never used vpn.. Then how to fix it..

Horrible app design. I filled in all my details, then came the point of accepting T&Cs. I click to read those, then can't get back to the profile that I was filling but hadn't submitted. I had to fill in all the information again and the username that I had selected was now marked as taken. Terrible sign-up design suggests worse in-app features such as bad chat capabilities, and T&Cs want you to swear by Allah that you won't chat outside the app. Horrible user experience. I don't trust it.
