Something had happened and I'm so annoyed. What's with all the freezing until you can't make it through one game anymore and therefore losing out on rewards and coins. Plus spending more coins to try and get through game after game. I used to find this game very relaxing after a taxing day but to play a game and be annoyed us not for me. This stuff needs fixed. I'm glad I'm not the only one with issues.

Every time I try to play mid game, I get kicked out & it goes back to my hm screen. I'm not sure what you changed, but your dev team messed up & they need to fix it. This has been an issue for over a month now & has caused me to lose all magnets & time bonuses I'd saved, yet I've not progressed 1 level ... Please fix this!! After reading new reviews, I'm not the only 1 with this issue.

I love this game and play it a lot! I am past level 17,400. But, I am ready to delete it off my phone! Since the beginning of March, the game would freeze and shut down quickly! There was no way to get back to that game and I would lose my ufo boost along with the timers and magnets. I have spent a lot of money buying more coins. They need to fix this with an update or something! I am really going to miss this game if they don't fix it!

It's a fun game, but the ADS are absolutely ridiculous... before a game, during a game, then after and more if you want boosters. Also, I'm only on level 15 and am barely able to complete levels because time is up so quickly. Then you need to buy coins to be able to finish them (or watch many many MORE ads). Wouldn't recommend it.

I can't even play anymore! Lost my UFO Rush boost, 4 x"s magnet and boost timer too. And I missed out on the bonus game cuz I couldn't play... game kept booting during play! And, to top it off, I can't contact in game support either! Seriously, you need to do better. I play all the time. So what gives??? It keeps shutting down and I keep losing all my items!! And CS says, oh, our bad, we're working on it. Time to find a new fav game I guess. I'm over it!

I have enjoyed this game very much and the competition by teams and individuals are very good. Recently I've had some glitches and freezing of the game. Didn't really questioned it too much until I started losing game from being frozen and star chest points not being awarded(5x) mostly and is stuck in star chest box. Along with that when it stops for no reason and I restart game, UFO Rush booster resets and it takes 3 to 4 games to make it back. I also lose 🧲 and ⏰️ along with 💡 and ❄️.

I was addicted to this game until I reached level 5136 then it kept freezing on me. Support was never able to fix it. And whatever additional purchases I made were used up trying to get past the freeze. Totally frustrated after advancing so far. Update:: At level 10516 and it's money, money money. Adding more packs but with less time. Ads are longer and longer. I will be uninstalling. Too expensive.

I loved this game and the team that I was a member of. Soooo many glitches started occurring (freezes, multiplier not working, rewards not being awarded, etc.). Following advice, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, with the assurance that I would not lose my progress. 13,000+ levels lost. Hundreds of boosters lost. I can't even re-join my team or communicate with them because it threw me back to level one. To make matters worse, it did NOT resolve the glitches! They are still occurring.

I was expecting more of a match 3 type game BUT nice surprise. I like that you match the two items by dragging each one down. I like the graphics a lot and it doesn't freeze and so far no ads in the middle of playing levels. The timer makes me a little anxious but keeps e busy in game. I downloaded for a rewards app and I think I'm gonna keep it. So far I would say it's [perfect the way it is. And easy to match the huge pile of stuff which is a plus. Great job!!

I love this game, but am very frustrated by the fact that there are always glitches. I'm never able to collect rewards; I'm actually always losing everything I've gained due to the game freezing or kicking me out completely. No amount of restarting or clearing cache fixes the problem. I wish I could play, as this is one of the only games that has consistently kept me entertained, but the amount of bugs is causing me to have to uninstall.

Came here to say I am experiencing the same glitches as others have mentioned. It never happened, but not every game I play it just shuts off and restarts me back to the home screen, and takes all of the boosters etc with it. I am unable to get by any levels because it keeps kicking me out of the level. I was going to Uninstall and reinstall, but lucky I read another's review how that erased their progress. I would have been SO bothered. So for now, I'll play another game until this is resolved.

I really like this game, but have to take a break from it untill you fix the glitches. I have lost to many "powers" and lives due to the app just shutting down in the middle of a game. I open it right back up and the game restarts itself with no extra powers and one less life. It would do it periodically, but now it seems to do it more and more, 3 or 4 times in a hour or two. Other than that it's a fun game.

I've been playing this game for probably two years now and love it. Recently, the glitches have been overwhelming. Freezing was a huge problem the last couple of weeks and missing out on rewards, etc., especially during tournaments. As of last night, it's been kicking me out time after time, and my ufo is back to zero multiple times. It gets really frustrating, especially since different problems have been ongoing. I have updated my review....

Amazing idea for a game, but literally so many ads that you can barely play. You're matching under a timer, and they break your concentration interrupting you about 5 times in the middle of a round to show a stupid ad. Doesn't really seem fair to me. Game also now crashes on almost every level and you lose all progress. Not cool.

Constantly cuts off in middle of game losing any progress and any bonus items used including points bonus 1-3x so you have to start over. Repeatedly contact support who do little other than saying they are aware of problems and working on them. I reloaded app at their advice and they swore I wouldn't lose already reached levels,bonusesetc. I followed their instructions to a tee and it took me back to level one (I was well over level 1000 at time and had spent countless dollars getting there).

I previously rated the game a 2 about a month ago because of the glitches I was getting. I have contacted tech support with no help, as have members of my team. So now I'm still experiencing the freezing with loss of lives and boosters, but there's ads that have begun to play in the middle of a game? Quite a few of my team are talking about not playing anymore. Your game is fun and has potential, but you HAVE to fix the issues that (apparently a lot of people) are having. Rate change to 1.

I loved this game when I first downloaded which was more then a year ago. Recently, with all the glitching and shutting down, has got me completely frustrated. Lost lives, power ups, points etc. I will be mid game and it just shuts down or click to watch the ad and it freezes completely. Please fix and I'll update my review!

This game is fun, but the crashes are getting ridiculous. I can't even play 4 good levels without the game closing on me. I lose my UFO rush as well as others points and lives. I pay my money for the Match Pass, but the game crashes right after that. Some compensation needs to be given for that. Something has to give or I'm giving this game up. Numerous complaints have been submitted by my Team Lead, but nothing is being done about it. I'm sure I'm not the only team experiencing this.

The games getting a little better. Freezes up but not no where near as much as it was. The only thing I don't like is the wheel is 100% rigged. I have spun it so many times and have not landed on the 100 or 1000 coins but 3 times and all three times I have landed on it it glitched out and didn't give me my 1000 coins. If it wasnt for that I would rate higher

Just updated today && middle of game it freezes and exits out. What is going on? Still freezing in middle of game. They say they updated and fixed bugs. Right, they didn't fix anything. I'm so tired of this game freezing in middle of game. Can't even finish without it cutting out and exiting. Update 6/27/24- still freezing in middle of game. Won't let me finish levels. This is ridiculous. You say you have fixed the issues we are having. I think you aren't. Getting really tired of it.
