I signed up for a a free trial service which required to input my Google pay info but it doesn't show in my Google subscriptions and there is no way for me to cancel it. I get charged weekly now. The apps customer support won't cancel it on their end. The is no cancel button anywhere in the app even though they claim it's there. You can't delete your account. When you try to delete, a message on the screen tells you to click on the link of the email that was sent to you which always expired.

This app is useless. Totally a Scam that's all I can say. They're other apps that are better than this , that offers a good service than this. I purchased a 7.99€ Vip package to be able to use all filters but they took the money and the Vip service was never delivered. I sent them the receipt of the payments and all the proof of the payments but still nothing was done. very disappointing.

The app does not allow selecting and copying text on a profile, but this instead can be done using the browser. I relied on this to translate text written in a different language. Other than that, the app seems quite good. The location matching had issues using the browser. -Edit I've decreased from 3 to 2 star because the location taken automatically using the IP is usually wrong. Most women appearing as in London are using a VPN and live in the far East. Allow the user to set his location.

Mamba is indeed a great dating site/app. It does what it says it does, no deceits. It's very transparent and easy to use with a beautiful interface. The only thing is that the free mode allows only 7 messages per day. Another turn off is the fact that we cannot message those outside our age limit. The cost of buying the Premium mode is a bit costly and the payment method is a bit hard; nevertheless, it's a great and wonderful dating platform to get one's actual match.

Worst dating application: -10 times a day "not connected". - if you typed word "kiss", you will be blocked for sexual assault with no money refund. That's Automatic Mind of Mamba works. - GPS always show wrong position, so you will get wrong matches. - Support never respond

I have registered recently, but I keep seeing white screen everywhere and it keeps showing phone number verification everytime I sign in, even though I verified it more than 5 times. And, there are other problems, looks like the server is down. I am in Azerbaijan.

Easy profile setup, good visually, easy to see who's online. This app retains your details "for 200 days post profile deletion", hence you can't really decide to suddenly leave, nor might you get a response from others who've actually left but still appear. Add in constant photo verifications, difficulties messaging others, and inaccurate location/distance info, which makes this app unfortunately not for me.

My account got blocked for no reason a couple of hours after getting verified (don't believe the response from devs). Also, the app is full of romance scam artists, so check it out if you're into them

This app doesn't work properly in Australia. I'm unable to verify my Australian mobile number. I'm unable to verify with my Telegram account. I keep seeing a white screen. I can't edit my profile. I can't delete my account. I'm not sure what's going on.

Average. Not as good as some competitors, but not as bad as others either. Honestly, it deserves ≈3 stars as it is possible to use it without donating, although there are a couple of annoying technical issues, but I'll put one star for being annoying. It constantly asked to rate the app and did not give the opportunity to refuse it forever, only temporarily. That is, even if u don't want to rate the app, it will still constantly ask u to do so. Well, u really wanted me to rate it - here u go.

There's something wrong with this app. I have a good internet connection that opens websites in an eyeblink, yet it takes forever to upload a photo or fill in details in my profile - they don't ever load, which makes it totally unusable...

It is better or worse that other sites. Pity, that technically the messages not updating while you are in the chat... It neede to be close and opened again to see the fresh messages. Of course as all other sites are for make the money, which is logical... Howe, the Mamba's options does not gaves the opportunity to get on with someone, rather than to scroll the pictures... And as at other sites, if you match with someone you can chat.

A lot better than Tinder in terms of features. Don't like that it doesn't prioritize the people who's used the app recently. And it also shoves the people who seemingly don't use the app at all. If a person has deleted the app (it's easy to find it out), stop featuring him or her in the catalogue at all. Lots of scammers as well but I understand it's hard to deal with the sneaky bastards. Edit: for the past 4 days I haven't seen a single alive person: 99% of women in the app don't use it.

I havent even finished finished my profile and got to do anything else on the app before it started messing up. the same page kept flashing across the screen over and over. it would saying loading for a second and then flash across the screen again. it was non stop. I closed out the app, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but when I logged back on it went right back to the same thing. i think it was supposed to be a page where you could write what you looking for but couldn't do nothing
