• Suppliers - This application requires a Magnit VMS Supplier username and password to log in. Only suppliers that service clients as part of a Magnit program will have access. Additionally, the Magnit VMS Supplier App must be enabled at the program you are servicing in order to function.
• Workers - Magnit VMS Mobile can be activated only if the end user works for a company using Magnit’s integrated vendor management system (VMS) and managed services provider (MSP) solution.
• The ability to sign in with Face ID® or Touch ID® biometric authentication is at the discretion of the company using Magnit VMS. When enabled, users who do not sign in within a rolling 14 day window using Face ID®/Touch ID® will be prompted to sign in with their password to re-enable biometric authentication as a security precaution.

I'm a freelancer and a copywriter and with multiple projects going on at multiple clients. I have been doing this job for over15 years and I have seen it all, even pen and paper for my hours! LOL. I can say the Wand app has been the most efficient system to use in my tenure. The fingerprint login has been quick, and I can send in my hours with a few taps. I give this app two 👍👍

This app is trash. Whose bright idea was it to make the fields NOT form fillable? Would be way easier if I could just type in my time, instead I have to scroll through all sixty minutes like it's a padlock combination or something. Why? And then if you go forwards past 60 minutes or backwards past 0 minutes it changes the hours even if though it's not selected, costing you an extra click and more scrolling. It takes like 4 minutes to enter a single day's time. Did anyone even test this?

I really like the app it is convenient and easy to use. I like the function to copy a previous time card a lot since my hours are fairly the same everyday so I can just tweak the few differences and I'm ready to go. One thing I would like that the app is lacking is the ability to see a detailed breakdown of my pay rate and my pay stub including taxes and social security. I know that there are apps that do that for me but I just wish it was simpler and something I could do here on wand.

*update 11/29 - the helpdesk was so quick ti reach out to help me. All I did was reinstall the app and was able to sign in with bith my password and fingerprint. Yay! For about a month or so this app worked amazingly. Now it doesn't recognize my fingerprint and will not let me sign in even with my password. I don't know what happened. Please fix whatever bug this is. It's quite a task to put in my time on the web version.

I enjoy the conveinece of the app where I can copy the previous time sheet on there instead of redoing the times each week. However, I wished they had a function where I can view how much of my pay is being deducted towards each tax and the 401k. My fingerprint function also broke for this app only (so I know it's not my phone) so I have to type in my password each time, making in somewhat time consuming. Overall, a very user-friendly app for everybody to use without instructions.

A great app. I use this each week for when I'm freelancing and its pretty painless. I do wish I didn't have to sign in every other week though with my username/password. It's somewhat of a pain but the Help center has been 'helpful' with how to navigate this challenge. I have only used this app one time for my receipts but so far no issues. I like it.

Update: Simple. Easy. Clean. Quick. I would like to be as efficient as possible when it comes to my time and I like how easy it is to copy my timecard for each week. I've noticed the fingerprint sign in can be funky at times though. I've reached out to Wand and they told me I just have to occasionally sign in with my username and pword to reset it. I find this somewhat annoying but hopefully they will fix it soon. Overall it's a good app compared to other time systems.

Good app to use for work each week--I've found it easy to use and quick. My only issue I've had is with the fingerprint. It seems like it stops working occasionally but I've found Im just having to login more often to fix it. It would be nice if this was fixed. I do like the reminders of my time too since I'm a little forgetful to send it each week.

None of the action buttons work. For example, when I try to hit Save, Copy Time From Previous Week, the menu drop down, or the back button. None of them work. Very useless. UPDATE: Having the same issues as before. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and still not working. Several of the action buttons are non responsive, therefore, not allowing me to sign in, enter my time or copy from previous day or week. Still useless. Bad interface. UPDATE: Buttons still not working.

