Respected sir, BOM software developer and BOM Head Manager. Very worst service either online system or offline system. I was given a debit card but it was not fully activated. Commercial payments are not being made through that card. Then when I go to register on the mobile app, it takes a lot of time to verify the number. And if I try again, I am given a notice of 24 hours after the attempt. Please make this platform user friendly otherwise close your online system.

app prompts for mpin and tpin change in some time interval. seems unnecessary. same mpin and tpin are not allowed. it is difficult to keep pins in mind as we use so many apps. there's no 'forgot tpin' help. no help instructions if somebody forgets the tpin. ( i have forgotten mine.) user interface is not simple and easy. too many icons on default screen. many users have said earlier version was comparitively better. viewing passbook is pathetic. passbook shows transactions only a few days old.

Total useless application. When I register my existing account, app saying connection time out. If you don't want to use this app by customer then why you are developing it.

Bill Pay facility is always having technical issues. not able to use single time...... It's disappointing.... Otherwise app is good.

Worst bank. And worst banking application. Even for smallest thing they want you to visit bank. Adding beneficiary takes infinite time. Whats the whole point of net banking and apps??

Bogus aap not able to login as well its show video of handling upi only when it asked to send sms it takes to much time and redirect u to same home page and stick with watching upi video only ..

Not good app. No service properly. Not working properly. Hectic app. Only error and error. Pls use other app. Phone pay. Paytm etc. Time waste in mahamobile plus. Bank service also very poor. Bank staff are not guiding us properly.

This is the worst bank I have ever seen, i gave application for Internet banking thrice, they are charging me for online services but never gave me internet banking details There useless customer care is telling me to check with the branch every time, I cant access my money due to there flaws and still they are charging charges Gave 1 star because cant give zero or negative

Very poor engineering over the app. Just built to for the sake of automation which hardly is useful. App crashes abruptly in between. Even though Aadhar Card is linked to account it states that it's not linked to account. Network errors. Cannot see balance(which is like the most prominent thing one uses) and they messed up in that. Complete waste of money and energy. Not at all user friendly.

Wort app.. compair to other bank app.. the number which linked to bank account must be present in sim 1 slot.. if it present in sim 2 slot bank app is not going to open... Need to register again n again n again.. worst experience

UPI can't work properly. Beneficiaries information is not show after scanning. UPI facility is very poor to use. Kindly note and do the needful.

Worst mobile banking app ever !! In the world of otp verification, they still need sms authentication which means who must have recharge on your phone to use the app. I visited the bank for kyc and they said 1100 charge has been applied but now I can't see what charge it is. Staff is irresponsible and don't answer anything properly. How do I chech the charges ???????

Login is seamless and fast. Registration process is smooth. Menu items could be better organised, however they are functional and easily locatable. Overall experience has been very good so far.

Not user friendly. 3rd class application, to much struggled too login in app. Very Bad. Interest certificate of saving account is not available. Very sad.

Not able to login. It shows that "Authentication failed because the SMS has not reached the server". I connected with customer support, they told me to keep talktime balance of more than ₹10 in your registered SIM. I did the same, but the app is still showing the same error. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible 🙏🏻. Very disappointed with this app. 😔

Very poor app. Not use friendly at all. Most of the time it gets disconnected and asks to fill details again and again. Reinstallation is the only option remain to you in the emergency.

Horrible experience on this app. App threw me out from session when APP updated. Now it won't let me login by giving error "not completed due to delay from network aggregator or mobile network not available". Are you guys serious? I'm sitting in a Tier-2 City with 5G network and you can't let me login! This is simply not done. Would have given 0 stars if that was a possibility. Only option left now is to use BHIM UPI as my account is linked there as this App doesn't work.
