Tried using my Citi Double Cash World Elite Mastercard, but failed. Was able to get in using my Capital One Walmart Rewards World MC, not World Elite. Looks like the Citi problem is a known glitch, eh? Please fix it.

I can't register my card (it gives a useless "Cannot get data" error) and support didn't know anything about the app.

Piggy backing on all the other 1 star reviews. Citi Card World Elite doesn't work saying that some banks are not eligible. Unless it's really a problem on Citi Card's side I wish the app developers had a solution or a response to this problem.

Doesn't work. Try to use my card and make a account and won't pass the password without it loading and did everything to restart my phone Its the app.

Says my device has been compromised after telling me to call them because I couldn't be logged in. Thanks MasterCard, you've made my decision to use VISA concierge services much easier.

This app does not work at all. I tried clearing cache and storage, to uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing works, keeps saying no data and restarts when I type in login info. At one point this app was usable, not anymore.

This app worked for me twice when I needed it in the past 6 months. Recently however this week it is giving a "Network Error" and crashing. This occurs on WiFi and data nets. Suddenly completely unworkable
