Used it on one very complicated route wich i already know just to try it out and i am very pleased how navigation handled it. Ill test it abit more and if nav still works like today you will have customer for life (or atlest until i quit trucker job :) )

Really good app. Obviously you need to use your head as well, much like any other navigation app. But this dose the job really well.

Unpleasant!!! I installed app just to test it. And I think it does not worth that money. However, I wanted to uninstall it but I had damaged my smartphone and untill I repaired, they already took money from my G-PAY account, without any notification. Whom to complain...

Graphics are bad, the app alarms all the time way before the next turn. Also when using Android auto it stops my music with ihart radio. Looking into getting a refund.

Stupid offers for routes. It's absolutely inconvenient to write in start / stop points. Highly not-intuitive. And so on, so on

Well finally a truck sat nav that does actually work I've tried all the rubbish that sends or should I say tries to navigate you through weight limits and narrow lanes and not forgetting low bridges but I must say I'm impressed with map factor I've had it for a number of weeks now and being a truck driver that travels all over the UK and unfamiliar destinations this has not let me down that's why I've rated 5 stars There's nothing worse stressful or annoying than not having faith in your nav

Hi I did not order this truck maps app as I do not have a truck I only have a small nissan micra so why would I order this app yet £70 was taken out of my account I did not notice that the money had come out off my bank account and I have just received a message saying that the app is due to return on this February 28th 2022. And I did not even download this app and the email address Is not mine it is similar put not my email address. And how can I cancel this next payment that is due soon??

Appears to have difficulty finding routes that you have planned when a large number of way points are added. When this happens it can result in the driver going on unplanned routes with low bridges.

SCAM!!! App doesn't work, or stops working soon after installation. If you ask for help they will tell you that it's your device fault. I bought new tablet to be able use this sat-nav and there was again the same problem and again the same conversation with Tom Kaczer. When i have sent hem video which is proof that it's apps problem he say that he will not waste time for me.

I wish I had the option to give minus 5 stars. Purchased this app 3 days ago. Speed cameras warning didn't work at all. Sound was terrible low no matter what settings used (meowed! ) Real time traffic no signs of being alive. I requested refund and this app purchase doesn't allow full refund of £32 except for the extras. RUN AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! Endless chat by email with useless instructiins. Still refused refund. Now do not even answer email. 30.03.2023

I found the map quality quite poor. I downloaded the north american maps and found them to be incorrect and the routing to be horrible. Honestly made it 35 minutes into the 7 day trial and deleted the app. Glad I didn't actually pay for it.

ATTENTION CHEATED !!! The application is worthless and the money has to be paid. I chose a 7-day free trial. my money was taken on the first day. They don't want to pay me back because I had a license two years ago. the application stops working after several dozen minutes. They ask me to send logs. I do everything they ask for, but they say I don't. I'm asking for precisely instructions, but they refuse. Just lying because they don't want to give me my money back for faulty product.

I bought it because it works with android auto. But sometimes I just get a black box where the next turn info is, sometimes it gives an error on starting and it never picks up any traffic information. I have paid for a licence. Also the routing seems odd at times given I have put in a 28' long and 9' wide vehicle. I don't expect to be taken down minor country lanes to save 0.5 mile.

i downloaded Belgium map, put the name of my company in, search, found the adress push navigate, "rute not found" can you imagine this happening when your in a hurry stressed from work and all that. in my opinion this app is a good try but needs more work. Truck drivers need something reliable not an app that works sometimes. I would cahnge my review if anything cahnges in a few months

This app is not worth the money they want, and google maps does the same thing. I found it confusing to use with the multiple coloured routes. Now, for the developers of this app, I don't know what country you're from, but in Australia we have multiple classes of hwy vehicles from cars up to 53 metre road trains but 26metre Bdoubles are most common around cities and towns and they are only allowed to be on certain routes and not on narrow back streets of suburbiawhich your app tried to guide me.

Buy, buy, buy... I actually bought a truck version(or bigger vehicle) , but can't seem to transfer it. I know it wasn't Tom Tom maps. But this version seems to insist on it. Use the free version (not truck's) , i dont have a truck but once in a while "could be useful, as u have a motorhome. Not paying massive subscription for some i would use once a year! I have many sat nav programs installed, and are very good.

Very good map and navigation for lorry. You can feel confident when driving through London roads. It warns you when you have speed camera ahead. Very advanced map when you pay for it, I don't know what you get for free. I used Map Factor maps from 2006. Always accurate, never took me near any restrictions. Also worked in Eastern countries such as Russia or Ukraine with all restrictions avoided aswell.
