Payment went through, didn't get the diamond. Wrote a complaint with the details - time, transaction Id, dates and all requirements, they replied back with the asking for the details. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't got the refund not the diamond.

It's useless App. Even after purchasing their diamond, u can't talk with the users untill u reach certain levels. After reaching level 15, u send messages, no one replies. This is a rip off app.

Hi dev. I've tried to pay 6000 diamonds for watch. At first time, it failed to let me in. On the second time, it successed to allow me for watch. But, after I checked my wallet, it cost me 2 times! My wallet reduced 12000 diamonds! This is the worst payment app I've ever used!

I'm almost here about 3years ,today i just got a very bad news about my loyal host has been resign from this app coz her salary was hold by u!! and the reason was given don't make sense!!.I'm very upset n really disappointed wut u have done to her.U got very bad agency n bad customer service.I used to really like this apps...but now time to say goodbye!! U JUST LOST ONE OF TOP HOST AND SOME KIND VIEWER. CONGRATS!!!

It's a good app but some host scam on lock I paid 8000 to unlock after host kick me out for no reason made me frustrated will not recommend this app until they make all VIP immune to kicks from hosts after payment to lock

I can't start a live. It kept going back to menu and it keeps on crashing.

The application is cool. The broadcasters are friendly and welcoming. The only big issue I have with this particular application is when i try to broadcast I recieve a message that say, "Dear user, our live broadcast permission are only open to the host" there is no clarity to how to become a host. As someone who wants to use this platform to share my talent as a artist this is a major problem for me. That aside, I strongly suggest downloading this application just not if you are a artist

It took a while. But after a week of back and forth emails. They finally got my phone setup for account creation. For some odd reason I was blocked without ever having an account. However it's all good now. I look forward to using the app.

App isn't that bad but when trying to talk with customer service to delete my account and information, they give you the same responses; first they ask you why you are deleting the app and then give instructions on how to "delete" your account but it doesn't work. Then they don't respond back to you on why their instructions don't work or give any additional help. I've tried 3 times and have been given the exact same string of messages...probably some type of automatic response from AI...

Very bad customer service! I am having problem with my top up. The payment was successful but my diamond didn't add up. All the customer service said was "we will check". It has been three days and I have made 2 reports. Overall the app is good, but my star will remain one until my problem is fixed

Please bring back the "free chat" option for us to chat the host. I really love making friends in this app but the recent updates makes me having some disavantages just to talk and chat with the host. Do consider this,dear developer