This app sucks. Says to update, but each time I click on update on Wand, it just takes me back to Magnit VMS where my only option is to open or uninstall. I deleted and reinstalled and it is doing the same damn thing. How am I supposed to sign in to wand now? I cannot update this app it is very frustrating. Now I cannot enter my time at all. NOT Good. Can someone please advise? My only choice is open or uninstall I have done both and still can't get in. I loathe updates. server does not exist.

This app is amazing, I can quickly enter my timecard in seconds with little errors and trouble due to its ability to remember your time card from the previous day and week. I didn't give it 5 stars because it cannot record time below 5 minute increments. If I am late by 2 or 3 minutes, I would have to enter the time on the website which is more time consuming. Other than that, this app is perfect.

Absolute worst time keeping program I've ever used. The allocation of hours calculator needs a complete over haul as it gives incorrect calculations half the time. I always have error codes that I have to trouble shoot each week. I tried to call customer service once, but the wait time was not worth the unfriendly and unhelpful service. It takes forever to scroll in the time punches, which are redundant. This program is a waste of someone's money, and all of our time.

Nothing but issues trying to enter my time worked. I have the same shift everyday and it never lets me enter my time. I then have to contact my managers, the HR for my work, then the agency that hired me, then their IT, then Magnit support. It just seems like a product that doesn't work properly, at least on Android since my coworkers use the app on iPhone without any issues. Please just fix the time input. That's what this app is designed for!

Worst app I've ever used. Spent days trying to login. Changed password at least 7 times, never worked. Password change screen freezes every time. App claims it's lost internet connection, which my phone clearly hasn't. Sends an email that password has changed. Still never works. Try to explain on their chat help goes nowhere then trying to just do it on a laptop the chat expires in the middle of it.

I was really liking how it operates. Would have been 5 stars, until the other day when my fingerprint login stopped working. It seems to recognize my print but errors out when logging in saying "Server doesn't exist. Please try again". I've tried uninstalling, changing the settings but nothing seems to work. Plus there is no way to save the username. So it's annoying and frustrating having to type the username and password every time. Any advice on how to fix the fingerprint login?

Was told by my job to download this app for my timesheet, it DOES NOT WORK for Androids can't even login. I hate apps that only cater to one type of phone. It's ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could since that's been my experience. On the desktop/ laptop it's a headache entering my time. Customer service in the beginning was no help at all. They had to explain everything and it was VERY hard to understand them because of language barrier, even hung up on me twice. Do better please.

Helpdesk hung up on me! Horrible app! Agencies do not use. Helpdesk is useless! Horrible experience inputting time information. I believe Andrew hung up on me because I was explaining the problem and he was giving me a general answer like use the desk top and not computer. Just like another reviewer, it just says Great News! Wand Mobile App now supports Google Sign in without the ability to complete this action. Extremely frustrating experience!

Wand is easy to navigate and the design is pretty clean. As others have stated, there have been errors with logging in via Fingerprint. Having a pay stub breakdown would be a great feature. The only real issue I see with the app is that it doesn't have an option to save your weekly schedule as a default. It would be nice for my time card to already be pre-populated so I'd only have to login to adjust the days I work OT or take a day off. Also saves me the worry in case I ever forget to input my hours that week. Overall, it's still a great app to use.

I have had no end of trouble with this app. Its mandatory for the work assignment I'm on, but it's a frusting & difficult to use product. My current problem is that it keeps telling me to update, and when I click on the notification, there is no update available. Needless to say.... I can't imput my hours for this week beczuse I can't sign into the app!! Customer service has always been nice & helpful, tho, and that is a plus. The app itself is buggy and annoying to use.

Terrible UI, broken app, needlessly complicated mess that nobody cares to fix. Edit: The "issue I'm experiencing" is that it's terribly designed with mostly N/A requirements and I have to click through 5 menus just to enter the amount of my hours worked. This is more like a developer demo than a finished product. Not user-friendly at all! I'm very tech-savvy, but this app makes me want to go back to using paper timesheets. Your recent REQUIRED update was also broken on the day mine was due.
