It's frustrating that the back button is now gone, and I have to start all over from the homepage to get back to the page of product I was viewing. It's so frustrating. I have seriously considered just getting rid of the app. It's not worth the hassle. Also, where are the aize charts, and why can't I zoom in on a picture to see details? This app is seriously disappointing.

I have tried creating an account put in password. Then sign in but keep saying no such person or password not recognized!. I can't pay my bill. I have downloaded tjmaxx & Marshalls.

Can't even shop. The shopping page just says access denied and restarting my phone and reinstalling the app does nothing. Very glitchy.

Not user friendly, no back button, can't scroll app to select filter options. Better to use a web browser.

No more back button makes it difficult to browse, and regular phone back button closes the app. Deleting until this is fixed.

This app doesn't allow you to go back, so it you click on an item to look at it, the back button doesn't bring you back to your search list; it backs out of the app. Definitely needs work.

Who has a store app and doesn't have a back button? It is BEYOND frustrating! I used it for 10 minutes and I wanted to throw the phone out the window. Deleting the app once I finish this review.

7/21: Credit card services do not work at all through the app. Error message reads "Could not log you in. Please check your username and password, and try again." I can only access my account online. App is practically useless for me. 10/22 update: still worthless. 5/24 update: STILL a terrible app.

Worthless app. When I open an item to take a closer look then attempt to go back to all of my search listings, the app closes - this has been happening for months!!!...for a company this size, it is ridiculous!

For some reason you can't use the back button (bc the app doesn't have a back button) so after you look at an item you can only go back to the BEGINNING of the catagory as a whole, losing any filters you've applied.

The app really sucks! Errors always pop up, it won't load, it's just a very bad app. And almost a year later the app is still horrible, when you press the back button to go to the previous page, it makes you exit the app, just horrible.

Can you please fix the back button issue. When I click on something and try to go back to section I was in, it closes the app and I have start to all over. It was not doing this until recently. A very frustrating experience. Does not make it easy to browse for purchases.

This app used to be great. Now it's crashing constantly. Anytime you view a product and try to go back one time it closes right away. Similarly to the TJMaxx app. I use a Samsung so I'm wondering if it does have to do with Samsung. It was never like this before.

One of the worst apps I've used. For example, the back button doesn't work, it closes the app instead of going back to the previous page. It's impossible to browse and shop because once you click on an item, you can't go back to the search results page.

App repeatedly crashes - the "shop" screen is blank - can't shop. Also, when shopping is possible, I have to go back to first page of whatever category I'm searching whenever I place an item in basket or whenever I just look at an item - there is no way to go back to where you were in category. Extremely frustrating.

There is no delete button for all items in your cart and it takes forever to delete each one, it is very time consuming specially the confirmation that you want to delete the item... the back button delay for 3 seconds before it can return to the previous page, no zoom on the items, now it says access denied, their app crash and I could not get to anything... even after I close the app. What a garbage app, I hope this gets an update, the app itself is very slow, unresponsive... old.

The app has many shortcomings. It does not have the ability to zoom in on merchandise. It"s necessay when you're accessing by phone. It has a weird swipe feature when viewing merchandise. There are only 2 view screens; a front and a back view. If you accidentally swipe right a second time, you'll end up on the menu page and lose your place and browsing filters. So frustrating! Additionally, there are no size charts. If you're a shooper like me, you know that measurements vary by manufacturer.

Why is there no back button?!? Omg. So frustrating. I set my filters, click on something I like and then I'm stuck and can't gi back. Have to start completely all over with the category and reapply my filters and start from the very beginning. On 4th page? Too bad - you are back on page 1 with no filter. I used to shop here and sister stores all the time and it's too unbearable to use the app.

Oh gosh no. I've never dealt with a shopping app so difficult to use. It's very glitchy, and how in the heck do you go back to your search results when you finish looking at one item selected? As someone that prefers online shopping, I will continue to just wait to go in person when I get a chance, and wait for this app to be improved or fixed

PLEASE ADD A BACK BUTTON! I absolutely love Marshall's and TJMaxx and the fact that they share reward credits. I almost always find items I want at very good prices. I've shopped the apps for these stores and have placed many orders. BUT now there is no way to back out of an item without losing your place. You have to start over every time! It's so frustrating and time-consuming. PLEASE fix the apps so I can enjoy shopping again.
