I put the address few times, for some reason it was changing automatically to US... I don't doubt the quality of the products but this app needs some improvement on payment address.

Easy to follow. Delivery often free to account holder. Great choice of garments, accessories. Mango is a go to site for me.

During Online Shopping, it becomes impossible to subtract the amount which I have earned with my shoppings. (Likes) Before there wasn't such a problem. Please, solve the problem asap. Otherwise : It is my favourite application, very good organised menu & options, very user friendly, super performance. Thanks to Mango and IT team

Delivery takes ages! I ordered on May 17 for a trip. Ordered warm clothes that aren't available in store cos I live in the tropics. No sign of the order. Tracking # doesn't work. Chat doesn't allow you to interact just says we will email you. Like wow where is my stuff? Don't use this app.

This darn app keeps throwing a "connection error" in my face every single time I attempt to return or exchange a product! I've already wasted my precious time emailing you for help, but no luck there either. And guess what? Now I find out that I can't even return or exchange purchases online in Jordan! Why the heck didn't you mention this upfront? You should've made it crystal clear before luring us into using this app!

User experience isn't optimal. Had to adopt Trial and error approach to get the order completed. That was on the 8th July Monday last week. Today is the 16th and I have yet to receive the parcel.

Worst response I have ever experienced. No assistant available, no proper channel for refund. Only know how to lure customer. Its been a month since I placed my order but still not pickedup nor refunded. 😡

Working very, very bad. I had to try 20+ times to update the profile details (shipment location, etc.). Another issue is bug when trying to proceed with ordering - it was constantly returning me from the shopping bag to the main page. I was really about to give up and delete the account.

I can't proceed to the payment page. Order button brings you to the homepage. - Thanks for your reply. This happened right after installing the application, which makes me doubt that it is because of cookies. Also, I have tried reinstalling the application with no success. I gave it another try the day after. Only then could I go to the payment page.

The worst website and app i have ever seen. I have tried more than 30 times to pay for the order from different accounts and it does not work. Already deleted app and reinstaled it, deleted cache, nothing works as customer support are suggesting. Customer support is useless. So many good clothes but so bad service and website.

Thank you for bringing such exquisite clothing to places all over the world. Purchasing from India, I had some payment issues saying "order was not placed." I tried different methods but failed. However, I gave one last shot and the order was placed without OTP! (VISA) Delhivery is the cross border parcel agent,and they will ask KYC verif via secure link in your MESSAGES. Use websites for AWB tracking such as shipway to know the warehouse as last mile delivery with Delhivery is NON EXISTANT.

App is fast and easy to swipe through to find items. One issue is that it is hard to get back to the main menu if you've been browsing through the suggestions. You have to hit the back button a hundred times to get back to the start. I have an Android phone so not sure if this happens on Apple. Would be nice for the menu to be fixed to the screen at all times so I can navigate more easily.

Used to be my most fav brand but sadly no more. I had already been experiencing some hiccups with my orders (wrong items delivered, inaccurate refunds occasionally) but I was okay with it initially because the issues were resolved when I contacted their customer service. However, their customer service has been going downward. They become so slow in response and very inefficient. I decided to quit the brand when my parcel was lost and they did nothing to resolve it. So scared to order again.

The clothes are reasonable when on sale, which are pretty often. The clothes are really original. The wait list system works very well. I think I've been emailed for almost every size/item that I requested. The only thing that drives me crazy is when you go into your orders, you see style names and numbers, but no pics so you don't know what you're looking at. I also usually don't know when my package is coming until that day. The clothes are special - I guess it overcomes the negatives.

Doesn't show filtering navigation as you scroll so you have to scroll all the way to the top to change filters, and there aren't that many filters per product type. Also the size charts don't load (at least not on my pixel). Otherwise, pretty reliable and fits a good job Daisy chaining your search history so you can back up through all the products you were browsing instead of directly back to your search results page. And it saves and adds to your cart from your browsing cookie.
