I'm having a very bad experience with this app and this platform as a host. I had listed my property 5 months back and I'm not able to access it since then. Guests are booked my property but I have no control over it to see who is booking and neither to change my property specification. The coustom support is the worst. No response via email. I got in contact after trying it for a month. An area manager is trying to figure out the issue for over 2 months now. I'm helpless!

MakeMyTrip certainly lives up to its title as the best travel app. My recent trip to Calcutta was a testament to its services. They are frauds. They cheated as well. I booked a cab service on 26 May by their app and They showed 695 full payment. So I paid the amount and made a booking. When their driver came to pickup he told us to come 800m then only he would pick it up. So we did. And when we entered the cab he told us this is not your pickup location from your app your pickup location is 18km away from this spot.

Giving 1* as it's minimum to give to write a review. It's worst customer centric app I have ever come across!! I'm writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the handling of our recent booking, which was abruptly cancelled at the very last moment as we were about to check-in. We were forced to spend the entire day outdoors in adverse weather conditions, which was extremely distressing and unacceptable.

I booked a train ticket, and it never showed up under my "My Trips" section. I wanted to cancel the booking but couldn't since it didn't show up. Even on entering the right booking ID, it said that the booking ID has already been added. Tried reaching out to their customer support, but their system is so faulty that you can't do anything without selecting the booking from the 'My Trips' section. Even on calling their helpline, they said that my booking ID does not exist.

This is the first time I am ever providing a rating to any app, and I am extremely disappointed. I booked a bus using Make My Trip, paid the fare twice, and still haven't received a refund. Customer service is completely unresponsive. I raised a ticket on the app, which was closed without any notification or resolution. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I am determined to escalate this issue so that no one else has to go through this. I wish I can rate zero starts

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not book from this app ever. We had such a horrible experience with the flat that was booked for 2 days. We didn't even stay there because of the unsanitary conditions and I contacted them immediately. I even sent the email with all video footage of the disgusting room. They said they'll get back to us but NEVER DID I escalated the issue 2 times and i get a notification that the issue is resolved. But I NEVER GOT A CALL. I will never book again

I had the worst experience ever with MakeMyTrip. There is no customer support available, so if you encounter any problems, you're completely stuck with no assistance. The app is full of glitches, and it's extremely frustrating to use. I can even provide screenshots to show the issues. I'm genuinely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. ☹️

Na never book trains from this app. Or if by mistake you book tickets never ever cancel it. There refund system is too worst. They say money will be refunded within 2working days. But after 3 days there is no refund to my bank account. And they say Guarantee trip for more money this is totally a scammm. If I had option to give zero stars I would have gave to this app (Edit:-) I will uninstall this app when I wil receive my refund. The worst ticket booking app

Extremely bad. I had installed this app before. I made a hotel booking at Calicut for July 26 where I had a meeting. The meeting got postponed to Aug 16 due to Nipah. So I tried to change the dates of the booking through the app. It didn't work. I tried all means like their given telephone numbers, e mail etc. But my booking was not shown on their app or site, though I had already paid the cash. So I lost my entire money, and I am planning to approach the Consumer Court to get compensation.

It's a high scam, if u book train tickets in trip gurantee two people will get one seat they call it trip guarantee and if u book bus tickets earlier price will be low and if try book for same journey later, they will read your requirement show the same tickets at higher price, no where customer is benefited, it's just saying customer is 👑😡😡😡

worst experience ever, booked train tickets under trip guarantee and paid extra.. and the tickets got cancelled and I didn't get full refund. and vouchers are useless since it's applicable only within 7 days and has various terms and conditions. total useless app.

I'd give 5 ⭐ but I've been using MMT for a few years now & facing one major issue everytime. The fare shown in the beginning is lesser & other fees & charges are added later on during payment. It's better to be transparent in fees & charges from the beginning itself, as the customer will still book if he/she wants to. Also the seats are being shown available but everytime on finalising the booking it says chosen seats not available. There is a glitch in the system & it doesn't show correct data.

Extremely Disappointed with MakeMyTrip's ServiceI recently booked tickets through MakeMyTrip, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I had one ticket on RAC and another on the waiting list. Despite this, MakeMyTrip failed to refund my Trip Guarantee amount, nor did they refund the amount I paid for the tickets.Their customer care is abysmal. Trying to get in touch with a real person is nearly impossible as you're forced to deal with pre-recorded messages.

One of the worst traveling applications ever, even 1 star is too much. I'd give negative. no proper response, no action, and no answering to the requests nither any actioning. I tried to change my flight details and was not aboe to do via the application. i sent them many requests to assist but no response. at the end, i left with no option but to canecl my booking and make a new reservation via another platform. and i lost money for that. if you want to lose money, just use this application

I booked a hotel stay in phuket long ago and now I came to know during the stay that there is a payment issue between the hotel and MMT, I might have to pay again to clear the account, which is totally unwanted. The customer care is not reachable most of the time. Hope it shall not be happening with anyone during a family stay. Totally unwarranted and it has happened for the first time with me, never happened before this kind of payment issue specially when all the payments made in advance.

Very poor experience with this platform. I have booked 2 times using trip warranty feature and both the time the ticket got cancelled. They are providing 2x coupon which you have to use in limited platforms or limited airports within 7 days. Their trip warranty service is fake.

1. One of my parents is a senior citizen, but I can only book for one senior citizen by booking the two tickets separately. There should have been an option to book for one senior citizen under the same itinerary. This is pure loot of money. 2. The final page always shows lesser amount. As soon as we are redirected to Gpay the amount suddenly increases after additional taxes and convenience fee. Why not just show it upfront beforehand!
