Very bad service.i have not delivery my order from 15 days ago. Totally bad. No.1 totally very bad . Hello sir All over work bad fake items Return process is very difficult and not easy. 1. Product are not reall in good. 2. Return order process is very bad he say that customers come to thier . 3. Corrior get not return items at the customer address. App is good but the delivery of order have lot off problems also the products is not sure is 100 percent same as order And Main issue Block the account of supplier for the cancellation of the order by the customer and the remaing amounts that the suppliers earn with hard work is not return when account is blocked.

At first it was easy to place order and then they make it complicated also order didn't have fix date of delivery. These are just the major problems and minors are more than enough.

I am very disappointed for markaz. No doubt its very helpful app but the help line is very cheap. I change my customer number through helping. The rider don't call this number and the next day order status "return process initiation" wow . My customer was waiting for the order.

Its a great app but very expensive as all say so please add some cheap prices secondly there is literally so less range of products like very less loan 3pc woman suits no there is just linen so do add more more products in wide range like add korean noodles etc food items or products mirrors or many more products but food products is must to add and please make delivery more safe and secure and on time yes the delivery are already amazing but some people say its not so yes please i rate 4 thank

My order id 3533566 and its profit 1100 was pending now they are showing status wrong and if in 24 hours you doesn't improve status i am going to report you and delete the app your helpline is also not answering. For this order help.

The whole feature's are good but prices are too high for reseller's to sell its because other people selling these products in cheap price as a reseller can sell to it's platform. I suggest markaz to make price cheaper for resellers thats why I'm rating three stars just beacause of high price.

First you increased the delivery charges and now you have also added charges to the cash-on-delivery service without giving any notification, so now everything is being increased again and again.In such a situation, how will a reseller make his profit when the price of the products is the same as on other websites, when our delivery charges and extra charges of cash on delivery will also be added.

One of the best reseller app ....now with recent updates it's fantastic.... their support system..product material ..prices are reasonable... Only one complain markaz app kindly improve delivery service....if u want to improve your rate then kindly upload HD picture...no doubt the quality or material of the products are high but sometime the picture is not good and the customer leave unsatisfied...kindly upload HD quality pictures and videos of every single item .. thank you for responding ☺️

Good platform to earn money, but it products are something else on picture, but the customer deliver low quality products 🤬🤬, they have to only allow picture like products to deliver. Thnku, I am working on it, but my customer never purchase any product after purchasing first product, and it effect my community, i am requesting you to do quality work.

Opening the parcel is not allowed on delivery, secondly, it is very difficult to contact the help center. Earlier they used to give a lot of bonuses etc but now they are negligible and the delivery charges have also been increased so it has become very difficult to do business keeping your profit۔ I would suggest to improve its help center and the most important thing is to allow parcel opening, which will solve 50% of the problem. And make things cheaper so people can do business۔ Thanks

Delivery time is tooooo long n we dnt knw about anything when will the order deliver becox the time ur app show in track it is not valid... My customers are get angry... There is no calling number to confirm to track partner or seller man that where is our order ...... This is so ridiculous.... App is status is so slow .. i get notifications about order is delivered but in application status not change yet...!!!!!!

Sir, In this app there are some imp issues which you need to fix. First of all, the most products pictures are not truly be captured, and the pictures are only 1 or 2. I request you to introduced your products with good interface with good quality of pictures and show your products in an excellent way, so that more customers would be attracted to buy your products. Application is good but please don't place product code on the image of the product. Place it somewhere else in the image so that if we share image with a customer, image seems clear to him/her. Also if someone wants to upload the image on his/her website, he/she can easily remove the background without damaging the image of product.

Extremely disappointed! At first everything was going fantastic until I received my first order. When I received it I come to know that the number on which I signed up is not available due to which I could not take my bonus so I decided to create a new account but then I entered my new number several times but didnot receive the otp. I also messaged on markaz helpline and they also didnot responded. This is so poor and frustrating

Here I want to pointed some issue, the delivery time is too long or it's unaccessible to track order. I don't know about delivery time so how my customers trust me. App hanging again and again. It's frustrated situation. I suggest to Markaz technologies to check this issue. There is no helpline to solve any issue. Kindly make this app more secure and accessible.

The experience is good, but please reduce the prices a bit. We add our profit and with DC the price of a product becomes too high. Secondly, I haven't received the bonus for my two orders yet and kindly, if a customer wants to purchase multiple items, please confirm their entire order under a single DC. Orders are shipped to the same address, but separate DC is charged for each order, which increases the overall price.
