This app seems well working only while ads watching , but the reality is defferent. You should improve bonus system and check every order before sent. See, constantly I can observe how couriers bring not complete booking(for example: instead of 3 units of food, they bring 2)

So today I ordered sth and it got cancelled because my order wasn't actually in the menu of the restaurant, so they don't update info related to menus. This happened like a few times already. They didn't offer any solutions when my order got cancelled because of their incompetence but they told me that my online payed money should return in a few days so thats okay I guess at least they didn't stole my money.

I will never use this app again because of the unethical approach when it comes to commercials on YouTube. Stop ⛔ showing fancy food on your ads. Some people lost their jobs and have nothing to eat, while you keep showing them delicious food each time they use the YouTube app 😡. Try something different and more ethical!!!

they didn't deliver me the right food, I've called them numerous times to correct this but they didn't. I waited for hours and when I called them they said they'll send my money back. Till this day I haven't got my money back! my worst experience ever with a delivery service!! I've never had this problem with yandex eda

The ads of your app are highly inappropriate, disgusting and racist. I have no other platform to tell you that, as YouTube doesn't provide me with the opinion. Because of your ads, me and dozens people I know won't buy anything via this sh*thole. Thank you very much for showing how awful you are just from the ad. Hope to NEVER see it again! (you know, that if it would have happen in the usa, your asses would have been hated so much, I can't even imagine...)

Terrible. Payment doesn't work with google but the app tells you that your order is complete and food is about to be made. After waiting 30 minutes for support to tell me what the problem is, it turns out I never entered the security number from an SMS which was never asked of me in the process of making an order. Never received any SMS either.

After living in many countries I have never seen a more slower and expensive service. I order food from resturant 300m away. I would have walked but I was studying so I couldnt leave the house. I ordered for 200 rubles and the delivery was 220+ rubles. Worst part is I waited more than an hour and a half for the food. This happens every single time I order using delivery club

This is a new scammer club. Charged my card for monthly subscription for many months but when I asked them they said I don't have any subscription rather than paying money on every month. Tried by contacting them, no help. Always same story my girlfriend, wife, grand parents used to buy the subscription etc. there was no way to cancel the heavenly unvisible subscription. Will never use on my lifetime.

Very bad service, cheating in tracking the order. After 1.5 hours from placing the order and the tracking shows the restaurant confirmed and cooked the order and it is on the way, and after half hour delay from the indicated delivery time, I chatted with them to know that the order was canceled by the restaurant. The name of restaurant was Tashkent in Sochi. Decided to remove this miserable app from my phone, doesn't deserve any star.

often enjoyed ordering food. ordered delivery today. delivery time has passed. food was not brought. a mark appeared in the application that the order was delivered. the last time on the map was seen that the courier passed by the house. in support, the money was returned quickly. since they also could not call the courier. but the restaurant had already closed and we could not order food for cheba. the organization is not reliable. you can't expect them to deliver food.

A few times, I was unable to make an order through Delivery Club because random restaurants would become unavailable. More and more restaurants are introducing forbidding delivery charges, and the actual amounts charged are higher than those stated in the app. Is Delivery Club dying? I'm considering alternative ways to order food

Increasingly often the service will claim that an order is confirmed and already cooking, only then to answer that it has been canceled due to a lack of couriers. Obviously, that the order is already being processed is a lie .this probably also explains why so many orders are quite late. There are better.options available with more reliable customer service.

After several years of using this app, I got scammed. The delivery guy couldn't have figured out how to call to my apartment from the entrance hall. He waited around 5 minutes and cancelled the order. I couldn't get any refunds whatsoever. I wonder, why there were no problems with it beforehand? The policy of this company is more important for them, than costumer satisfaction. With one bold decision you lost a client of several years. I moved to another delivery service and never looking back.

Ordered. Paid. Waited for an hour. No delivery and no info. Called the restaurant. Apparently, they tried to contact me (no missed calls, no messages, nothing) and support, who didn't respond too. So nothing cooked. Cancelled the order. Contacted support. "Nothing we can do". Tried to leave a rating and feedback. "Sorry, not possible" (likely, for cancelled orders). Tried to blacklist the restaurant. "Sorry, not possible". This once was best delivery. Not anymore. Avoid.

The app strongly lies about an estimated time for delivery than it's really required to motivate you to make an order. I am waiting an order for an hour! Though I could use another (now - surely faster) service, but decided to give it a chance. As a result - cold dinner and disappointment. 1 point to the app

Everything was okay until the last time: we made an order for MC Donald's and it was cancelled so we tried again and it said it didn't have enough couriers and finally, from the third try the order weren't through. So guess what? They deliver it twice!!! Obviously charged twice for delivery and everything. We called support but they just didn't do anything and said we ordered twice. We are unsatisfied with the service and won't be using this app anymore.

well, there's some pretty disgusting dev techniques used to keep the app in the left corner of the recent apps screen of android 9 ALWAYS. I've tested it for 5 hours and it always popped up there, even after restart, different time of day and a load of different apps used. it's just won't move from its place. Look, I've just got your app. I have no intention to look at it 24/7 of my screen time. What the bell is this?

You order food and pay for it. You wait for it. You get a refund with "Something you ordered is missing" and no details what is missing and an option to remove it OR the "Restaurant is not responding to our calls". So it's okay to show me a restaurant which doesn't even communicate with the Delivery Club..? That is beyond worse. Before- as in any delivery- there were problems like the delivery is late a bit, but you would get your food. Now - you just can't trust it anymore in getting the food.

This delivery is awful. I can do not recommend this service. Remember the service do not refund even they do mistake. In my case, last 2 orders led to 2 fails. This is very a bad quality. At first time was lost 4 positions from 7 in the order. The second I tried to repeat previous 7 positions in the order, but was taken into payment only 4. I phone to customer support, but they answered they do not refund, I can write "mail", as I understand, it is means, they do not care.
